Fantastic experience: Finding the best option to fly to Saskatchewan and arrange transport and hotels in small remote towns was becoming a nightmare. I made the decision to seek the assistance of Gobal Jetsetting. From the moment I entered the premises I knew I was in good hands. Melissa took control and within minutes she had flights, accommodation and transport arrangements sorted. Following that she arranged all of the travel, entertainment and accommodation for a travelling colleague of mine from the Philippines who was to visit Sydney for the first time. Fantastic experience: Can not fault the service they provide or attention to detail they have. It truely is like having your own personal concierge. The service doesn't end with your booking - and with the ups and downs during travel, it's a comfort to know they are always there to assist during your travel adventures.

Negative experience: Marissa was terrible from the beginning to the end of arranging our 14 person group trip. Wendy the owner was responsive each time I escalated but ideally escalation would not be required. If you get Marissa, you may need to make the effort to meet her face to face (which also seems hard) and make sure she thinks the job is lucrative enough for her to give you her attention.

Negative experience: Terribly disappointing! Wendy responded to my FB post (seeking) travel agent recommendations and, sadly, she over sold her company's abilities. My priority was to be matched with a specialist who would understand, and book, travel for my 16 y/o to travel - unaccompanied - from Sweden to Brisbane, return. 1. No word from her, or her staff for 2 days. 'I' had to chase them up twice! 2. The 'specialist' she paired me with specialises in travel to Japan!! 3. He hadn't been correctly briefed and 4. He attempted to discuss travel that wasn't in the brief!! If you're looking for an agent who is proactive, listens and offers better solutions - contact Sonia, from Sonia Jones Travel. Hands down!
