Negative experience: I used their website and booked a car and it was confirmed but after a week later I found out that it was a scam. I'll try legally to get a full refund.

Negative experience: We booked a rental vehicle during a time of doubt of travel. At the time of booking It was not made clear that I had to opt for a extra cost to be eligible to receive a refund if a government imposed lock down occurred. To be fair I would have assumed that giving 11 days notice of the fact I had no physical ability to make it to the booking would have been enough, but Lucy told me No and that I have lost the deposit. I’m not saying they are wrong for keeping my money I’m just saying it’s pretty poor form. Double check your booking details.
