Negative experience: Terrible experience with these guys. No timely response. Airlines communicated about flight changes to these guys two weeks ago and they didn't even check until I noticed the changes. Rude and unprofessional answers.

Negative experience: I booked my parents tickets from them. I just called them and said that i have not got the mail with tickets and she was like so rude . She did n't let me explain anything and said everything in ticket just check that. I just wanna say if u are really that busy that you cant listen the queries than plz suggest the customers to dont come to us . When they need payment they are very nice and after that they are hopeless. Will not come to you again.

Negative experience: Not a great follower for this agency. I rather go to flight centre and pay little extra for a reason... Sai world is great at finding deals but they not strict to their commitment. I have paid around $17000 for 4 people from Brisbane to USA. Recently I had to pay for luggage to Airlines eventhough Sai world printed itinerary stated more luggage. They have charged me even more money for higher luggage. But Airlines stated my luggage allowance is low. It seems like fraud itinerary issued to get more money from customer. Now Sai world does even respond to my calls and emails. If you want contact me on my personal google, I have collected all evidences of communication to them. I can pass on to you guys for reference. Not worth it to look after customer after customer paid money. Very disappointed Also I have noticed that the positive reviews given in this reviews are most of their own staff. How manipulated . Dozzy.. This is the reply of your reply below Sai World Travel & Tours let me explain now. Where were you while I have sent emails and calls and voice mails till I have said to you that I could not find the evidence of four baggages. You guys been ignoring me since I have started calling. I have all printed evidences. As you have called me straight away as soon as I have done negative review in Facebook and on your website. Where were you before that? So please do not tell me that I am confusing other followers. I have all evidences and I can send it. I have not gone to fare work or government but I will if your recent communication to me is not true that you are negotiating with Airlines that my refund will be done. I also want the proof that it came from Airlines so I know that you are actually talking to Airlines. Please send me all these with money you guys owe. I am sick of chasing you guys as you guys kept ignoring. Now you came from blue and saying you done this and that. Please just do the refund and finish this. And please be fare to customers as you have obligations to run the business as per standard. I hope you understand. Thanks Ravi.

Negative experience: Thieves Once you booked flight ticket and cancel it won't get anything back from this company. I booked flight ticket (Singapore Airlines) from Sai World Travel & Tours. Due to my son got sick I need to cancel ticket. And they never refunded money. Flight ticket shows some cancellations charges and remaining amount refund . Been 11 months I keep calling them and emailing them but no reply.

Negative experience: Never ever book with them. In the times of Pandemic they overcharged me 4000$ . I emailed them ,called them and requested number of times buy no reply. I havnt seen such an UNPROFESSIONAL irresponsible behaviour so from any business here in Australia. I will post my story with evidence soon . if there were 0 stars even I won't give them . They deserve a rivew from the authorities, I have emailed the authorities quite number of times as well as Airlines ,not to give them power to rob customers. Staff Sonia and manager Indra need to give me some credit or refund I have requested many times I am in a debt of 4k , being only earner in the family it makes such a Big difference

Totally unexperienced staff and I’m still waiting for my refund money because the flight got canceled in coronavirus time and confirm with airlines and everything. 2 years and still not a single message from this fake agency in brisbane.

Fantastic experience: I availed their service when my wife and twins were travelling to Kolkata from Brisbane. It was early April 2021 and international travel was surrounded by wors't circumstances imaginable, especially on this route and direction of travel. Their advice, service quality and promptness exceeded imagination and made the journey safe and hassle free. My point of contact was Naina and she is so professional apart from being a wonderful person. Highly recommend them for future travellers, travelling to any destination!

Negative experience: Not satisfied at all. I would say they are one of the most unprofessional agents and they don’t even deserve 1 out of 5. We booked a ticket in January through them but it got cancelled and still haven’t received any refund. Initially they told me that it will take around 5 weeks. After five weeks when I emailed them they started blaming Emirates (the airlines). But I know for sure that these airlines process the refund within 15 days because last year my dad’s flight got cancelled and we got the refund within 15 days. They are just defaming the airline now and not giving refund saying that they haven’t still received it from airlines. I also have the proof that the airlines have already processed the refund, I talked to them and they said they process the refund within 15-21 days. Please if someone else who booked with them. For that particular flight and haven’t got their refund back must take a strict action against them. I will put the flight details below. From Brisbane to Delhi Flight date and time - 31st January at 8:55pm Flight # EK 0431

Negative experience: Me and wife have been calling you since last 5 months regarding refund of the cancelled Emirates flight which was cancelled on 20th Jan 2021 by Emirates and I have been calling Mahir Kakkar and your 1800 and been told refund will happen in 5 weeks. Its April 21st which is 5 months since the ticket has been cancelled. If you are a genuine business and not a fraud company why haven't you given us our refund, its not your money to keep. Passenger name is Maramma Yaddanapalli. When my wife called yesterday you didn't even bother to listen to her saying your accountant is coming to work once a week. Is that even a valid reason. Your agent even went ahead and said do what ever you want we don't care is this how you respond to customers. We paid $1300 for the ticket which Emirates have refunded you, I spoke to Emirates and have proof and you are not returning that money and you are defrauding us which is an criminal offence in Australia and I have every good reason to complain to ACCC about you withholding our money for no valid reason. Please resolve the issue before me escalating it

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend using Sai World Travel for a trip to India! Having a well planned itinerary with a driver and local guides took all the thinking out of the day-to-day experience and really streamlined the whole process. This was really beneficial considering I only had two weeks to try and do as much as possible. The hotels were all great, as was the driver and the local guides. All the sightseeing and experiences I did were first class as were the meals. Nidhi from Sai World even got in touch with me while I was in India to assist me with a troublesome internal parcel delivery which required re-routing. If it wasn't for their assistance I would have never received the delivery so was very thankful. The prices for flights and the package were really good, and I will be suggesting Sai World to all my friends who plan to visit India.

Negative experience: Refund/change Policy Ø In case if the flight doesn’t operate for any reasons full refund will be provided to all passengers Ø Any schedule change by airline for the time and date still non-refundable Ø Any cancellation by passengers including medical reasons are also non-refundable After reading the above and also my experience with this useless company is horrible. Normally airlines has to refund for their incapability of running a fleet and also for medical reasons of a traveller. But these buggers steal money from customers and does not provide any service. If you call them they say they are doing service during pandemic situation.. Is this called as service. We should blame governement for allowing these type of business to run in the countries. Write to social media and spread the word to people out there.

Negative experience: They are charging twice as much for a single fare and on top of that if you pay with a credit card ,there is a 2% surcharge and when you inquire about it, the surcharge is by the bank not by the business. I understand them charging premium fare if they are only taking 50 to 60 percent passengers but the plane went was full and only 6 odd seats were left.

This girl rudely asked me couple of time if I could suggest her the flight number I want, which I would not know, this is her responsibility to give me any options.
