Negative experience: The agent barely did any work on our booking and did not offer timely assistance, so despite my insistence around the urgency our trip was cancelled, but they kept my deposit, despite the error being on their end. After a lot of emails they agreed to keep my deposit on file for a future booking, but only for a year, during which we could not travel, so the money was lost. Very disappointing service and while I recognise that sometime you can't get the right staff and they don't do their job correctly, you should owning up to your mistakes and not profiting off your errors at the expense of customers.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just back from an absolutely unforgettable trip to Norfolk Island. Everything was included spacious private accommodation with stupendous views, all meals each and everyone a gastranomic delight. Wonderful tours. A motor vehicle to do our own exploring. Thank you spacifica you thought of everything and everything was highly appreciated

Fantastic experience: We used Spacifica to organise a trip to Norfolk Island. Their organisation with flights, tours, car rental and accommodation were all fabulous. We stayed at Aloha Apartments, which were great, and within walking distance to cafes, bowling club, the pub, shops and more. The included tours and tour guides were all great. We also added a couple of extra tours, the Fish Fry and Progressive dinner and they were both great fun. Would highly recommend using Spacifica for here or other visits to islands in the Pacific.

Fantastic experience: We have recently returned from a week on Norfolk Island which we booked through Specifica Travel and can not recommend them highly enough for the best hassle free experience we have had. Airport transfers, booking confirmation at Governors Lodge, hire car waiting at our accommodation Whispering Pines (which was the best cleanest place we have ever stayed). Progressive dinner, 4 tours with guides who were able to answer every question asked and a couple of free days that we made good use of. Bounty museum is a must visit. Not one hiccup for the whole trip so once again a big THANK YOU to Spacifica Travel.

Fantastic experience: After hearing from friends how wonderful this company was, I rang to get a quote for a return trip to the Cook Islands. I already had a quote booking directly with the resorts and the consultant worked very hard to secure a very comparable quote for me. A huge shout out to Michael who was exeptional with the number of emails and phone calls he made to me to secure the booking.

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Tahiti, Huahine & Moorea in June/July organised by Mike and Ellie at Spacifica Travel. The vouchers for transfers, accommodation and flights were easy to use and the Tahiti Travel Service very efficient. Both Mike and Ellie understood what we were looking for in a holiday. They rescheduled the New Calendonian portion after riots in Noumea and were very prompt with communication, organising refunds and payments. The alternative itinerary we planned worked like clockwork. We stayed at the Kon Tiki Tahiti hotel in Papeete, opposite the Ferry service to Moorea and we enjoyed beers at the Reeftop bar at sunset each night. The Matai Lapita in Huahine is an awesome resort with beautiful beach access and the new Nui Hotel in Moorea was a great place to relax. We hired a car to drive up to the mountain on Moorea to the  lookout, did some walks and a few circuits of the island. Superb countryside, tropical jungle and beautiful water in the lagoon for swimming. We also enjoyed a snorkeling tour on a boat, swimming with stingrays and black pointed sharks. Please continue the great work you do so others can enjoy this beautiful part of the world. We will certainly recommend Spacifica Travel to our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Spacifica Travel had a package deal for Norfolk Island that was excellent. We enjoyed our week which included flights, accomodation, a hire car, tours, a high tea and a very entertaining language course. We added on a Progressive Dinner and Fish Fry. We stayed at Coast which was a lovely one bedroom self contained apartment. Norfolk is full of history with a laid back and friendly small population. We highly recommend a short break holiday through Spacifica.

Negative experience: SCAM Me and my wife booked a trip to Tonga with them. They told us that all will be booked on april from their side. 1,5 months later on mid may we were told that they could not provide the trip for us. So they cancelled the trip. We have still not got our money back and its already July! Cannot recommend this agency, it feels like a scam. Update! July 2024. Still a scam. They did not return all of the money!

Fantastic experience: We were 17 people and 1 baby and the staff at Spacifica got us to the Cook Islands with NO hiccups at all, A wonderful destination and can't recommend the team highly enough, Happy Travellers

Fantastic experience: My husband and l booked a travel package through Spacifica travel. It included air travel, cruise, and accomodation. The lovely consultants (Jasmin and Kelsey) rang me and worked with us to personalise every aspect of this special trip. Fantastic experience: Michael helped my grandmother with her Norfolk trip, when she unfortunately fell ill after only 2 days on the island. From there he helped her through the whole insurance claim, where she eventually got all her money back. She is all better now and keen to rebook with Michael in the new year.

Negative experience: Just saw your advertisement on T.V. wherein Ray Martin promotes your business. Certainly not a good look for Spacifica Travel following Ray’s divisive comments towards No voters in the recent referendum. Unfortunately will be using another Travel business to book Fiji holiday.

Positive experience: We went to Norfolk Island and they were amazing with all the travel arrangements. No issues with them

Negative experience: DO NOT USE SPACIFICA TRAVEL!!!! Our holiday from 2020 has 2x in price and now they are telling us it is has 1x again to be 3x the original price. They offer no refunds for Covid Holidays that got cancelled, but expect you to pay 3 times the prices for less days with additional stopovers. They will not give you a refund even though the Airline will and just keep taking your money which they refuse to refund even though they are the ones holding it!!! Just use Expedia, these guys are terrible!! Seriously STAY AWAY!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Honeymoon trip booked by Spacifica Travels. My Trip to Lord Houw Island, with my partner was perfect! Mike was so friendly and prompt with his response. Definitely recommend booking with them, even though there were a lot of commotion about Covid, they explained the situation and assisted assured us a good trip back home. Really appreciate it.

Negative experience: Package deals at good prices. Phone contact difficult having to be on hold for up to 45 minutes.

Negative experience: The worst travel agency I have dealt with in 52 years of overseas travel. Probably Covid will be blamed for them not answering calls, not replying to emails, not giving a promised refund for months and giving contradictory advice. I assume too many casual people are employed and they don't communicate with each other. I was relieved that my holiday actually happened and I am home again. Two other couples shared a same experience. NEVER, would I use this agency again.

Negative experience: CAUTION - they sold us a holiday saying it was fully refundable, then when Norfolk Island closed, they've changed the rules saying we're only entitled to a credit voucher. We can't travel back to the island in the near future, so a credit voucher is not practical. They've been inflexible and rude throughout the process, pushing us to the accommodation provider to sort things out. The accommodation provider pushes us back to this travel agent - it's a nightmare with no one wanting to take responsibility. We're out of pocket over $10,000, and they won't return our emails, are ignoring our request for a refund and have said to fight it through fair trading if we want our money back. It's not worth the headache. We booked the holiday as we needed a break to unwind and destress - however, we're now out of pocket over $10K for a holiday we didn't even get to go on. We now need to fight through fair trading to get our money back even though the quote and receipt from this travel agent said fully refundable on all documentation. Use CAUTION - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: Used Spacifica Travel for the first time and wow to be assigned Simon to assist us with a short notice booking to Norfolk Island. Simon was so knowledgeable and professional. Went way beyond and we are so happy with the service provided. Very very impressed with their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Simon has been wonderful to deal with. Our Mum was booked for a Norfolk Island trip, but unfortunately passed away. The trip was non-refundable and we did not expect any refunds however Simon went above and beyond and secured partial refunds. His compassion and dedication shone through. Negative experience: May flight was cancelled last minute by AIR NZ. Went to the Airport left stranded. No one informed us. Still waiting to rebook. Basically still waiting to go....

Fantastic experience: I have used Spacifica 4 times and not had a problem. Cook Islands twice, Norfolk Island and Samoa recently. Amy is wonderful and nothing is a problem when it comes to organising everthing you need from flights, accommodation, hire cars and tours. It can all be arranged! Highly recommended.
