Fantastic experience: I participated in Kané's stargazing tour in early October! I had an amazing time and I definitely want others to join! I had always thought that when I came to Australia, I wanted to see the stars before heading back, but I struggled to find a tour company. Then I came across Jay's tour, and despite the last-minute booking, they arranged for two of us, along with pickup to our hotel. It was perfect! We had to reschedule once due to cloudy skies, but they adjusted it to my desired date, and I had a wonderful time listening to Kané's special stargazing stories at a fantastic viewing spot. My 2-year-old son was also super excited about the pitch-black sky and was very happy! We still talk about the stargazing after returning home (^o^)

Fantastic experience: On December 11th, I went on the Great Nature Animal Exploration Tour, and on December 13th, I attended Hartley's Zootastic5 in the morning. 【Great Nature Animal Exploration Tour】 It's unfortunate, but since we were interacting with nature, we weren't able to encounter a platypus or a possum. However, it was nice to feed and pet the cute wallabies. Additionally, the guide and my fellow participants were all friendly people, so I had a wonderful time. Having a Japanese-speaking pickup service is a significant advantage, as it alleviates any anxiety about unfamiliar geography and struggles with English. If I come to Cairns again, I plan to return for a platypus and possum revenge. 【Hartley's Zootastic5】 Unfortunately, the pickup bus staff and the guides in the park only spoke English, which made me a bit nervous, but I managed to have a pleasant experience. Koalas are fluffy and cute, and feeding the crocodiles was thrilling. I'm glad I participated. Thank you very much. Compared to another tour company, the price was lower and it was a good deal, so I chose Jay's tour and it was absolutely the right decision. If I visit Cairns again, I would definitely like to use this service. I highly recommend considering Jay's tour for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in Cairns from October 26 to 30. I participated in three tours: Breakfast with Koalas, Green Island and Outer Reef, and Kuranda + Wildlife Exploration. The Wildlife Exploration tour is especially recommended! Our guide, Daisuke, shared stories at a great pace, making even the long travel times comfortable and very interesting. Unexpectedly, we also got to see the starry sky, which made for a fantastic final day. I can't forget the taste of the ice cream and raw nuts from the shop we stopped by before the barbecue! I bought honey macadamia nuts, and they were delicious, disappearing in no time. Next time, I want to try all the varieties of raw nuts.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the Zootastic 5, Stargazing Tour, and Green Island Tour that I booked through Jay's tours. Due to a flight delay, I was unable to participate in the Zootastic 5 on the first day, but I really appreciated the quick adjustment to my schedule! The Stargazing Tour was fun and interesting as it included stories from Greek mythology and discussions about the universe!

Fantastic experience: I participated in a stargazing tour in October. Although the schedule was changed at the last minute because other candidates had better conditions than my first choice date, I was really glad that they considered a day when the stars could be seen well. Throughout the experience, they kindly explained details about the stars and taught me how to take pictures. It was a great memory to see the stars and the moon in the Southern Hemisphere!!

Fantastic experience: I participated in the Kuranda Railway + Nature Exploration Tour, and it was amazing, to say the least! The tour itinerary was as described: we rode the Kuranda Railway, strolled around the village, fed wallabies, experienced the impressive strangler fig trees, tried to spot a platypus, and enjoyed a delicious barbecue—there were so many highlights! (It was a shame that, due to the weather, the stars were only faintly visible!) Also, our guide, Brother D, did a great job of adjusting the timing so we could fully enjoy the tour, and above all, his talk was incredibly entertaining. He is such a fun guy that if you get him as your guide, I think it will be a 120-point tour, so definitely join in!

Fantastic experience: I was able to see a perfect starry sky and the long-awaited Milky Way at a spot that only locals would know about! The guide's knowledge about stars and the universe was incredible, and I was able to learn a lot of different things while just looking at the stars. I was happy to see the shapes of constellations that are different from those in Japan. It made me want to research more! They were able to take just the two of us, so we could arrange the stargazing tour according to our travel plans! Thank you very much!!

Fantastic experience: I returned home yesterday, and I was very well taken care of during my stay. I requested several tours in Kuranda, enjoying the great nature and starry sky, and I was completely satisfied with all of them! The experience of feeding the wallabies thrilled the children, who said it was the most fun thing during our trip. I was able to have various experiences that I couldn't have in Japan. Although we faced sudden troubles like the 'Kuranda train not moving for more than 30 minutes' and 'the ship not departing for 30 minutes', I felt reassured during the trip because I consulted via LINE and was provided with information about the causes, etc. I truly appreciate the care I received, and I would like to recommend this to my friends and acquaintances. (I even managed to take a picture of the Atlas comet, which was a hot topic!)

Fantastic experience: The nature animal tour was absolutely delightful! We brought a small child who doesn't like long travel times, but Yuki kept us entertained with various stories during the bus ride, so we never got bored. I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much if we had come here by ourselves. Besides the tour details, they were very open to answering any questions we had about Cairns, dining options, and more, which I really appreciated. On the day of the tour, we were lucky enough to see not just ant hills and wallabies, but also climbing kangaroos, platypuses, bats, and more, which made my child very happy! If I ever go to Cairns again, I’d love to have their services again!

I requested the 'Atherton Tablelands + day and night at Paronella Park + luxurious Italian dinner' and 'Hartley's Crocodile Adventures Koalas and Breakfast' tours with Jay's Tours. I was impressed not only by the guide's wealth of knowledge but also by their determination to ensure travelers have a good time, which allowed me to have an enjoyable experience. This is definitely a tour company I will request again next time.

Fantastic experience: For me, it was a long-awaited return to Cairns. I participated in the Kuranda tour and Animal Exploration tour with my family of four: two adults and children aged 4 and 8. On the Kuranda tour, the breathtaking views from the Skyrail and train left the family in awe. The Army Duck experience made us feel like real explorers, and we even spotted the beautiful blue Ulysses butterfly that brings happiness just by seeing it. The guide's explanations were clear and very interesting. The pancake shop recommended to us was also incredibly delicious. The Animal Exploration tour lasted from noon to night, so I was worried about my 4-year-old's stamina, but the tour was packed with content that was enjoyable for the kids, and we were very satisfied. The giant ant mounds and curtain fig tree, which are not seen in Japan, are definitely worth a look. During the feeding of the rock wallabies, they were so cute that my child exclaimed, 'They are too cute, I want to take one home!' We also had a wonderful experience throwing boomerangs, tasting kangaroo meat at a barbecue—things we can't experience in Japan. When we went searching for wild platypuses, we couldn’t find them right away, but we eventually spotted one thanks to persistent efforts. The most impressive part was the starry sky. We were able to see the Southern Cross, which we can't see in Japan, and for the first time, I saw the Milky Way so clearly. My child and I even saw shooting stars. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, which made me feel comfortable participating. If I ever come back to Cairns, I would love to join again.

Fantastic experience: I requested a tour to Green Island and the Outer Reef on September 10, and to the Kuranda Railway and Hartley's Crocodile Adventures on September 11. I was unsure whether to choose the tour exclusively to Green Island or one that also included the Outer Reef, as I didn't quite understand the differences. When I consulted via LINE, I was recommended the Outer Reef, and upon visiting, the coral reefs were indeed beautiful as suggested. Since it was my first time snorkeling, I found the deeper water and currents of the Outer Reef intimidating, and since there wasn't an explanation of the snorkeling equipment from the Japanese guide, I reflected that it would have been better to gain more experience first. Although I felt quite scared, I was able to enjoy a little bit of the incredibly beautiful underwater scenery, so I would recommend this to those who can snorkel! In Kuranda and Hartley's, we took the Kuranda Railway to Kuranda Village, descended via Skyrail, and then took a bus to Hartley's. Since I opted to include the Koala Garden entrance in Kuranda Village, the guide Yuki informed us that we could take photos holding a koala at 12:00 and 14:00, which we were able to do successfully. However, I had heard that our Skyrail ride was at 12:30, but it seemed we were explained it was at 11:30. It appeared that if we entered the Koala Garden and went to Hartley's, we wouldn't have time for the 12:00 koala photo. I mistakenly thought we could take the photo at the same time as the other group's 12:30 meeting time. We missed the pickup bus for the zoo, and the lady who called me was extremely angry, leaving me feeling sad out of guilt. Jay came to pick us up and drove us to the zoo. He mentioned that Yuki's explanation was inadequate, but it was our misunderstanding that caused the issue. Yuki was very kind and a wonderful person. I am very grateful to both Jay and Yuki. Thanks to Jay and the tour group, we had a wonderful honeymoon. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: My first trip to Cairns, Australia. I requested the Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, Kuranda Scenic Railway & Skyrail Animal Exploration, horseback riding & buggies, Franklin Island, stargazing, and a full-day tour with Jay. It was very helpful to communicate various things via Line in advance. Especially on the second day, my son realized his smartphone was missing and said, 'It’s better to give up on losing things in a foreign country.' However, when I informed Yuuki, he responded immediately, discovered that it had been left on the Kuranda train, and by the end of the tour, it miraculously returned to us! I was truly moved! Throughout the bus ride, Yuuki kept sharing the charms of Cairns, and my son took notes and compiled them into a poster for his independent study project when we returned. For the stargazing tour, I was contacted that we might not be able to see anything because of the cloudy weather on our desired date. The next day, they followed up and I received the go-ahead to see the amazing southern hemisphere night sky! I saw the Southern Cross, which can’t be seen in the northern hemisphere, and it was a rewarding experience to see the Milky Way clearly for the first time in my life. The talking points of the star expert, who shared stories about celestial bodies from every angle, were impressive. Each staff member conveyed their desire to communicate the charms of Cairns!! They really wanted us to create wonderful memories and return!! Every single tour was enriching. My daughter, who was left behind for university entrance exams, said, 'I will definitely go next year!!', so I definitely want to use Jay's tour again! By the way, I found it funny that Yuuki's announcement voice sounded like 'Nas D'.

Fantastic experience: I was taken care of 19 years ago, and this is my second time. This time, I asked for reservations for the animal exploration tour and Kuranda sightseeing (and other tours from different companies). It’s so convenient to have LINE now! I could consult before the trip, and even though the Kuranda Scenic Railway was canceled on the day of participation, I received a notification on LINE that a bus would pick me up, which made me feel reassured. They also rescheduled my booking for another day, and I was able to ride the Kuranda Scenic Railway. I would like to ask for their help again when I go to Cairns.

Fantastic experience: It's been 27 years since my last trip to Cairns, and this time I visited with my two children. Cairns felt nostalgic yet different, and we had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the Great Barrier Reef scenic flight, Kuranda + Animal Exploration Tour, hot air balloon ride, and dinner cruise that we booked through Jay's tour. The Animal Exploration Tour was particularly enjoyable thanks to Daisuke-san's entertaining talks. My family was thrilled to feed the wallabies, and we were moved by the beauty of the starry sky. Fantastic experience: This month, I asked Mr. Jay for a tour. This is my second time in Cairns, but my first time was over 10 years ago, so I don't remember much. I asked detailed questions via LINE before making the reservation, and I received polite answers. To put it simply, I am really glad I asked them for help. 1. Mr. Jay's Kuranda tour (reserved in Japan) Mr. Yuuki, the Japanese guide, was attentive throughout, and a staff member from the working holiday program unexpectedly joined us, which made it very enjoyable. The Kuranda Railway from Kuranda Village to Cairns City, where I was recommended to upgrade to Gold Class for an additional $55 per person after asking questions via LINE beforehand. I thought it was a bit expensive, but with unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, along with light snacks like cheese and mango ice cream, the 2-hour journey passed by in no time. 2. Green Island with Big Cat (reserved in Japan) I added an option for a beginner snorkeling tour. There was no guide accompanying us, but there were no particular issues, and I had a great time. 3. Great Barrier Reef scenic flight (reserved locally) After finishing the Kuranda tour, I asked Mr. Yuuki, our guide, if I could book this tour on the day of my return, and despite the sudden request, he responded quickly. You can see the Great Barrier Reef from the plane, but the Cessna flies at a lower altitude than the plane. The pilot pointed out, 'That is XXX,' and I was able to enjoy the Great Barrier Reef like in the pictures.

Fantastic experience: It was the best tour you can experience that you can't find in Japan! The crocodile feeding cruise was also very thrilling. You can have enough fun in half a day, so I highly recommend it when you visit Cairns!

Fantastic experience: I participated in Jay's tour of Paronella Park on May 10, 2024! My impression is... it was an absolutely amazing time! Thank you very much!! I was so moved that I can't put it into words! The Japanese guide 'Yuki' was also very friendly and, especially since he is from Kansai, he had a great sense of humor. My wife and I are even more touched every time we look back and talk about how wonderful he was and how great the tour was. I truly feel that it is all a result of Jay's character and his guidance. There were only the two of us on this tour (which was also the plan, haha), but it was great because we could have various conversations, and it undoubtedly made it a more enriching experience than a usual tour! Fantastic experience: I booked the tour on the morning of the day, and I was taken to various places in the afternoon. The forecast said it would rain, but it was sunny at key points, making it a very satisfying tour. The guide, 'Kan-chan', was great at talking and it was a lot of fun during the transfers. Fantastic experience: I was interested in Paronella Park, which is a bit far from the center of Cairns, so I joined a tour to this Paronella Park. To conclude, I had a wonderful and enriching time☺︎. Along the way, we stopped at some lovely places like Millaa Millaa Falls, and I got to feed a wallaby, which was a lot of fun! Also, our guide, Kan-chan, was very knowledgeable and a great talker, so I learned many things I didn’t know and developed new interests, which made the trip even more enjoyable! Plus, the photos he took were lovely, and I was really happy with them! I thought the starry sky tour and animal exploration tour looked interesting too, so if I get the chance, I would definitely like to do them here again someday. Fantastic experience: Recently, I went on a family trip to Cairns for the first time in a long while! For me, it was my second time in Cairns. About 15 years ago, I participated in Jay's tour with friends during my single days, and it remains a wonderful memory. I wanted my kids to have the same experience, so I decided to rely on them again this time. I signed up for three tours, and the first one was the Green Island and Pontoon tour, which I joined right after arriving in Cairns. It was too early in the morning, and I couldn't store my luggage at the hotel, so I was in trouble trying to find a place to keep my bags. Fantastic experience: Four years ago, I couldn't go on a trip to Cairns because the flights were canceled. Now that the restrictions due to COVID-19 are gone, I finally made it (*^^*). Four years ago, I had already decided on Jay because he responded sincerely to my inquiries through LINE, and of course, this time I asked Jay for help again. This time, due to the impact of Cyclone Jasper, the outer reef was closed, so we couldn't go there, but we were taken care of for three days at Kuranda, Green Island, and the Crocodile Park. Fantastic experience: I went on the Nature Animal Exploration Tour, Barong River Rafting, and Skydiving with Jay's Tours. The Nature Animal Exploration Tour was a fun experience with our guide Daisuke and a couple from Kansai along with my husband and I. The platypus didn't come out easily, but after some persistence, we got to see two of them several times in their adorable forms. The coffee, chocolate, and BBQ were too delicious!! There was someone who understood Japanese during the Barong River Rafting and Skydiving, so there was no problem with check-in. If there’s an opportunity, I would like to visit places I couldn't go to.

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant experience. Although I didn’t actually use the tour, when I made an inquiry via Line, the person in charge had an arrogant attitude, as if to say, 'You should be grateful that I'm helping you out while I'm busy.' I was considering using this service because it seemed the cheapest among local tour options, but I found a website called Hot Holiday and decided to go with them instead. They respond to emails quickly, their prices are lower, and their service is much better, so you should definitely go with Hot Holiday instead of this one.

Fantastic experience: We participated with our family of four and our 4 and 6-year-old children. We found Jay's tour, which offered consultations in Japanese via Line, and decided to reach out for a trial. Honestly, I expected a mechanical consultation tool, so I was surprised!! They immediately responded to our questions with incredible courtesy, providing recommendations for tours based on our requests!! They also quickly respond to our worries about things at the destination, and even after arriving, we could easily get in touch, which provided a great sense of security. Initially, we were only considering Green Island for the tour, but after feeling reassured by their polite responses, we changed to a tour that also went to the outer reef based on their recommendation. Signing up was truly a great decision!! The tour is fairly priced, and I highly recommend it! On the Kuranda railway tour, the talks by Jay in the transfer vehicle and at the Miiadok were entertaining, and I was very satisfied, so I recommend that as well! Also, just before we got on the Kuranda railway, our child fell ill, and we had to call an ambulance. During that time, Jay and all the staff at Jay's tour provided wonderful support, and we were really supported...!!! In the midst of the panic, I hadn’t been able to contact Jay about the situation, but Jay reached out to me, letting me know he would pick up our husbands left at Kuranda station and take us to the hospital. Without knowing the area and only having one Wi-Fi device, I couldn't contact my husband, but their support gave me an indescribable sense of security. Even after the tour ended and we returned to Japan, they took care of refund procedures for the train and investigated the cause of the illness. They also checked valuable information for future customers regarding insurance responses to help Japanese people in trouble, making it truly an amazing tour company. If you're going to Cairns, Australia, I highly recommend Jay's tour. It strongly conveys their feelings of wanting us to enjoy Cairns safely, not just the tours, and that warmed my heart. I am truly nothing but grateful. If you want to enjoy with peace of mind, I recommend Jay's tour!

Fantastic experience: We went on our first overseas trip to Cairns with our one-year-old. After reading reviews, we decided to book a tour here and consulted various matters via LINE in advance. Due to several flight cancellations and delays, we received attentive support with reservation changes right up to the last minute of our flight. Although our original plan was disrupted due to the flight, we were offered alternative plans and ended up having a very satisfying trip to Cairns. The wildlife exploration tour is really amazing. You can see a lot of wild animals. Our guide HIRO worked hard from morning till night. He takes you around in a wagon all day, making it very easy and enjoyable, even with children. We ate ants. The next day, in the afternoon, we enjoyed a different side of Cairns with Kuranda, and my daughter was happily riding the Skyrail and the train. On the third day, we went to Green Island + Pontoon. The sun is really strong, so sunscreen, long sleeves, and a hat are essential. My daughter swam in the Great Barrier Reef with her floatie and the free life jacket rental. It was surprising to get so close to the Napoleon fish. We will definitely take your services again next time we go. Thank you very much.

Positive experience: We were taken care of during our family trip from January 5 to 9, 2020. It was our first time in Cairns, and when I was wondering what optional tours to take, I found this online and requested it because the reviews were good. As a result, we were very satisfied! ☆ In the Kuranda tour, they arranged the tickets and transportation for us, allowing us to explore on our own, which was actually appreciated as it gave us great freedom with kids. We were able to take our time sightseeing tailored to the children, and thanks to Daisuke, our guide, giving us various recommendations for shops in advance, we could narrow down the places we wanted to go from the many options available. His enthusiasm for Kuranda was evident and made for great conversation. During the afternoon visit to Paronella Park, we heard a lot of interesting stories from our guide on the way, making the hour-long journey feel less tedious. We were also able to slowly enjoy the park now beautifully lit up, and the Italian dinner was delicious. The pub we were recommended, Pablo's, was quite nice as well. Unfortunately, we couldn’t observe the starry sky due to cloudy weather, but instead, we were taken to see wild kangaroos in a residential area, which felt like a bonus (laughs). My two sons seem to have fallen in love with Australia and keep saying, 'Let’s go again next year!' I would like to rely on Jay's tours again when we travel to Cairns next time. I definitely want to participate in the wildlife tour that I couldn’t do this time.

Fantastic experience: We visited Cairns in mid-October for our honeymoon. We only booked flights and hotels through H.I.S and on the strong recommendation of a friend who had been to Cairns, we chose 'Jay's Tour' for the local tours. During our 5-day stay, we booked three tours: "Kuranda Scenic Railway Deluxe Course + Great Nature Animal Exploration Tour + Atherton Tablelands and Paronella Park 3-Day Course", "Frankland Islands", and "Marine World Pontoon with Reef Magic". Before deciding on these tours, they answered each of my questions about schedule combinations on LINE very carefully, accommodating even the most detailed requests and providing alternative suggestions whenever possible, fulfilling everything we wanted to do. As two people not very good at English, we were very anxious about the unfamiliar overseas travel, but with the lively talks and careful support of our tour guides Daisuke and Yamada, it turned out to be a very enjoyable tour. We are truly grateful. They also shared various local information and behind-the-scenes stories, cost-effective recommended restaurants that they themselves use, and souvenir recommendations (Kuranda Candy, Mareeba Coffee, honey, canned goods) that can only be found in Cairns, which helped us make effective use of our time after the tour. Thank you Daisuke and Yamada! We had so many memories that I can't fully express them all, such as riding the Kuranda train and holding a koala, interacting and feeding wild wallabies (we were moved to meet baby wallabies!), encountering sea turtles in Frankland, experiencing snorkeling in the blue sea at the pontoon and swimming with Napoleon fish and Wally, the enchanting Paronella Park at night, observing platypuses, and the southern hemisphere's Milky Way that can't be experienced in Japan... and so much more. Even though we visited in October, the shade was cool and the weather was very pleasant! I participated with my grandmother, mother, and two children (elementary school students) with personal arrangements. I was a bit hesitant about making personal arrangements, but Jay's tour encouraged me, and I decided to give it a try! Cairns is safe, so I felt confident❤️ Since it was the New Year period, prices were about two-thirds the usual price❤️ Easy on the wallet❤️ For optional activities, I reserved four: 1. Kuranda 2. Fantastic experience: From September 20th to 26th in Cairns, it was my first trip close to being free, and since I was left to arrange it as I liked, I was a bit anxious. However, by mostly leaving it to Jay's tour, it became a happy time. While I was in Japan, they responded very politely to local questions and payments outside of the tour, which helped me form an image of what I wanted to do, and it was very reassuring. The buffet-style 'dinner cruise' had a great atmosphere, and both the seafood and vegetables were fresh and delicious, making the wine go down easily. The 'Green Island Outer Reef' tour allowed us to see corals and fish under the sea with the semi-submarine without entering the water, and we could also relax and sunbathe while enjoying the ocean view under the roof. Jay's staff member, Yamada, drove us for a long distance on the 'Animals, Starry Sky, Aussie BBQ' tour, where we interacted with wallabies and pythons, searched for a platypus, enjoyed BBQ at the home of a wonderful owner, experienced throwing boomerangs, and most importantly, saw the Milky Way with the naked eye. It was unforgettable, seeing my zodiac, Libra, for the first time. Cairns Town is also a very charming city, one of the places I want to visit again. When that time comes, I would like to request Jay's tour again.

Fantastic experience: From September 18th to 23rd, we traveled to Cairns✈. It was just the three of us: my college daughter, my husband, and me. We were looking for a 'Free Plan + Japanese' tour to Kuranda. There were many tours available from various travel companies, and one of them was Jay-san's tour! It was just as you recommended, Saoura-san. It’s strange that I, who usually feels afraid even on chairs and ladders (K), was able to fall from the sky. Is it the sense of security provided by the instructor? I experienced two dives, in the sky and at sea, and it left a deep impression on me. Even at this age, I feel like I have grown mentally. It might just be my imagination. While on site, Yamada-san guided us, making it a fun and informative two days. We found Yamada-san’s guidance oddly entertaining. Actually, my wife used to work in the travel industry as well. It was a different company from mine, but I think that’s why she reacts to Yamada-san’s industry-related stories. She seemed to really enjoy the wasabi-like jokes that Yamada-san occasionally made, laughing out loud in the bus (while trying not to disturb those around her..). I was also pleased to briefly meet the real Jay-san. It was the first time I saw a travel agency president who was curious enough to come and see the site (Cairns Station). Amazing. I will aim for an 8.0 too. Ah, my eyesight. Personally, I have developed an interest in platypuses. Next time we meet, I will try to gain a little knowledge and challenge Yamada-san. Fantastic experience: From September 8 to September 13, 2019, I went to Cairns with my wife and two university-age sons, making it a family of four. It was a tour with H.I.S., but on our free days, we were taken care of by Jay's tours. We enjoyed a scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef, a wildlife exploration tour, skydiving, and a hot air balloon ride on our return day. Having the ability to consult via LINE was very reassuring. I was able to ask questions about the weather beforehand and consulted on various combinations of morning and afternoon tours. Fantastic experience: This time, from August 22nd to 27th, we traveled to Cairns for six days with three generations of my family and used Jay's Tours. We booked four tours (Kuranda Scenic Railway + Skyrail + Great Barrier Reef Wildlife Tour, Frankland Islands Day Tour, Half-day Horse Riding, Hot Air Balloon Standard Course). All four experiences were things we couldn't do in Japan, and our whole family had a great time. The only regret is that we couldn't see a platypus, but thank you to our guide Hiro for looking very hard for it. Fantastic experience: I wasn't confident in English, so when I found Jay's tour where I could communicate in Japanese, I thought this is it! I conveyed what I wanted to do over three days, and they organized the tour for me. When I said I wanted to see sea turtles, I was told that Frankland Islands have a high chance of encountering them! As we moved through the Great Barrier Reef in a semi-submersible, we finally met a sea turtle at the very end! On the third day, it was my dad's birthday, and we joined the Paronella tour. When I requested a birthday cake at an Italian restaurant that evening, they made arrangements in advance, and we were able to surprise my dad with a celebration. Fantastic experience: I participated in the nature animal exploration tour. It was very good since it was a tour aimed at Japanese people. There were many encounters with animals such as ants, wallabies, kangaroos, lizards, pythons, birds, platypuses, and fossa. Since it was July, the starry sky was beautiful, with the Southern Cross and the stunning Milky Way visible! Dinner was a BBQ in a spacious garden, and there were many events to keep the children entertained. Guide Mr. Yamada's witty talk was also enjoyable. Choosing the tour on the first day was the right decision. I'm going on a different tour tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: I participated in a very luxurious tour called 'Kuranda Scenic Railway + Skyrail + Nature Animal Exploration Tour (Star Gazing + Aussie BBQ)' that allowed us to experience Kuranda's nature and interact with many animals all in one day. In the morning, we took the train to Kuranda. We ate Kuranda's famous hot dog and enjoyed a beer. We even met the famous Cliff uncle, who sells ice cream, and enjoyed his abundance of Japanese jokes. In the afternoon, we joined the animal exploration tour. While listening to the witty talk of our Japanese guide, we got to see many of Australia’s unique animals like kangaroos, rock wallabies, and platypuses. My son, who loves animals, was particularly excited to see the rock wallabies and a wild possum that suddenly appeared at our dinner venue. He seemed very satisfied taking lots of photos while feeding them. At night, we savored Aussie beef and kangaroo meat at a private ranch, enjoying lots of wine and feeling great as adults. I have experienced a few activities in Cairns, but this tour is definitely recommended for both adults and children who love animals.

We were able to see the Milky Way and many other stars!! My parents, who are over 60, were delighted to see the Milky Way for the first time in their lives!! Fantastic experience: Last night, I had a meal with Jay, the Cairns tour guide who came to Japan, at an izakaya near Ikebukuro East Exit. It's a 'chicken' cuisine restaurant, and although there was quite a lot, I couldn't finish it, but it was delicious with beer. 'Tomorrow, I will deliver to Kamiyacho for those who forgot their mobile phones in the sightseeing bus in Cairns...' It’s quite a hassle to go all the way to Tokyo. Tokyo is entering the rainy season now, but please take care of yourself even in the always-summer Cairns.

Fantastic experience: The Cairns trip that was postponed due to COVID. I participated with my elderly parents and three generations of family. When I consulted via LINE, they were very attentive and helped accommodate all our requests with a reasonable schedule adjustment. The wildlife exploration tour was as wonderful as the reviews said, and I thought it was amazing that the guide does this every day. The salad during the BBQ was delicious as well. The hospitality of the farm owner was fantastic. The starry sky surpassed even that of Hawaii. It was really incredible. I was moved to think, 'Is this what the Milky Way looks like?' Kuranda was also enjoyable with Jay's Japanese Army Duck tour, where he shared many rare spots with us, and we really enjoyed it. The Gold Class train charged the same for children, but it was worth the upgrade. I initially thought the ocean tour was just for Green Island, but adding the pontoon was the right choice. My 4-year-old nephew was able to snorkel for the first time, and he got to see Napoleonfish and clownfish (Nemo). Thank you for arranging everything from start to finish. It became the best Cairns trip, and my parents were absolutely delighted.

Fantastic experience: I participated in a natural experience tour yesterday. The most fun part was being able to feed the wallabies. I didn't expect to eat kangaroo meat at the evening barbecue. It was cut small enough for children to eat. I also enjoyed the stories about cars. Today, I joined the Kuranda tour. I took pictures with a koala. The koala was really cute. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a tour that my daughter would enjoy, and I found the 'Animal Exploration Tour' which I joined with my 7-year-old daughter and my mother, representing three generations. It was a lot of fun. My mother was impressed by the curtain fig tree, and I was excited to see the frill-necked lizard clinging to the tree (I wanted to see it running with its frill up, though). The highlight for my daughter was 'Boomerang! I was the worst at it, though.' Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't see the stars, but overall it was an extremely satisfying tour. After we got back, I thought of one thing. I wasn't quite sure where we had been. If there was a map on the bus, that would have made it even better.

Since it was the day I arrived in Cairns, I was honestly sleepy and not very motivated... but wow, the animal exploration tour was more than I expected. I really enjoyed participating!! It was amazing to see various animals up close, especially the platypus and the frilled-neck lizard; the content was truly abundant and fantastic (although it seems only those of us born in the Showa era could appreciate the frilled-neck lizard). The evening barbecue and stargazing were also very satisfying, and I am grateful for the attention to detail. I will definitely use your services again!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a tour to Kuranda! If you register your hotel in advance from the website, they will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the Skyrail (gondola) station! During the car ride, they give a light explanation of Cairns city in fluent Japanese, so I think it's a good idea to sign up on the first day. They guide you until you board the Skyrail, which was perfect for exploring freely! After getting off the Skyrail, they also explain the attractions of Kuranda and the Kuranda Scenic Railway, so I had no worries! Jay has study abroad experience in Japan, and in addition to his fluency in Japanese, he has a deep understanding of Japanese culture—it was almost like talking to a Japanese person! He was friendly, but he didn't have that typical foreigner awkwardness, so I felt completely relaxed during the tour. With Jay's tour, you also get complimentary hot dogs made with kangaroo and emu meat (normal ones are also available), drink vouchers, and a free ice cream voucher from a cheerful old man who tells old, cold jokes! It was quite filling, so it was enough for lunch! Since it includes pickup, guidance, and lunch, it was a cost-effective tour! I highly recommend it to Japanese people! P.S. I apologize to Jay for giving him a rating of ☆1. I didn't know how to use it, so it ended up being ☆1. I can confidently say that it's a tour worth giving ☆5!!!

On the animal exploration tour, I got to see a platypus right away (^^) It was much smaller than I expected and really cute. The Kuranda tour had breathtaking views, so both the Skyrail and the train were amazing! The guide was also very attentive and entertaining!
