Fantastic experience: Caitlin has got to be your greatest employee, and any employer would be blessed to acquire her. Let me explain. As soon as she arrived there was a queue of anxious, angry and stressed out people having visa issues. Myself included, She immediately jumped in with urgency and a positive and welcoming attitude to help everyone quickly and efficiently. No fake smiles, she genuinely seemed eager to help and happy to be there. She then effectively resolved issues and diffused tensions all by herself, taking on the whole operation with expertise and wisdom. Genuinely it is rare to see such good customer service and skills, especially considering the circumstances. Negative experience: I have had a awful experience with Marcus of having months of stress after having to request a simple refund on comaptionate grounds after my unexpected diagnosis of breast cancer. Delay after delay and goal posts changing leading to ongoing confusion. Despite discussions with manager Duco things were still left and I was informed by him that Marcus tried his best. Do not recommend them at all. We are still awaiting final outcomes. I hope to submit a formal complaint. Thev keep telling me airlines are responsible for the delays this is untrue and the airlines refunded due to medical complications preventing me from flying. The travel agency has with held and delayed payments not the airlines

Fantastic experience: Marcus was an absolute life saver and a delight to deal with. I wouldn’t have made it on my six week trip without. He truly cares about his customer’s experience and went into bat for me time and time again, surpassing everything that was expected from him from me, the customer. Fantastic experience: Waking up saturday morning with no visa's for vietnam and in complete panic, After a lot of research, I was given flight centre brisbane airport number. Spoke with Duco who immediately picked my english accent and said with a Britsh passport your ok. Within 2 hours he had the relevant paper work all stamped in my inbox ready to go for my partner and 2 young girls. What brilliant service, calm, polite and really cared. Can't recommend Duco enough. Use this guy!!

Fantastic experience: Marcus Whitford from the Brisbane International Airport saved our holiday! This might seem like an exaggeration but I believe it is true. We were due to hop on an international Air New Zealand flight to LA, when it was revealed that we did not have ESTA's and therefore couldn't board the plane. Air NZ had no hesitation to advise us to speak to Flight Centre because they would be helpful. Well they were right! Marcus was superb. He told us the facts, alerted us to worst case scenario and then worked rapidly, still stopping to double-check for accuracy at each step. Marcus did Flight Centre proud! Such great service under pressure, then brainstorming an option to allow us to still catch the Air NZ flight to Auckland, whilst giving enough time for the ESTAs to clear before we were due to depart from the US. Marcus, we don't forget your kindness. Thank you Marcus and thank you Flight Centre!

Fantastic experience: Had a few hiccups at the airport and Marcus was incredibly helpful and put our minds at ease! A fantastic ambassador for Flight Centre, will book through them in the future.

Negative experience: They did my visa for me quickly and professionally but did not communicate the price clearly. They said $55 if you do the visa yourself of $75 if we do it, so for the extra $20 I had them to do it. They took my card, didn't tell me how much I was being charged, then as I'm walking away they say I still need to pay an additional $75, absolutely ludacris, $130 in total for 5 minutes. If I'd known the proper price I would have done it myself. Need to communicate the prices better.

Fantastic experience: Marcus is truly a Champion ! His knowledge with all the flights and connecting the dots are truly amazing. My ticket got voided because of my Malaysia passport names are in together but Marcus rushed towards to Qantas to get confirmation and get me the cheapest flight than I initially thought it’s way more expensive! 10/10 will book thru Flight centre from now on !!

Russell who was almost finishing work took the time to help us get an emergency visa. I was devastated and in tears, and Marcus sat me down and applied for a new one for me on the spot. He reassured me everything would be ok, and it was! My trip only ended up being delayed by 12 hours. He gave me his card so I could let him know how I got on as he said he would be thinking about it all weekend. Marcus you are awesome. Fantastic experience: Fantastic, Effortless and Extremely Efficient work from Marc Whitford, I was stuck in Brisbane with no flights home, I had an issue with my U.S. visa, the U.S. Embassy said they couldn’t help and I was unable to pass through the US. I was stranded until i found this hero…. He assured me I would make it home… I needed documentation to pass through Canada and he sorted everything out in no time… found me the cheapest flight… explained everything to me in detail to make sure my first time travelling alone went smooth… ALL HEROES DONT WHERE CAPES!! Thank you flight centre Brisbane Thank you Marc whitford I will never forget you. Oh and he stayed with me up until I got my flight in the morning which was 7 am “Just so you know” He finished work at 8pm the previous night… damn… talk about excellent service from people who really care!

Fantastic experience: Marcus is super helpful! We were meant to leave for our honeymoon but our flight got delayed which was going to impact the other connections in our trip. Marcus worked out alternatives, liaised with the airline and managed to get us sorted without us spending any more money! He's the man.

Fantastic experience: Klarissa, Without you our 3 week vacation would have been over before it started. Not having all the necessary paperwork had caused our merry group to miss out return flight to Europe. Thanks to her, we were able to salvage the entire trip, and had a new flight booked without a few hours. She spoke on the phone for us to multiple airlines, Printed us documents, and even called up accomodation so we didn’t have to sleep at the airport that night. (Klarissa we did sleep at the airport) What I really wanted to point out that was so important to us was the human connection Klarissa showed us. Maybe we could have handled missing our trip all together but we will never forget your empathy and how hard you fought for us. All the thanks in the world from James, Alethea, and Genevieve.

Caitlin, the flight centre employee, not only helped us getting accomodation for the night but up-dated our NZ travel declaration documents so we could continue home the next day.Caitlin went the extra mile for us in a very stressful situation and is a credit to the Flight Centre Company.

Negative experience: Terrible travel agents. They screwed an extremely expensive holiday for 6 people and left us stranded in a foreign country refusing to help. I'm sorry I ever booked with them. They're unknowledgable and downright cruel to make their money or save their company money. Book with anyone else, go to the airline direct, these people are a menace. Thanks Phillip Rae. Fantastic experience: Marcus was absolutely brilliant! He couldn’t have done any more to try and get us on our flight! Even got airline to hold flight open another 15 mins while waiting for an ESTA. Unfortunately we missed our flight but Marcus did everything possible in his power to try and get us on. He rebooked everything for following day and made a stressful situation a lot better. Fantastic experience: just like to write a short note of gratitude to Larissa Titze who was a Huuuuuuuuuge help to me when i had esta/eta issues getting into the US and Canada. Sure they are a bit more expensive but do you really want to be messing around on your phone when the clock is ticking. She even phoned the US embassy to speed the process up. In the end i actually missed my flight, [hey it was my fault] but such was the customer service provided by Larissa that i didn't feel too bad, and she arranged everything seamlessly for me the next day - inc. overnight accommodation and also kept in regular email contact through the day and subsequent days. excellent experience when it could/should have been much worse. Thanks Again!!!

Fantastic experience: During a stressful situation and passport expire date, I couldn’t board my early flight to Japan with a stopover in Shanghai (Some Chinese main cities requires unless 6 months of valid passport ). I didn’t know what to do so I was suggested by qantas staff to find a new flight. Lucky me that I was assisted by Caitlin Flight Centre agent, she was extremely helpful person, she understood my situation and found a convenient and fast way to go Japan. She even helped me to request some refunds from my previous China Eastern airline ticket. She was so kind, extremely supportive and she did all necessary phone calls to be sure that I didn’t have any issues for my next flights. I extremely recommend her, she demonstrated high level of customer service skills, managed and resolved complex issues with manner and high level of professionalism and attitude. I highly recommended the staff from Flight Centre international airport, providing an excellent customer services and able to help clients in the most stressful situations. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Russell helped me sort out my ESTA visa to travel to America at very short notice. He also helped me book a one way flight as I had missed my earlier flight. He kept in contact with me while I had left the airport to make sure I was on track and everything. Highly commended, great guy!!!

Fantastic experience: Can't thank the staff here enough especially a woman called Jess, I went there needing a flight that day due to a family emergency and Jess was so polite and helpful and went above and beyond. Words can't express how much I appreciated her helping and advising me! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed.... I had to buy a transit ticket for visa issues but the departure date of this was still 3 weeks away so not last minute. As I had to do it in a rush I trusted the service desk but only one day later found the same flight for $500 instead of $780 that I paid flight centre .... I can't believe they would charge so much extra ..... please don't let this happen to you. Make sure you have return tickets or at least transit tickets before flying from AUS and don't give these people your business better to book it from your phone at the airport!

Negative experience: I went there to get a last minute USA and Canada visas. they wanted to charge $90 for both when you can get online for around $10-15 each. rip offs. They also said travel insurance was compulsory in canada and that I'd be denied entry if i didn't show on arrival. Flight centre guy was selling travel insurance for $200. I decided to buy it online for $63. When I arrived in Canada, airport staff didn't even check my travel insurance details. I will never trust flight centre again and advise you to not go there too, specifically to flight centre in brisbane airport. dodgy f*#ks.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin's excellent customer service, he is outstanding, and demonstrated great patience with me constantly changing my plans and moving the goal post!! Fantastic experience: Ask for KEVIN STUART. He is an absolute champion! He helped us organise a two-month Europe trip, saved us $1800 on Emirates flights (i checked what i could get them for) and would never fool us into booking something with him if we could get a better deal without an agent. He is honest and actually cares about his clients. Again and again he went above the call of duty, meeting with us outside work hours. I'll be contacting Kevin to help book all future holidays.
