Fantastic experience: Although Japanese was not understood, they spoke using simple words that were mostly understandable, presented brochures, and clearly explained the prices. It was a tour that even Japanese people could use with peace of mind.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and amazing pricing

Negative experience: Booked flights with these guys, however their attention to detail is very poor, they booked the wrong return date, sent possible wrong itinerary with wrong allowances, was charged higher amount than it should’ve. After notifying, they cancelled the first PRN and created a new one. Was charged for extra baggage excess allowance however they charged higher price for the baggage and put bit of that money into meal/seats and took the rest only giving little extra baggage excess allowance. Once I confronted them, they cancelled the first PRN altogether and create a new PRN with correct baggage allowance! Not sure why would do this in the first place. If I had not notice this prior to flying out then there would’ve been issue with the airline, Paid full amount at the start however tickets still says “reserved”, not confirmed! When questioned, I was told it’s says “reserved” due to booking the flights through third party (which is not true). If you guys are going to book through this travel agent, do look out for their errors, as they do not have attention to detail. Seems little fishy to me!

It was also a pleasure stopping by the office everyday to provide an update and have casual chat as she was available. I very highly recommend this agency and Laura for any travel and tour needs while in Cairn!

Sam helped me create an itinerary in meticulous detail, recommending good areas to visit (not just in those places I’ve booked tours) and helping me navigate my travels drawing on his own extensive experience and insight. I appreciated the personal service as Sam messaged me to ensure my first tour went well, an example of the organisation going above and beyond to ensure their customers have the best experience travelling as possible. There’s no pressure to book, they’ll get you discounts on activities . The whole process is itself a fun experience, without the stress of feeling like you’re wasting the sales person’s time. It’s the polar opposite of happy travels’ sales tactics. You’ll walk in and feel welcome and like a friend and it’s much easier to make decisions because you’re not sat there stuck in front of a sales person while they try to push you to book it
