Negative experience: We used OT&T on two occasions during our recent Cairns / Port Douglas holiday. I gave OT&T a five star rating for our first transfer from Cairns to Port Douglas notwithstanding that our transfer was bought forward on the morning it was scheduled. Our return transfer from Port Douglas to Cairns unexpectedly fell on the same day as the Cairns to Port Douglas Bike Race which results in the road being closed from early morning to 1.30 pm. We were not aware of the race and upon seeking advice from OT&T that our transfer wasn’t affected we were reassured that we would be able to transfer albeit at a later time. Whilst the transfer occurred, communication regarding confirmation of the transfer and the pick up time was poor. It was difficult to contact OT&T as calls were not answered and a message could have be left because the message bank was full. E mails that we received contradicted the advice we received over the phone. I hope that OT&T will consider this feedback with a view to improving its customer care and securing its place as a reliable customer focused transfer option.

Negative experience: We almost missed our plane home because of this company, their driver failed to show up to pick us up from our hotel, I had to call them to see whats going on and they seemed unaware the driver hadnt even shown up and they suggested we get a taxi to the airport that they would cover the cost for ($230), we were very lucky as there was only one taxi available to take us to the airport that day. More than a month later and after following up with them 6 times, each time assuring me they would pay the Taxi bill, they still have not paid. Im sick of wasting my time being lied to by this company, Do not use them if you travel to Cairns or Port Douglas.

Negative experience: Worst transport company I have ever seen in my life. Thanks to them I lost my flight from Cairns , as they decided to cancel my shuttle bus yesterday in the last minute. There are plenty of other shuttle options in Port douglas , so do not choose oasis.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from Cairns to Port Douglas and back; we were picked up in front of our hostel in Cairns and dropped directly to our accommodation in Port Douglas! Our driver Joe was helpful, friendly and efficient, and even gave us loads of cool information about the area. Thanks so much!

Pick up at my location , he drove us up to the hills so we could see the view from up port Douglas and gave us helpful indications ! Best transportation ! Thank you Tommy Totally recommend it !

Fantastic experience: Convenient, friendly and timely pick up and drop off from our hotel.

Negative experience: Signed up for a 7:30 to 9:00 shuttle from Cairns to Port Douglas. They emailed the day before to let me know they would pick me up at 6:50 making this 1 hr drive take over 2 hours to pick everyone up. Then they sent me a message in the morning 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival saying they weren’t even going to run the shuttle. Nearly all the tour companies have a zero refund policy for last minute cancellations. Uber pool is a bit more expensive but more reliable and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Steve ( Don’t call me Stephen) was our driver for several transports during our stay in FNQ. He was punctual, respectful and informative. Steve's commentaries were very entertaining. The Oasis manager Tommy, as first contact, was very helpful . We would highly recommend Oasis for its value for money and pleasant staff. Fantastic experience: Travelled from Trinity Beach to Port Douglas and then 5 days later from Port Douglas to Cairns. Steve was our driver both times. Fantastic experience: My friend and I needed a ride to Port Douglas the day after arriving in Cairns. We only booked the night before but the ride was organised for us right away. Oasis was responsive and prompt. Steve was our driver / tour guide and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and caring when I had my wave of motion sickness along the journey. The team and Steve also accommodated our time change preference on the way back to Cairns. They will go out of their way to accommodate the customer's wishes where they can. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Steve drove us from Palm Cove to Port Douglas and back on 27/4/23. He was a great driver. Very friendly and personable. He even put up with the 4 of us asking lots of questions and the occasional fits of giggles. He kindly stopped to let us take photos along the way too.

Fantastic experience: We were overwhelmed by the excellent customer service Oasis displayed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and you could tell how much they valued the Client rather than just a quick sale. Andrew on reservations was exceptional, very accommodating, genuine, sincere and considerate at all times, a real pleasure to deal with. We booked 2 transfers with Oasis and they went out of their way to fit in with our timing without charging any more money. Very professional and excellent value for money compared to their other competitors. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Andrew x 2 and Tommy were awesome, private/shuttle transfers to Palm Cove then Port Douglas end Nov 22 and then airport transfer. Would use this company again!

Fantastic experience: Travelled from Cairns to Port Douglas without any issues. Mark(the driver) called up before arriving at our hotel for pickup and gave interesting miscellaneous info during the drive. DO NOT book through Viator as they incorrectly charge the amount as USD so it greatly increases the cost. Book direct on Oasis' website or via other site.

Negative experience: Rubbish, very very disappointing. It was a private transfer and the guy had no idea what he was talking about. On our departure, we got a phone call at 5:30 saying his driver slept in. Books a Uber, no show. Books a taxi, $230 later after we already paid $490. Big let down to finish a good holiday.

Fantastic experience: The best shuttle transport service in Cairns. The team are outstanding, they always engage with passengers and go out of their way to make the trip a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I have travelled from Port Douglas to Cairns many times and found Oasis to be the most reliable shuttle service.

Fantastic experience: It was the best experience and all the drivers were lovely and very friendly to talk to.

Negative experience: 25 Minutes late for pick up , stopped half way and we had to wait on a nature strip for 15 minutes while another bus came and they changed drivers for some reason. Trip took nearly 90 minutes from Port Douglas to Cairns airport from the scheduled pick up time.

Negative experience: Our Hotel Booked us with oasis for a aiprot shuttle. Driver was ten mins late according to our email booking, his schedule stated 30mins later, so technically he was 20mins early. Hopped on the bus and noticed windows open, and hot inside. No Ac at all on the bus, we sat near the front for the open windows. Noticed hot air coming from the engine into the cab constantly. That was great for the entire 60min trip with a pregnant wife and toddler. The bus condition was quite poor, with a Smashed in rear end and the brakes seemed faded, I also noticed no radio on board. Which seems like a ohs issue if there is a brake down considering how poor phone coverage can be in the area. Contacted the hotel and told them not to use oasis until they fix up their shuttle.

Negative experience: Worse experience ever! We booked online as they recommend, for a transfer from Cairns to Port Douglas to be picked up at 7pm. A few hours later they emailed us saying they were fully booked and had no space for us having already taken our money. They didn't even call us to let us know. Now stranded with a 6 month old baby late in the evening we then tried to find alternative transport at very short notice on the easter long weekend. We ended up paying 3 times more and also still waiting for our refund. So stressful!!!!

Fantastic experience: Oasis provided 2 shuttle buses to pick up wedding guests to take them to ceremony and reception as well convey safely home after enjoying a few drinks Bentley Park and Palm Cove were start and finish with wedding at Palm Cove and Bluewater the main event.

Fantastic experience: We booked private return from Cairns’ airport to hotel, our driver Joe was very friendly and helpful, as a local Joe provided us with some helpful information about Cairns and things to see and do, in which we booked a day tour with Oasis team to Hartley’s Crocodile adventures, Joe recommendation was great day out for all, plus the unexpected pit stop for a chance to take some amazing photos from Rex Lookout was an extra bonus. Thanks to the team at Oasis for smooth airport transport and day tour.

Fantastic experience: I used Oasis for a Palm Cove to Port Douglas, Port Douglas to Cairns and also an airport transfer. All arrangements were on time, vehicle was clean and tidy and staff on all occasions were excellent and friendly. Jenna during one trip also pointed out an Eagles nest on a power pole which was a nice added bonus. I wouldn't hesitate using Oasis again if up that way again.

Giving us local tips, recommending activities and just being all round great people. The vehicles were comfortable, clean and tidy and they got us to where we needed to be with great timing. Fantastic experience: My partner and I took a trip to Mossman gorge with Joe and safe to say it was one of the highlights of our trip to Port Douglas. Joe was highly professional, extremely personable and offered us an experience akin to something a local resident could offer. Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommended! We travelled with a party of 6 consisting of two children under 2. Arrived in Cairns & the driver was on time for our pick up & transport to Port Douglas. During our stay unfortunately my wife & child got really sick and half of our party had to cancel our return transfer & reschedule a flight as we weren't recommended to fly that day. The other half continued their return to cairns via the booked Oasis transport as scheduled. I spoke with Tommy who was absolutely brilliant to deal with. He offered us reassurance of another pick up during stressful times whenever we were ready to leave. The day came for us to leave & during more stressful times including flight cancellations, Tommy efficiently organised a return transfer for us while short staffed at no extra charge! Our driver was Glenn who arrived right on time & was very supportive with my wife's motion sickness & made our trip very comfortable. Highly recommend this company & will defiantly use again next time we come up.

Negative experience: Whilst I appreciate we booked in March and now under new ownership, but doesn't excuse stranding us at Cairns Airport and not acknowledging our calls. Then calling the day before our departure, claiming you weren't aware we weren't collected but you seem to know we have a booking? Who is telling tales!

Negative experience: Did not show as booked for transfer from Cairns airport to Port Douglas, did not respond to phone messages or subsequent text messages, heard nothing since. Would not recommend this provider despite other apparent good reviews, plenty of other options available so better to go elsewhere

Negative experience: I'm curious...how does a business entity, registered on 7/May, 2019 have a five star Trip Advisor rating, dated 2018, when the entity could not have legally traded before the registration date?
