Fantastic experience: After some issues booking with tour operators directly I contacted Dr Tours directly finding them very helpful. They have a great selection of tours, and knowledge of some little extra benefits to be had. I did experience a minor difficulty using their website but not to worry, a solution was soon provided. Dr Tours offer some interesting tour combinations which can be taken in a day or spread over a couple, sometimes at a small discount. This and the extra mile they go to should be complimented considering the extremely tough situation that the travel industry, especially tour operators, have faced and continue to face for 20 + months now due to covid here in Queensland. Unfortunately this has led to some closing altogether, but not Dr Tours who continue to run small tours themselves or book others for you at the best price. I recommend that you, at the very least, give them a try!

Be it Snorkeling, scuba or Helmet dive, they will ensure you get the best rate and best experience. Not to mention, they have amazing discounts on Kuranda too.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience at this travel agency in about Octobre 2015. They were way cheaper than other agencies in the area and really knew which trips were worth it and were a huge help altogether. I saved a ton of money and had so much fun with the trips. Marc is a legend and was super friendly and helpful. From my experience I can only strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The service was very good. On the day of the trip, there was a problem with the pick-up location, but when I called, they were very helpful and immediately resolved the issue.

Negative experience: I went to the travel agency to inquire about the Great Barrier Reef itinerary, and I had already informed the counter at the travel agency that I have mild asthma and asked if I could scuba dive. The travel agency told us it was fine! Then the payment was made, and when we got on the boat, I was told I couldn't dive because of my asthma history! So what was the point of my going? After getting off the boat, I went to find the travel agency! They were very official and kept shifting responsibility, blaming the boat company... If the travel agency had said 'no' from the beginning, we wouldn't have had to spend 177 on this trip! The experience was terrible!!!

Negative experience: Completely rubbish!! Please never book anything through this shop!!! If there is unlike function, I must unlike them!! I have booked the reef tour at 5 Feb 2017. I ask the information online and based on information I reserved 4.5 hrs on the reef tour. But, finally, I just have 2hrs more to stand on the reef. When I got back and ask why. Mark said that it is Chinese New Year tour. It is correct and I should check myself on cruise website (even not their). I show every I got email to him and non email mention before. But he just said I should not booked online. I should come to shop and face to face. However, I am Hong Konger! How can I book the it face to face??? Chris never tell us there is special tour schedule. And Mark said I am lucky because no one on boat know the difference. How come!! Such a "good" agent! I ask why our company did not mention the special arrangement to customer. Mark said they handle a hundred email per day, just copy and paste for the stupid question. WHAT IS STUPID QUESTION? PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS STUPID QUESTION??? There is lots of things is rubbish! Don't book anything through them!! Trust me!!

Fantastic experience: Mark from Dr Tours have provided me a very knowledgeable insight in Bungy jumping, Skydive and other island tours. In my experience he is very competitive in his pricing, very good product and company knowledge of the products he provides to his customers. He has also very knowledgeable staff equipped with multi lingual skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese. Definitely a tour agent I can recommend to future customers.
