Fantastic experience: Thanks to the team at MWTC for helping us with our recent travel bookings to Hawaii. They found a great accommodation deal with better cancellation policies than I could find myself. They also found a travel insurance policy with higher coverage which was cheaper than I found. They also found car hire & made sure we had the correct level of protection. Finally, they have an awesome app that stores all your travel reservations & documentation that you can use offline when abroad. Would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we’ve used MWTC for a multi destination extended family holiday. We will doubtless never go away again without using these guys as our travel consultants. Every part of the service is smooth with highly individualised customer care. Scott, Rachel and the team really listen, and build bespoke holidays to fit individual needs and budgets. No stone is left unturned. And the support doesn’t stop once you board the plane - it’s ongoing throughout. Unfortunately on our recent trip, I broke my ankle and needed surgery on the second day of our holiday in Italy. Scott at MWTC was an amazing support, he was increasingly responsive at helping us change our plans and find and book new accomodation and flights. He also went above and beyond to provide advice around insurance and provide needed information to support the claims process. We will always book with MWTC in the future. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have to give a big shout out to Scott and Rachel from MWTC. We found them by chance when we were looking for flights for our recent Danish trip and thank goodness we did. Not only were they able to lock in the price for us that other agents said were no longer available, they arranged assistance for us right through all our flights and took care of getting us best seating for my husband’s disability needs. The AXUS app they use made it so much easier to communicate and keep all our documents together and available offline. With the extra Covid travel complications, this was invaluable. Scott also arranged a driver to collect us and help with our bags on our return late at night as well as find accommodation on short notice when we discovered just before we left Copenhagen that we couldn’t go to our apartment due to the floods. We are just so grateful for his help, and we can’t recommend them highly enough

Fantastic experience: Scott is an incredible travel agent. His knowledge, skill and resourcefulness is without parallel. No problem is too big. No problem is insoluble. Just recently, we referred a friend that was convinced he was without any international flight options to attend to a family funeral, given COVID-19 and the short notice. Scott made it happen. Our friend made it. If that is the level of competence you are after, see Scott.

Negative experience: Asked a simple question and got a blunt response which came across arrogant. Having good customer service is what your business thrives on so I’ll take my $ elsewhere. First impression not great

Fantastic experience: Wow! These guys are just the best! .pre covid I used these guys to navigate all our travel needs in India and it was exceptional and ,everything was like clockwork So when we needed to book our daughters flights frommothersidebof the world During COVID we know we needed pros to cover all the fine details and deal with cancelled flights etc we chose these guys. They have gone above and beyond what normal travel agents and their systems are awesome and we knew they would be on call wto help us at any time so I have 100% faith recommending them during these uncertain travel times

Fantastic experience: It's the first time I have used a Travel Agent to book a holiday in a long time, but Scott and Rachel are no ordinary travel agents. From my first brief to them about what we wanted, to the comprehensive travel app they provide and then personally calling us to ensure we had received information about the lockdown and not to worry, it didn't affect us. We had a fabulous trip to FNQ; it was so relaxing not having to be concerned about travel arrangements throughout our travels.

Fantastic experience: Scott at My World Travel Concierge managed to accomplish what most travel agents in 2020 were unable to: successfully managing our flights to move back from the USA to Australia (to Brisbane). Scott went above and beyond to find flight options for my family, and worked behind the scenes for weeks with his contacts at various airlines and in different countries to ensure we had the latest information about flight caps and airline changes. The information in the AXUS app that they use was fantastic, always up to date, and was so helpful in managing our booking details. Scott provided exemplary service and I will be calling him as soon as we can all travel again!

Fantastic experience: Best in the business! The MWTC team is second to none. Their professionalism, responsiveness and personal customer care is what sets them apart. Also, they know their stuff! I have used Scott and the team for many holidays including Africa and the Northern Territory in Australia and each time their recommendations and itineraries have been on point. Most recently I was on a trip affected by a COVID-19 lockdown and Scott worked around the clock (very late nights and early mornings) to rearrange our flights and accommodation and get us home safely. He did this with a positive attitude that put us at ease. I would not use any other travel provider. They are first class!

We were delighted to find that this deal that sounded too good to be true was actually a dream come true for our family. Fantastic experience: Thanks Scott and Rachel. This was the most stress free planning we have ever had for a trip. You saved us plenty of time and effort on researching best possible options so we just had to make the choices. You proactively organised things we didn't even think of - as vegetarian meals on the plane and cot for our little one. Such a relief to feel you are 100% prepared. We are not sure that we will ever book our own travels again!
