Negative experience: Terrible. Would give 0 stars if possible. Always more expensive than just using Google flights and they will stick you on a middle seat. No option to adjust flight booked through a travel agent. AVOID.

Negative experience: The worst company I have ever come across. Had to call them 30 times over 3 months, as well as the same amount of emails for a booking they made with our company and hadn't paid for. Turned out they paid the wrong company, however after realising this it still took them 6 weeks to pay us for the booking. Stay away from them.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Unfortunately my university is stuck with FCM, so each travel becomes a nightmare.

Negative experience: As a ceo of another travel company, currently undergoing quarantine upon returning from a business trip overseas I was informed by police to arrange a solution with FCM travel. Indian rep Rakesh has no ability to do his job, is incoherent, rude and useless. The other reviews on here are 100% correct. This company can't be serious. Good luck trying to deal with them. - Seph

Negative experience: Spoke with a Indian guy named Raj and I'd say it's the worst customer service I'd have had in my life!!! He literally shouting in my face and not being helpful at -all! Stay away from this company, they're absolutely the worst!!!

Negative experience: PLEASE never use or allow anyone from this company to book your motel. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!! I have an invoice outstanding from 22-10-2012 for an amount under $100 and they wont even pay that. DISGUSTING!!!
