Reasonable price and professional tour guides. There were a small hiccup on the last day tour to wineglass bay with another tourist but was sorted out later. Tourists remember to call and double check with your tour guides the day before!

Fantastic experience: After initial hiccups navigating the site, ( not easy for a 70 year old) I managed to find and book a couple of tours in Tasmania for a family of 7. The all day tour at Port Arthur was good. The driver was so informative and considered. However the guided tour of Port Arthur could have included seeing more sites instead of just pointing out other areas of interest and then at the end of the short guided tour leaving us to wander around. We had a deadline to meet at the harbour for a short boat ride which was not as interesting as we did not get to hop onto the island of the dead. The half day tour was ok. Strangely we had the same driver who is fun to have around. For this half day tour your instructions should also include being outside the Tourist Information Centre to look out for driver. Four ladies were left behind as they were waiting inside the Centre and had to be separately driven to the first stop to catch up. That meant we missed out on a better stop of interest. On the whole yes I would use Tourstogo again as it was easy enough to navigate (after initial hiccup) and payment was simple and safe.

Fantastic experience: I went on a tour of Egypt with Tours to go two years ago and had an amazing time. Visiting Egypt has been a dream of mine and I could not have asked for a better experience. My guide, Dino, was the best and my group was so much fun. The itinerary took us all over and we got to see some truly awe-inspiring sights in Egypt. I was a little wary of traveling to Egypt, but Dino made sure that our group was always safe and had a great experience wherever we went. I've traveled all over the world and I can easily say that my Egypt trip was one of the best travel experiences I've had. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Negative experience: Overall the boat, crew, and trip plan were great, however the snorkel excursion was very poorly managed. We were 38 snorkelers with two guides and they wanted to keep us very tightly bunched, which made for a horrible, claustrophobic experience which was not enjoyable in the least. We were constantly getting kicked or pulled or pushed, and the crush of bodies really took away from the experience of viewing the reef and the fish. We were told that it had to be this way because breaking into multiple groups would not have been logistically possible. With this in mind, I think ToursToGo should strongly reconsider lowering the maximum allowed number of snorkelers per day.

Positive experience: Great day exploring the Barossa wineries! We really loved the small boutique wineries such as Kersbrook and Kies winery. We also visited the new chocolate factory however it was far too busy and took away from the winery vibe. I would skip this in the future. We also went to Maggie Beers however we had to pay for our tastings here and the wine was not as nice as our previous stops. Would definitely recommend the small boutique wineries.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time at Moreton Island and everything went really smoothly. The weather wasn't too great on the day so we asked if we could change to an earlier return ferry and they did everything to help. Will book again when back in OZ :) Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: One day trip to Jenolan Caves, Scenic World & Cruise was a great way to get out of the city. Tour guide was on time, knowledgeable, and prompt to beat the crowds. He even took us a quick guide through Scenic World to make the best use of our time. The "cruise" was using the ferry down the river. They give you a $5 Opal Card, which is way more than you need to get back to your destination. It was dark by the time we got to the ferry, so we couldn't see much along the river, but coming into Sydney at night with the city lights and the bridge lit up was amazing. I would suggest eating a good/big breakfast, and bringing snacks for the day. You'll get back just in time for dinner, but there are limited snack/food purchases at Scenic World and Jenolan Caves; and it cuts into your exploration time.

Fantastic experience: I booked Shane's tour online for 7 people. 3 people are over 60 and 4 people under 40, and 1 of them has Asperger. Shane is very accommodating, including everyone in his conversation, he makes everyone feel welcomed. For the tour, he is ever knowledgeable and he is born and raised in the area. I highly recommend Shane for all tours. Thank you very much!

Positive experience: Tour was very nicely organised - pickup at the B&B is a very nice pro. Wine tasting was fun and very different from location to location. Excellent driver Joe, who told us a lot of the history of the region and how people got their and thrived. He did an excellent job bringing us safely to all the places and dropping us off. Big thumbs up.

Positive experience: We had a great time! Easy to find the marina (plenty of parking) and had a great day. Snorkeling with lots of fish - time on the beach (bring sunscreen!) and some fun folks to talk to. The food was a little wanting in terms of quality but was plentiful. And they took care of my wife who is Gluten free.

Positive experience: Our tour guide was quite entertaining and tried to allow us see as much as possible. Unfortunately, it was raining all day and we saw nothing on the mountain thus not able to review this part.

Negative experience: I'm appalled at the lack of customer service from Tours to Go. Booked a bus going to Port Douglas from Cairns and departure time was 10am and when we called to confirm, we were told to be outside our accommodation at 9.45am which we were. We called at 10.15am to see where our bus was as it hadn't bothered to pick us up. We called to see where the bus was and were accused of not being at our accommodation when the bus pulled up, which was NOT the case at all. We were told the bus would pick us up at 10.45am after much discussion, this lessens our day by an hour, do yourself a favour and book with one of the many other bus companies who can take you to Port Douglas for less and without the bad attitude and piss poor customer service. Beyond disappointed and upset with the lack of customer service. Would not recommend this organisation.

Positive experience: Booked 3 tours in Darwin, all were with AAT Kings. The bookings handled by Tourstogo were all handled in a timely & efficient manner, however the contractors AAT Kings weren't quite as good. The Kakadu tour was fantastic, the driver very engaging & full of interesting information. The café the coach stopped at for breakfast was well prepared & staffed & coped with all customers quickly. The tour to Litchfield National Park was well organised although the driver was more interested in talking about her personal life than giving us information about the area. The tour to Katherine Gorge was a complete disaster. The bus was 90 minutes late leaving due to passengers being boarded on the wrong coaches. Due to the late start 1 attraction was skipped completely & the stop at Edith Falls was cut from 60 to 15 minutes. The café chosen for breakfast/morning tea & dinner was unprepared & understaffed. The driver did not advise them of our arrival time in the morning, so nothing was pre-prepared. The restaurant used for lunch did not cater for the large number of people on the tour. At the evening dinner stop it took over 30 minutes for some people to pay for their meals even though meal selections had been phoned through. Again, the driver gave us a very detailed story of his unremarkable life. The shining light on this tour was the guide on the boat at Katherine Gorge. She was extremely knowledgeable & engaging.

Negative experience: The trip was great. However the pick up location was slightly confusing. Upon calling the company regarding info, the operator was very irritated that we didnt know Sydney CBD properly. We were tourists, a little bit more patience would have been nice. And once we reached the Jenolan caves, the bus driver had advised us that if we were slow walker etc, that we may climb up the caves stairs and meet the tour guide there. Apparently the tour guide didnt approve of this, and literally told us off in front of everyone else. We have international tourist with us all embarrassed in their Australian experience. And not only that but one of the members had difficulty walking fast due to a surgery. And the tour guide still had the audacity to make us feel unwelcome.

Positive experience: it was a drizzly day but tour director was very informative. View from Mt Lofty was obscured but went to side of building where lovely view of another valley. Would have liked time to walk a little bit down to notice. Handorf for me was disappointing. Had to wait a long time for afternoon tea and no time to visit galleries etc which I had wanted to

Positive experience: Overall this was a great trip. It is great value - the wineries were well selected and the wine tastings at each winery were well conducted. I particularly enjoyed the tasting at Jacobs Creek where we were shown how to taste wine. Lunch at Saltrams was lovely, and our last stop of the day at Lambert Estate (on a cold windy day) was the perfect ending - big log fire, beautiful surroundings and a wonderful selection of wines.For me the day would have been better with one less stop though both Keis and Wolf Blass were great too - but 5 stops made it a long day especially as I got to sit in the uncomfortable little seat with no head rest at the back of the bus.

Positive experience: The tour in itself went well, the guide was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the tours he gave us of the Blue Mountains. We could tell he was originally from there and he knew the place like the back of his hand. However, the pick up didn't go that well. As we had just arrived in Australia we didn't call the company to check in. They were supposed to tell us the exact pick up spot then, so we just went to the place mentioned on the voucher. There were roadworks there, and the usual coach pick up spot (for most travel companies) had been moved one street over for that reason, so that's where we went and waited for our bus. Time passed and we still had no news from our driver after the expected pick up time. Only 10 minutes after that time did we receive a phone call from our driver to tell us we were at the wrong spot and "we'd better hurry cause there was a bus load of people that we were making late for the tour". No need to mention it was the worst first contact I'd had with a tour guide. We were only 2 minute walk away from him and quickly met him. He introduced himself. I honestly couldn't care less about him at that point. And he said something again about us being "late", when we had been waiting for him for over 30 minutes. I told him my way of thinking and dropped it. He turned out to be a nice guy and the rest of the tour went well but I really didn't appreciate his way of talking to us, especially as a first contact, hence the 3 stars only. Australian guides seem to forget they have jobs thanks to us. They also seem to not understand that they can send us all the tour details, including the pick up spot, by email. I've never been to a country where I had to check in in advance for every single tour I booked. And I've been to many countries. The company should be the one calling us should they need further information, we are the ones who paid for a service, not the other way around. Anyway, the lunch was included on that tour, which was great. But it turned out to be a light version of a lunch, with simple salad wraps...

Fantastic experience: I went on The Happy Coach tour and I'm so glad I did. The tour guide was super lovely, chatty, knowledgeable about the Blue Mountains (he grew up there) and hilarious! Glad I supported a local family business - his mum does all the catering :) It's great value, covers all the main sites, you go on 3 amazing walks and lunch is thrown in as well. Would definitely go on another Happy Coach tour.

Fantastic experience: I and my daughter had a brief stay in Hobart just for one and half day. So wanted to visit as much as possible. Through Tourstogo I came to contact Mark, who was our guide and the driver for two days. On the first day our tour started with the abandoned zoo and then many city sights, Bonorong wild life and ended with a spectacular visit to the top of the mount Wellington. Mark was friendly with indepth knowledge on the subjects as well on anything from global politics, history, geography, sports etc. On the second day we had very interesting Port Arthur Mega tour. This was excellent, designed in such a way that it suited us well. We also visited briefly Richmond, but had to cut short to catch our flight. Mark dropped us to the airport. Overall we enjoyed our tour immensely and I would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Bev & I were met off the Cruise Ship in a timely way and received a very informative commentary on the way to Mossman Gorge. The Gorge reception area was amazing, and the local staff very impressive. We loved the Gorge itself, even though it was physically very demanding, and highly recommend this means of accessing it. Our return to the pier went very smoothly.

I would say I got to see the top end in a very unique way. All the guides were also very thorough and able to share their knowledge and help us learn about the history of this unique place of the world. Great job guys!

Fantastic experience: On Saturday 19 August I enjoyed a 'Tours To Go' bus tour of the Barossa Valley. It was a very pleasant day with a series of interesting stops, particularly at wineries. Our tour guide, John, also gave us an excellent commentary and he has a natural broadcaster's voice which is very enjoyable to listen to. I had a great time and would certainly recommend this tour to others.

Fantastic experience: It was an excellent tour. I have been on Great Ocean Road and Grampians. It was just amazing. Especially Grampians was great. We stayed middle of nowhere but you wake up with wild Kangaroos and Emu around. Beside that the tour guide and driver (cant remember his name now sorry) was so nice and expert with tour. Show everything what we need to know and his knowledge was superb. If i want to go to G.O.R and Grampians in the future again I would choose the Tourtogo(BUNYIP)

Fantastic experience: The two day tour of K'gari / Fraser Island was splendid, so much packed in and for such a reasonable price. The bus driver was extremely knowledgeable about all things island, and knew how to pace information so we had time to absorb both it and the landscape. There is no way I could have experienced the island without the tour. Every stopping point offered different pleasures: the long drive along the beach; the swimming spots; the 15 minute flight (an optional extra, but well worth it); the views from Indians Head; the glorious rust patterns on the wreck; the flowers, including greenhood orchids and caladenias.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed the tour very much as the tastings were all at boutique wineries that only sell their wines at the cellar door or direct order. Paul is a great tour guide and is very knowledgeable about the area and tells good stories about the history.
