Andrew I have read your comments and are a bit dismayed at whom you are actually cross at here? Was your Qantas flight delayed and you are cross at Alan Joyce if yes, so are a lot of other folks right now? Our office operates 7 days a week and we have a special After Hours Number which is written on your accommodation voucher. There is no message on this after hours number, this is a different number to the daily number. Also your Cairns holiday accommodations apartment/hotel number is on that same voucher, for any dleays or cancellations you are to call that number provided. We have been operating for over 18 years and we try and cover every base possible for our guests and provide you with all of the helpful and insightful documentation you need. When booking a holiday you must read and check all of your travel documentation before departure and ask any questions you may wish answered before commencing your travels. Please provide us with your full name and we can try and find you in our reservations system and give you a call to discuss the comments above.

Dear Jane,Thank you for your comments regarding the services of Cairns Holiday Specialists above.Our team spent so much time with you on the telephone and via many emails throughout the holiday booking process and tried to assist you in every possible way we could over many days.All images of properties are on full display for you to view and you personally booked a particular apartment on line yourself and you yourself opted to pay in full at the time of booking online despite our advice for a particular apartment. (Note all apartments have to be in top condition to be in the rental pool)Our booking system does not allow you to proceed to the payment area until you "Tick A Box" that say's you acknowledge all the "Terms & Condtions" , it also gives you the option to "Pay In Full or Part Payment", it also tells you that you are responsible for "Your Own Merchant Fees from Your Bank" or pay via direct debit and not incure bank charges or merchant fees. You cannot proceed any further until you read these T&C and then tick the box that you have done so!FYI the apartments within the Beach Club Resort are some of the most popular apartments in Palm Cove.We have been trading as the Cairns Holiday Specialists for over 17 years providing wonderful holidays for thousands of couples, families and groups without charging fees for our knowledge, valuable time and our services, so we take offence to your comments above.We have no need to "Lie"to our customers, because if we did they would never return to Cairns Holiday Specialists and we would not have been able to survive such things as Global Financial meltdowns, cyclones, bushfires, floods, strikes and many many more incidents that have affected travel since 2005.Over the last two years since the most recent disaster of Covid19 we refunded our clients that requested a refund during Covid19.We chose to not act as other businesses such as airlines and cruise ships and hold clients monies. We returned their monies!They were all so very appreciative that they booked and re-booked and then re-booked again with us each time that they thought they could travel to Cairns, to then have us return funds back to them each time. They stuck with us and continued to book with us because we gave such great service and our time all for FREE and without payment.So it would be very much appreciated if you could please go back and re-read your written documentation and recall all the phone calls and then withdraw you review and its untruths from our page.
