Fantastic experience: We have used Samantha at Clean cruising for 2 cruise holidays and we needed help organising Flights and accommodation, we didnt have any problems ,she went above and beyond with our requests, Will be using Clean cruising again for all our holiday needs

Negative experience: Scam, illegal yearly subscription and additional charges added to your invoice, be aware! I booked for 7 days MSC Europe cruise with the Clean Cruise agent. They added $90 charge to pay yearly for their Subscription and additional illegal charges to the invoices sent to be paid. As most of people they normally booked directly to the Cruise Ship web portal with trust, cost saving and loyalty discounts. As my case I checked the online reviews, I just wanted to try the first booking with the Clean Cruise once. They sent several invoices from different people from their agent with different statements to create confusing and added to pay YEARLY $90 for their agent subscriptions for my FIRST ONLY ATTEMPED booking. I have wrote a letter to the Clean Cruise to complaint about illegal charging and also as an evident for the Fair Trading. I will update the status

Negative experience: I have been doing business with Clean Cruising for years. Great agent Carli and had no problems . Now I think they have been sold ??? . Both agents my daughter and I had are now gone ? I have had problems since Carli went . 1st ...on one of my cruises I am yet to take , they had me down to pay final amount on the 30th July 2025 BUT my cabin buddy had to pay hers by 30th July 2024 ?? hey sent her a letter to pay which she did . BUT I told her to get a refund as it wasn't DUE 2nd.... I am going on a 3 day cruise with family.Have been making payments ,I only owed about $1300 receipt said I owed over $5000 . Has been sorted they said they added insurance quote in ??? $5000 for 3/4 day cruise ??? 3rd .... my daughter and I booked another family 3/4 day cruise , booked same day but different agent .We both have balconies. My daughter was given $200 on board credit .I get $25 onboard credit ??? My 3rd time on this ship , my daughters 1st time Have emailed and asked why yesterday morning . No reply as of yet. 24 hours later I did receive a reply . But she said we had a conversation about it . We didn't. But if I pay an extra $175 I will get the $200 credit . I also became a club member ,didn't receive magazines or anything. She said she had a conversation with me when i booked . Not so . I originally booked online an inside cabin . Then rang and changed to a balcony . There was absolutely no conversation about on board credit. Which I don't care about anymore . its just how things have been handled . New staff should be better trained

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have cruised in Australia, Europe and the Antarctic a number of times over the past 20 years. We have managed our bookings ourselves and through overseas agents for international cruises at times. Last year we booked a World Cruise and, after reading a number of very positive comments from other customers, we transferred the booking to Clean Cruising. Since then we have used them to make two other Australian based bookings. We are so glad we did. To have an agent - who cares - only a phone call away and in our own city of Brisbane has been such a blessing. Particularly for the World Cruise we have been so thankful for all the support and information and the help when the usual "glitches" happen. Clean Cruising and our agent - Amy - stand out as the vest best!

Fantastic experience: Haven't got on the ship yet but as a complete newcomer to cruising, I couldn't be any happier with the help I got from Lauren. Clear and easy communication throughout and she even picked our cabin out for us, explaining the advantages. However 'Lauren Macarthy' from Clean cruising worked on getting us the refunds from Royal Caribeans. Lauren was excellent customer service agent who really cared about the clients. She also personally contacted us on the day Royal caribeans cancelled the cruise. No fault of Cleancruising that the trip was cancelled. Fantastic experience: We recently took a 5 day cruise on the QEII to Hobart. It was fantastic! The service, food, entertainment, it was all wonderful. We weren't sure what to expect, but it was even better than we'd imagined. The ship itself was extremely clean & beautifully decorated. We didn't want to leave. Lol. Check in & check out was so easy. Our room was lovely & balcony a pleasure to sit out with a drink & watch the world go by. Special thanks to Lesleigh & Mary that helped so much with our booking. Also. Martin, our steward was great. Fantastic experience: Very good

Negative experience: My mother left her phone on the ship and after 4 hours and 20 minutes I was transferred to P&O which has nothing to do with her cruise on Cunard. My ill mother has no phone and no replies to my emails. Also the people I spoke to could hardly speak English. A $1,000 phone gone with no help from Cunard after my mother and her sister spent thousands on possibly their last trip. Utterly disgusted.
