Fantastic experience: My friends and I were looking for a place to get more info on excursions in Australia. We met Tom at the Esplanade location and he really went above and beyond!! He stayed open late to explain all of the skydiving options to us. We were so thankful to meet Tom!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and cheap stay

Negative experience: Had a great time in Cairns and Tom from Backpackr Travel really helped out with booking activities for us for multiple days. He arranged things very well and got us discounts on most day tours. However, when a section of a day tour was canceled by the operator due to weather conditions, the operator refunded the full amount. But Backpackr Travel would hardly refund anything, arguing about the discount I had (which they would strip all (also for the rest of the day), and about discount that I got on the other days. This is highly disappointing and a clear spot of the service I got.

Fantastic experience: Today we went to The backpacr Travel place was amazing‼️‼️ I got served by such a lovely guy he helped us get the best booking ever. Normal travel people don’t care because it’s not there trip but in this case he helped us get the best deal ever❗️ he was so friendly and nice.

Fantastic experience: Have booked a skydive with Vickie through this company twice in two days because of her impeccable service and excellent manner. Vickies actions have not only been amazing but she thoroughly went above and beyond what would be expected in the service provided. Will be recommending her to all my family and friends, she truly made the experience enjoyable. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Tom was so amazing. We walked by right before closing time and he welcomed us in and was so helpful. My friends were nervous to skydive but between Tom and I we talked them into it. He was professional and knowledgeable but cool and chill at the same time. He’s so perfect for this job. We are so excited for our skydive! Thanks Tom!
