Fantastic experience: Honestly, Ezzy (Owner) is probably the best that happened to me during my visit in Cairns. Extremely lovely, honest and helpful soul. Instead of selling me a snorkel trip at 25 knots outside she gave me a list with things to do in the surrounding area until the weather was fine. Filled 2 weeks with unforgettable experiences and places I didn't even hear about. Trust a random stranger and visit her lovely shop, you're not gonna be dissapointed!

Fantastic experience: Popped in for 2 minutes to buy a plug adaptor and stayed for 1 hour. Mum is a wonderful friendly person full of life and very generous. Would highly recommend a visit.

Negative experience: It's completely scam she ask you to pay 340$ to have work for 3 months but is not guaranteed and when you ask why she just stop to reply you after when you pay. Backpackers scam pay attention for place like that.

Fantastic experience: We went here to store our luggage for the day before our flight. What i didnt expect to get was the friendly advice, on the local area. Great tips for where to eat where to swim, was provided a discount voucher. Ezzy was and is amazing, she really is like a mum to all of cairns. Keep up the great work

Negative experience: Was mislead by the reviews which are posted here on Google, as the owner deletes almost all of the negative ones, I was extremely patient after giving the 40 dollars to Ezzy (in cash) hoping she would be able to secure me a job, I gave her ample time and even entered the shop a few times to come and confirm if there was any work, everyday it was a the same story how she is continuously looking however, she sits in the shop doing nothing majority of the day giving me the attitude she does not want to communicate with me further, she helps who she wants and deems her favourites, not helping everyone who pays her money, coming up with the same story each time, it becomes tiresome. If you are desperately looking for work in Cairns or all of Australia, you are better of keeping your 40 dollars and looking elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the sob story and constant lies.

Fantastic experience: Ezzy is great she took me and 3 of my friends in to help us secure jobs, Two of them were sent off with full time work within 4 hours of being here, she is super friendly and kind and will try her very best to get you a job. Would definitely recommend her

Negative experience: This is a con. There aren't jobs available and she knows this. She talks the talk well makes you feel like she can help but just takes your $40 dollar 'service charge' cash in hand. Maybe at one point she could help but those days are gone and she knows it. I would advise people to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Ezzy is the best! She has been so so helpful in helping myself and my friend find regional work in Australia for our 417 visa. I contacted her first on Facebook and she replied promptly with all relevant information and kept me up to date on the job hunt. She had a job lined up for us after only 2 weeks doing exactly what we had asked for and invited us up to stay with her Cairns for a week before we started the work. Would absolutely recommend Ezzy to anyone looking for regional work in Australia!

Fantastic experience: Ezzy is an absolute star! She placed myself and my friend within two weeks. We travelled to cairns and she invited us to stay with her for a week. She told us exactly how to book our flight, ferries and any other transfers. She completed relevant forms for us and made the entire experience seamless. Would recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin on saying how amazing Ezzy has been to me. She secured me a job within 2 weeks and placed me in the most amazing fishing village in the tip of Australia. Fantastic experience: Ezzy is an extremely good and down to earth person, any problem or questions in I had in Australia so far Ezzy straight away could provide me with answers and help me. She helped me queries in regards to jobs, working and travel aswell as getting a license . She went above and beyond to help me and my Boyfriend find a job we liked and that suited us both. We put our trust in Ezzy and we definitely do not regret a thing, she has genuinely given us option after option which has excited us and really stood out to make this more of a spectacular adventure in Australia, being in places and doing things that are only once in a life time opportunity.

Negative experience: I came here in total confidence for the reviews but the attention Erryn bring to me was just an approach to get my money. She promised a lot of opportunities and after the payment everything changed and all that seem so sure days before was now impossible, treating me as if everything was my fault. The thing I hated the most was she trying to trick other backpackers and using my case, almost laughing, to pretend that it was impossible for me. Once I got an official job offer from the company she helped me book everything I needed to get to my new home/job and went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of and had everything i needed to start my new adventure! Negative experience: although erryn is friendly how she operates her agency has more red flags than the chinese army she charges you $40 to find a job but cannot guarantee you one. My advice is run and sign up to a far more legit agency like hays or siteforce at least their services are free for the jobseeker.

Negative experience: The lady in the shop tried to scam us. We were looking for Cairns Skydivers shop and couldn't find it at 96 Lake st. We went to Adventure Cairns and Beyond which is next door to see if they knew the address. The lady at the desk told is the Skydive shop closed long time back and she is an agent for them and can book for us. She called the Sky diving company who seems to have no clue about who she is or the business. She asked them if there are slots available for the next day and confirmed availability. After the call, she showed us a brochure with prices, told us she is going to give us a big discount because we are booking through her. She asked us to pay $100 per person cash to her and rest of the amount to the skydive company when they pickup. Because she is nice and giving us a huge discount she asked us not to tell anyone that we paid her cash. Overall she quoted around $500 to pay to the company + $100 cash to her per person for 14,000ft tandem dive and photos. When I showed her the price of the skydive is only $240 on NRMA website she realised I am not a dumbwit and not going fall for her scam. She simply said ok, thank you. I was lucky to not fall for her scam but I am sure there are many unsuspecting tourist who will. Hope this review helps other tourists from falling for the opportunistic scammers like these.

Fantastic experience: Best place for backpackers to seek help to find a Job or to Plan a nice adventure. The women running the agency is one of the nicest human beeings you will ever meet. She will find you the job you need before you know it yourself. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: Myself and a large group of others were left abandoned in Tasmania. Ezzy promised immediate work and good money, none of which was true. Alot of lies were told and the story is long but at the end of the day she told bare face lies to get our money and the second things didnt work out she abandoned us, we were not given a guaranteed 3 month job and spent our last bit of money to get here. The employers we met with told us to cease contact with ezzy as she was creating more problems than solving them. They also informed us that we never should have paid her in the first place as they had already paid her to secure workers. After then finally starting the job we found out we could be fired at any moment and that the money and hours ezzy promised were completely false. We then contacted ezzy to receive a refund as none of what she told us had happened and then she swiftly blocked me. Im sure people have had good experiences with her and she did secure us a job but if you are unlucky to be caught in a bad position she will ditch you in a heartbeat and will also completely lie to get you to pay her. This is not just my opinion but that of myself and 20+ others. I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk with her to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Just stopped in to store our luggage and got soooo much more. Gave us discounts to the aquarium, helped us lost tourists find some cool things to do before we went home. Had a great set up our the back to rest when needed. Great for my poor parter who had a headache. Change rooms too, if u wanna go for a swim. I wish every major city had one of these :)

Fantastic experience: I’m convinced this woman can move mountains. After starting off with trying to figure Australia out - it became overwhelming. So myself and my partner were in a vulnerable position and would have jumped on any job offering 88 days for our visa extension - which we did. Previously we messaged Ezzy, not realising how busy she was and hadn’t heard anything so took up the opportunity to work for a false employer. Shortly into it she messaged us with a list of available places etc. which couldn’t have happened at a better time as we had found out our employer was lying - everything happens for a reason. This woman has work all over Australia and has helped thousands of backpackers like myself and my partner - even to the point she has offered us both free accommodation and refunds of her service due to our own EMPLOYER not meeting the standards that were agreed to on her accord. She fought for us tooth and nail, as well as another backpacker, and we can honestly say we’ve not only made a friend for life, but an Australian mum for life. She situated us where we wanted to go, stood up for us without us getting involved with our employer, and kept us in the loop with everything going on to ensure our visa is protected - EVEN TO THE POINT SHE WAS OFFERING A REFUND* IN* FULL* because it was our EMPLOYER that screwed us over behind her back! She’s amazing at what she does and she will help ANYONE and EVERYONE that shows up at her door or sends her a message - which of course I cannot recommend enough. I’ve many friends ahead and backpackers I’ve met that I’ve recommended to go through her, and I cannot wait to hear their success stories and become apart of the ACAB family ♥️ Wouldn’t think twice about the services provided and my partner and I cannot wait to start our second year visa to use this service again for our 6 month work or potentially even sponsorship! The negative reviews are nonsense and I’m appalled that backpackers would even begin to defame Ezzy as she’s such an amazing person and honestly has made this Australian dream/journey, a hell of a lot easier. I will personally vouch for this service and will continue to. She’s helped with relocating and has offered to help with taxi fares etc FROM HER OWN POCKET. I’ve recently even been invited into her home when I had no accommodation and was welcomed with open arms and warm smile! A few backpackers I met in my hostel told me about this lady that finds us jobs. And wow she found me 1 job in within 24 hrs. And a second better option 5 days later. Took. It and been awesome job. Fantastic experience: We went through Ezzy needing help to find work for our second year visa. While it took a few weeks (which worked for us as we already had jobs in Cairns) she found us the perfect place to work! I couldn’t recommend her enough, I like her old school approach and she is very caring and really does have your best interests at heart. Negative experience: My girlfriend and I used their job placement service in mid 2019. We paid a total of around 80 AUD, and were initially told we would be placed in jobs quickly. After we had paid we found it difficult to get people's attention when we went in to check on our status. The staff discussed potential opportunities with us, but nothing worked out, despite the fact that I had experience in tourism and agriculture, and we were both multilingual. We were told it was an especially difficult season, however we would have appreciated that information before we handed over the money.

Fantastic experience: Ezzy is great!!! My partner and I went to her store and she got us a job together in no time, which considering the pandemic has been difficult. She let us stay in the store for a week, thanks to her we worked for two days at the fair to have some money while we looked for work, she has given us food and has always treated us great. Now we are in an outback saving a lot thanks to her. She likes to be called mom, and for us that has been: a mother.
