Fantastic experience: Special shout-out to our super efficient Brisbane travel agent Omar Lopez = a real asset to Flight Centre's international brand! Although we're based in Sydney, we've found Omar to be highly understanding of our specific needs, especially as frequent flyers celebrating a 60th travel birthday (in this case seeking a very particular Europe summer itinerary). Omar expertly formulated an open-jaw ticket that included both Budapest and London, and then provided other OneWorld options (incl Finnair and Qatar) which allowed us to see we were getting best value with Qantas/Emirates. Omar also then suggested tweaking our departure date outta Heathrow (which we then did) to save a bit more money. Thank you again Omar - your professionalism and in-depth knowledge of how airline ticketing work = why we always look forward to using you for all of our future trips

Fantastic experience: We have dealt with Chris Crichton for a number of years now. We cannot fault his service. Chris has a good sense of humour and is happy to find different options for the ideas we put forward. He listens to everything we say and has a great memory for what we have told him in the past. Earlier this year when on our way home from Canada, we had a number of flights canceled, so missed our connecting flight from New York to Brisbane. Chris went out of his way to find us flights home, looking into many different options, and found us a good price for the journey home. He was a calm voice at a very stressful time and we really appreciated his help and level of professionalism. We are using him to book our cruise for next year - and many more holidays to come.

I received a gift voucher for Flight Centre as a gift and decided to use the voucher as part payment for a holiday with my family. Negative experience: Beware of Omar Lopez as I was provided an email with a price and when I replied to go ahead the price changed and was an additional $1,200 in less than 24 hours When I question it the reply was we did not proceed sending you an Official Flight Centre Quote with the given price the price that you were given was just on a stage of a price estimation and human errors happen Save your time and effort and go somewhere else

My husband and I have dealt with Charlotte for over 12 months, and her service has always been excellent. Fantastic experience: I was helped by Chris at Flight Centre in Brisbane city. He was extremely helpful in securing a fantastic deal on a plane fare to the USA. The purchasing process was super easy & everything went through without any issues. After I had purchased my ticket, Chris took the time to explain other important issues I had questions about. He explained how the USA visa waiver ESTA program worked vs applying for a tourist visa. He also made sure I had the right travel insurance product for my trip. Even though I'd already purchased insurance for my trip, he was able to answer my questions about the policy I had bought as it (coincidently) was the same product he recommends at Flight Centre. I'm really happy with my decision to use Flight Centre for this holiday and would recommend Chris to anyone who is planning a holiday.

Fantastic experience: I had to travel to Melbourne for a photography job, Never having been to Melbourne I decided to enlist the help of a travel agent. Charlotte Evans was more than amazing, very informative and took the time to understand the trip and what I was needing before making some great suggestions for the trip. Even with my multiple changes to the schedule nothing seemed to bother Charlotte at all. I had not flown in multiple years and Charlotte took the time to ensure I understood the processes etc. One of the best customer service interactions I have had, I will certainly be booking any future travels through Charlotte and couldn't recommend her highly enough!

In a world so vast, stilled by the miniscule Covid 19 I knew I had a lucky star helping me sneak by the obstacles in my path one after the other. Negative experience: For many years until the Covid shutdown my wife and I have spent several tens of thousands of dollars a year on travel to other countries. Until this recent experience I have had nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism and service provided by Flight Centre experts. I would now appreciate it if a senior person in Eagle St took over the oversight of our upcoming flights to and within the USA worth $25000 + (they are all booked and paid for). I cannot get my "expert" to communicate with me unless it is in response to personal critical emails to her re her non communication and follow-up. Negative experience: Went into this centre start of February due to another flight centres lack of communication. Explained what we were after and how we have been trying to get our credit rebooked since August 2021. Have a credit that we were told expires end of June. 4 months on and no communication. Not replying to my email asking for an update, sent a complaint to head office, commented on FC instagram, tried calling, still nothing. I assume once the credit expires FC will just trfr the lost funds to our bank account?

Fantastic experience: These are difficult and uncertain times for international travel. I first spoke to Charlotte Evans at Flight Center back in August to arrange flights back to the UK and we have spoken numerous times since as we tried to navigate the UK & AUS Governments rules and regulations and find the best time to travel. Charlotte was very knowledgeable, very patient with me and found me the flights that I needed. Fantastic experience: Charlotte was extremely pleasant to work with. These are tumultuous times in the travel industry with very limited and pricey options. It's almost nigh impossible to book by yourself during this pandemic with all these rules and changes, so I went to Travel Centre at Eagle Street. Despite several flights along the journey being cancelled, Charlotte ensured that I made it back to Canada safe and sound. If you need someone in your corner, make sure it's Charlotte.
