Fantastic experience: My family of 4 have just returned from a 7 day, personalised Golden Triangle tour. Noting how overwhelming India can be, the way that everything was coordinated by the team couldn’t have gone better. Communication was always spot on (even though we are located overseas), and the tours were personalised to our needs. The itinerary was tailored for what we wanted to do and the accomodation that was organised for us was exceptional. Karam even managed to get us a very late check out at a superior hotel which we are very grateful for as we had a very late flight. Our driver, Raju was amazing too. We really enjoyed spending time with him and he was so good with the kids - in fact, most of the tour guides were. In terms of having all your basics sorted, we couldn’t have gotten close without Vibrant India Tours… your shopping budget is all on you though! Ha I would happily book another trip with these guys again - maybe a different part of India this time.

Fantastic experience: We recently completed a truely wonderful curated Indian holiday visiting Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan. This was our first visit to India. After sourcing three quotes, we decided to engage Vibrant India Tours as our provider. What a great decision! The team at Vibrant were responsive and professional in guiding us through the pre-travel process (visa application, local customs and nuances etc). From our arrival at Delhi airport to our final day in India, the Vibrant team were first class in terms of organisation, co-ordination and delivering on our expectations. Fantastic experience: My wife, adult daughter, and I have recently returned from a customised private 17 day Tour of Rajasthan (with a side trip to Varanasi) arranged and conducted by Vibrant India Tours. Having now returned home, we found that India can be a bit confronting, and we were very happy to have engaged Vibrant to take care of us throughout our time in country. Karam was easy to deal with online, and over the phone, to plan the trip, and then once we arrived, the local Drivers and Guides were very friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate easily using our WhatsApp group and Vibrant staff were always responsive. The sights and tours we did were all good, and we were able to modify our plans if we felt the need. We stayed in a variety of hotels each with their own "Indian flavour", such as a heritage hotel in Jaipur, an old fort in Jodhpur, and a well located lakeside hotel in Udaipur. We would particularly like to single out our main driver, Ram Kumar Singh, who was very friendly, made us feel safe, and took much care to ensure we were well looked after. Fantastic experience: We just returned from a well-organized custom tour of North and South India with deluxe accommodation some of which we paid extra for upgrades. The tour of the north included New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Then on to Bangalore for a few days and to Kerala, touring Munnar, Periyar Back Waters on a houseboat and finally Cochin. The places we visited were awesome and memorable. The highlight was of course “Taj Mahal”. What a breathtaking experience. We even had a pleasant surprise for the “evening with a local family” in Jaipur! It was an excellent evening with a very nice family. The drivers were excellent. They were very helpful and friendly, always mindful of our comfort and safety. We upgraded to an SUV which was a good comfortable choice as we travelled long distances by road. The hotels and resorts we stayed at were of high quality, some unique. One was a delightful, restored heritage Haveli and the other a high-rise resort on a mountain with fabulous views. The private houseboat was an awesome experience. The captain/ pilot and chef/steward were very helpful and took great care of us. The cook was a young guy who took us to the markets to buy our seafood and cooked the most delicious dishes. It was all made to order! Fantastic experience: We booked a private tour with Karam and Belinda, the Melbourne based arm of Vibrant India Tours. From our first contact things were tailored to our dates and requirements. The advice re our trip being late in the season and the fact that the weather would be hot was duly communicated but we traveled anyway and were very glad we did. We selected the Golden Triangle with Varanassi as our tour. We were met at Delhi Airport by Nand, who was to be our driver and helper for almost all the trip. His professional ability, courtesy and ability to manage the cahotic traffic was greatly appreciated. We had very good access to all the guides and daily information via a dedicated Whatsapp group. We regularly communiacted with our local tour operator, Gaurav, who is an owner of the company. This method of communication worked very well and even included our boarding passes for the internal flights. In each city we had a local guide who gave us the information on the sights and answered any questions we had. They all spoke good English and were happy to repeat information if asked and also asked if there was anything extra we wanted to know or see. We were lucky enough in Jaipur to have a cooking class and dinner with one of the hosts, Gaurav and his wife. This was a special experience. The food was complex to prepare and long experience had enabled Varsha to blend more spices than in the market, into a very delicious meal. We sat a chatted with them for some time, A real highlight. Varanassi was also a highlight and well worth the extra flight to get there. The Hindu rituals and religion, the numbers of pilgrims and the ceremonies on the Ganges with around 50,000 people were amazing to witness. Despite all the crowds we felt quite safe and were guided with expertise. It felt more like a festival with parents, children and pilgrims all intermingling. Our first trip to India was a revelation. The people were friendly and despite the crowds we were very well looked after. We would highly recommend this company to arrange tours to India. With their local and Australian arms it was easy to communicate and they they were very responsive to any concerns and requests. Marg & Mike

Fantastic experience: We had absolutely no idea how the team at Vibrant India would handle our request for a curated tour for myself and my husband. We had researched a few India specialists both in Australia and overseas and decided a local team would be best . We picked Vibrant India solely after reading reviews. So to be honest we weren’t sure how it would all go. Communication and information were always full and clear ( always via email or WhatsApp - latter as we got closer to the trip and whilst in India ). The coordination between the Australia based team ( Karam and Belinda) ; our India contact ( Gaurav) and our trusty driver ( Nand) was seamless. Our itinerary (Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan) was full yet relaxed as we had requested . Hotels were mostly heritage and beautiful. Whether heritage or not - accommodation, service and food in all were of a very high quality. And it was great ( and to our personal taste) to avoid large international hotel chains. Guides in each city were very knowledgeable and each brought their own personality to their tours which was really enjoyable. It was a pleasure to meet Gaurav in person for our tour around Jaipur and an absolute privilege to attend a prayer ceremony at GovindDevJi temple. As it was our first time in India we perhaps were a little less adventurous than we would normally be when travelling . We mostly ate in hotels ( always good but of course slightly more expensive than eating out). However this paid off as we kept very well the whole trip and really enjoyed the selection and quality of the food everywhere. And we are already planning our second visit to India next year with Vibrant India. Last but by no means least ; without our calm , courteous and very capable driver - Nand, we really don’t think we would have had such a relaxed and enjoyable two weeks. Thanks to you all. Fantastic experience: We have recently returned from an 18 day private tour of Rajasthan, India which was organised through Vibrant India Tours and included us being in Jaipur for the Holi celebrations. The trip was amazing with the correct amount of down time. Once in India we were handed over to the Jaipur team were they were in regular contact and again available to help us with extra bookings etc. They were fantastic. Thank you Gaurav. I asked for nice accommodation, 5 Star. The hotels that were booked were great and exceeded our expectations. This allowed us to fly above a lot of accommodation problems in India like cold showers average restaurants. Lastly thanks to Kiram Joy our driver in the south. Fantastic experience: Karam and the entire Vibrant India tours team were amazing, This is the best way to see India as on a tour with others there is no flexibility. With a private driver and guides for all the main sites there is flexibility to change things a little. I had to make some adjustments as I messed up my visa initially and Karam worked around that. Mr Akshay the driver was super safe and knowledgeable and I think driving between Delhi, Jaipur and Agra was more efficient than flights. I chose the 5 star hotel option which was worth it. You cannot really walk around in India or get public transport like I do in many other cities so again the tour was the way to see everything. The stand out is of course the Taj Mahal but I saw many beautiful temples, palaces and forts. I liked Jaipur the best and the guide was able to help me source coloured stones and get a beautiful necklace made that was unlike anything I saw for sale. As a lone female traveller this was the best experience. And everything was easy with the use of WhatsApp to stay in touch. So well organised!! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 16 Day/15 Night tour of Southern India, commencing in Chennai and finishing in Cochin. Our experience with the Vibrant team (Karam and Belinda in Australia and Gaurav in India) was great. From the initial enquiry and all the way through the various phases, including agreeing on an itinerary, provision of up to date and accurate information regarding visa arrangements, tipping etc., payments and responding to various questions, the team were prompt, efficient and very professional. One very successful aspect of the tour arrangements included the creation of a Group Chat facility on WhatsApp, which enabled communications with everyone an easy and facilitated quick responses when required. Once on the ground in India, we met our driver, Ranjith, who was an absolute delight and a great travel companion. Not only was he a very professional and proficient driver (an absolute essential in India where the roads and traffic is a nightmare to negotiate), but his knowledge of Southern India was exceptional, his communication and organizational skills were excellent and he played a major role in ensuring our holiday was both enjoyable and memorable – great job done Ranjith. Fantastic experience: So happy with the experience from Vibrant India Tours. I was very impressed the way everything was organised with such limited time. They really took into consideration all the places we wanted to see and the holiday had a good mix of history, sight seeing, food and culture. All the tour guides went into great detail about their home town and gave us good insights. There was some communication misunderstandings with the hotel arrangements but we could easily and openly express these for quick resolution. By far our favourite places were Varanasi and Jaipur and we are looking forward to seeing more of India again.

Fantastic experience: Travelling on a bus in small or large groups is not our thing as there is always somebody who is going to upset the apple cart, possibly even myself lol. So this is the first time we have ever engaged a tour company to tailor our holiday since we prefer to design our own itinerary, accomodation, etc and invariably hire a car(s) and do our own thing. Choosing India as a destination however made us rethink and so we scanned the internet for possible tour companies to offer us the best solution and we came across Vibrant India Tours. Their Website describes that Private Tours are their speciality. What an understatement that is. From the time we decided to engage Karam and Belinda to design our two weeks in India Tour (Sept 2023), to the time we arrived back home in Australia (this week) was designed to perfection. All we had to do was come up with our own air travel from and back to Australia and Karam and Belinda did the rest. Upon arriving from Australia via Singapore into Delhi, their driver was waiting for us. Indeed we had our own driver wherever we went. He knew our itinerary down to the minute, when to pick us up from our hotel(s) and when to drop us off. Various guides were also pre-engaged at places along the way to show us their bit of India in all it's beautiful, astounding glory. The hotels were all hand picked and pre-booked as was the internal Air India Express flight from Delhi to Kochi, when we embarked on a week long tour of Kerala. Vibrant India Tours have their own specialists based in India who keep and eye on things. Indeed they rang our driver everyday to see how things were going and where we were. And Karam and Belinda kept an eye on us and were in contact every few days to see whether we were ok and happy with things. I can't imagine trying to organise this tour ourselves without some sort of hitch and found it incredible that our driver always turned up at our hotel at the time we agreed the night before, right down to the minute. Somehow whenever we were travelling to some point of interest where we were to meet a guide, the guide just appeared like an apparition, right at the car door when we got there! Our various guides like our drivers were well spoken, courteous and knowledgable, and we had them all to ourselves. So, if you are thinking about a holiday to India but not quite sure where to go, what to see and how to organise it you honestly should not go past Vibrant India Tours. We will be travelling to India again in the future. Like Australia, it's a vast country with just so much to see across different landscapes and climates and Vibrant India Tours have the whole of India covered just for you.

Fantastic experience: I chose to go with Vibrant India Tours as our communications from the outset were professional warm and helpful. Our trip itinerary to Northern India was perfection. The drivers, guides were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our longer drives throughout Rajhastan were made easier because of Jitu, a wonderful careful driver. He was very thoughtful and made the week of road trips enjoyable and comfortable. He was a lovely gentleman. We also had contact from VIT throughout out time in India via WhatsApp group which was very supportive and great to know we could easily connect with them if needed. I highly recommend VIT for anyone planning a trip to India, the team was fabulous on every level. We had an amazing and very memorable time.

Fantastic experience: Our tour was perfect. We are in our 70's and didn't want any hassles whilst travelling in this wonderful country. We called Akshay, our driver, "the magician" the way he manoeuvred through the crazy traffic. He was always on time and thoughtful when it came to comfort stops. A most patient man. The guides in each town were professional local men who knew their town well. They also were very good photographers so we got lots of great pictures, with us in them. The guides were very attentive to our needs and as my knees were a bit dodgy they helped me up and down stairs and uneven ground. We felt quite protected everywhere we travelled deslite the crowds. This tour of India was so easy with our driver dropping us as close to the attraction as possible and there to pick us and the guide up as soon as we had finished. Who knew India had so much to see!!! The hotels were good, the boutique hotels were clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We have no hesitation in recommending Vibrant Indian Tours it exceeded expectations.

Fantastic experience: Great experience and very well organised by Karam. Everything went smoothly, our tour guides were very knowledgeable and gave us extensive information about each place of interest. Our driver (Jitu) was reliable, polite and always willing to help with anything extra that we needed. The hotels were of good quality and the food provided in the hotels was both international and indian cusine. However we didn't eat outside of the hotels and consequently did not get sick. We did have to tip everyone, from tour guides to drivers to hotel staff - which came as a bit of a surprise, so be prepared with lots of local small bills.

Fantastic experience: Vibrant Tours were easy to work with in designing our own tour , very flexible , responsive and had some good ideas and helpful tips for our tour. It was great to have a joint app to use any time for advice and assistance, whilst we were away. The 2 drivers were fantastic and the local guides were all good , all with their own personalities. We (5 women) had a great holiday and would highly recommend Vibrant tours for travel in India !

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from an amazing 18 day private tour for my husband and myself in northern India which was so well organised by Vibrant India tours. We were not familiar with the use of WhatsApp to communicate on tour but it works extremely well. Our wonderful driver Nand would msg us 5 minutes before our requested departure time to let us know he had arrived at the hotel and flight boarding passes sent also on the WhatsApp. It all worked so efficiently and both Karam and Gaurav kept in touch along the way and responded to a couple of enquiries very promptly. We opted for luxe hotels and they were amazing and treat guests like royalty. Views of the Taj Mahal from our room at the Oberoi in Agra was quite a surreal and very special experience. Our driver Nand was with us, except for Varanasi, for the whole trip and was such a gentleman and very professional. Despite what seemed like chaos on the roads we always felt very safe in his hands. Guides in different locations were also very knowledgeable and would contact Nand near the end of the tour who would then just magically appear at the right time - incredible. Fantastic experience: Really great service and amazing tour of northern India for a 30 day period. Due to weather restrictions we did have to change some aspects of the tour, however Gaurav was immediately onto it and we had an alternative itinerary that night really to follow the next morning. Couldn't fault the tour or the organisation.

Fantastic experience: We recently got back from a trip to India, part of which was arranged through Vibrant India Tours. We travelled from Delhi to Agra, Ranthambore National Park, Jaipur, Pushkar, Udaipur, Mumbai and ending with a family stay in Pune. All the drivers and guides we encountered were very good. We had a private car arranged for our entire time in Rajasthan. Our driver, Dinesh, who was with us for that time was extremely skilled (navigating the traffic there!!), knowledgeable about the tourist traps, and guided us very nicely through our trip. The guides at the various landmarks were also very good with their knowledge and demeanour. Belinda and Karam made the process of organising the ins and outs from Australia very easy. We changed our minds and dates multiple times, and they were very accommodating with all the changes. And Gaurav, on the Indian side, kept a close eye on things and was readily available to help with even minor issues. Our main wish is that we had more time or perhaps didn't try to cover as much in the time we had, just because the road travel was long with young kids, and the traffic conditions meant that it took a long time to get from place to place. Positive experience: We had an overall great experience with a mostly very well organized private tour which itinerary we worked out together with Karam & Belinda. They attended to all logistics arrangements including airport pick ups, domestic flights and all transport and tours. For the most part (10 days) we had a wonderful driver, Nand Singh from Jaipur, who took amazing care of us and drove exceptionally well in often very precarious conditions and went beyond his duty to drive us anywhere we needed. We travelled to Delhi from Sydney. We experienced exotic and eye opening sights from Varanasi (the holy city), Agra ( Taj Mahal), Jaipur (Pink City), Jodhpur (Blue City), Narlai, Udaipur and Mumbai. We had some very interesting guides that imparted local knowledge and entertained us with great stories. Anurug in Jaipur was very informative and did a great job. Suresh Kumar Vyas was an exceptional guide in Jodhpur. Bagwatt Singh was a great guide ( and cricket fan) showing us the sights in Udaipur. Our driver Vijay in Mumbai also went beyond his brief to offer us a great experience. Our guides for the Dharavi Slum tour and Bollywood Tour were an amazing young man and lady who are locals from the slum. We enjoyed some special experiences including the Stepwell Dinner in Narlai, and meals at Veda restaurant in New Delhi, Bar Palladia in Jaipur, Khaas Bagh in Jodhpur, and Shalimar in Mumbai. The Sunset Terrace Restaurant in Udaipur at the Palace was a lovely sunset meal and staff were very attentive. The best hotels were the Trident in Mumbai and Jaipur, followed by the Taj in Agra (Pool restaurant was great, breakfast not much). The Rawla Narlai Hotel was exceptional with outstanding personal service and our room was absolutely beautiful with a window daybed overlooking the gardens towards the pool. Meals were also beautiful. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us including a town tour and sunset up Elephant Hill and of course the stepwell dinner experience. The Rambank Heritage Hotel in Jodhpur can by no means be described in any way as luxury ( which was our brief) There were definitely better options. The Lalit in Delhi gave us a room with broken plumbing and really unusable, clearly not what was booked and we were moved the next day but not a great welcome to India. The Lake End Hotel was quite average, especially with a room overlooking the carpark when you have a beautiful lake out front. Staff not particularly helpful to International visitors. Pizza Restaurant was a good experience. The most disappointing parts of our trip was our second day in Jaipur which really didn't happen (with Guarav) who finished the tour before anything was open AND the so called 'private' Leopard Safari tour. The Leopard Safari in Narlai should have been done with the Rawla Narlai Hotel. For some unknown reason we were taken on another tour ( questionable who these people were) which was an absolute waste of our time, very disappointing and an awful road conditions for Nand. Needless to say, no Leopards - the hotel tours all saw several Leopards. We would recommend Vibrant India Tours but would suggest you request detailed information about what hotel rooms are booked (we only got vouchers when we arrived in India) and tour times as communication was quite poor a long the way and we had to rely on Nand to find out information about each days activities and we know some things could have been a lot better if we had this information prior, rather than at the last minute. ( indicated by Bollywood and Slum guides) and we were advised that the Trident doesn't do half day rates when it was an option offered to us as soon as we arrived there. This was not ideal as we had a late night out of Mumbai and could have planned our day much better. It is definitely a great no worries way to see as much of India in a time frame and itinerary to suit your individual needs. Very comprehensive sight seeing with enough time to do some things on your own. Best to request as much detail before to avoid any disappointments.

Positive experience: A trip we will never forget to India during Diwali, local guides and drivers enhanced the trip which left us nothing to do but enjoy the colour, culture and the people we met along the way.

Positive experience: Great tour, a few minor things not good. Great communications when a couple of things went wrong. We had the BEST driver name is Ram, couldn't be any more helpful to us, he's FANTASTIC. We did NOT like the guide we had in Varanasi, was very rude and really couldn't understand what he said. He actually got cranky with me because I didn't want to go into one of the temples. Its not his holiday, it was mine, so my choice. One other guide we had in Delhi on the last day also didn't impress us much either, he was rushing us and walking way too fast. I actually caught him rolling his eyes at one stage at us. The other guides were fantastic. We also HATED the up selling of going to rug places etc., where they think we have thousands of dollars to spend. That also included the gem place, waste of our time. The hotels we stayed at weren't 5 stars in my eyes. It looked ok in the lobby, but the rooms weren't good, Mould on the walls, mattresses need to be replaced. As there was 3 of us travelling, they should of known we needed to have 3 beds in the room. Every time we had to wait for a roll away bed to brought up, plus never provided us the correct towels. Each time they brought these things to room we had to tip. The home visit to the family for dinner should be the following night after Agra as we had early morning at Taj Mahal then drove to Jaipur stopping at a palace, too much of a long day. The family were nice but feel they should supply the recipe that they are cooking. Also, the toilet at the house was FILTHY. This needs to be addressed. I would highly recommend Vibrant tours because the communication was excellent just a few things need to be addressed. Thankyou

Together, we came up with a schedule places to see and stay which they then organised. Our experience of the tour was just wonderful. The hotels that they organise for us to stay in the brilliant, and they matched the the level of Hotel we wanted to stay in. This made the trip in India great experience. The people who looked after us made the whole trip feel safe, organised, and interesting. The guides who looked after us at each place with knowledgeable, caring funny interesting people, and took us to great places for shopping, apart from having great knowledge about the places we were looking at. The most important person For the trip was the person who drove the car and looked after us on a daily basis. His name was Banti. He was wonderful driver Who looked after us, picked us up at the right time was very patient with us and had a knowledge him self about to various places we went to. He was particularly the one who made the truth. Feel safe both on the road, but also looking after us in the street situations, he also had knowledge of interesting places to go visit for food and became really one of the family while we went on the trip. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful trip to India- the Golden Triangle with Ranthambore National Park and the added bonus of spending Diwali in Jaipur with Gaurav and family. Our trip was extremely well organised from start to finish- from the initial enquiries with Karam and Belinda, making some tweaks to their standard itinerary and all the pre-trip info including Visa process. The actual trip itself was amazing and everything ran very smoothly. We had an incredible driver, Jitu, who made the chaotic roads seem easier to navigate than they were! We were lucky enough to see a tiger in the National Park and that was one of many highlights and wonderful memories we have. Whilst we often travel independently, such a well organised private tour for the four of us was definitely the easiest and most efficient way of seeing some of India in a short period of time. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 2 week trip in India where we did the Essence of North India option. Karam & Belinda were great to deal with and accommodated some changes and additional dates to the set itinerary without any issue. They also provide a local contact on the ground in India (Gaurav) who always is available via a WhatsApp contact and kept us updated along the way of anything we needed to know, giving us reassurance at all times. Gaurav also checked in any Internal Flights and provide Boarding Passes. These tours comes with a Private Driver (ours was Jitu), usually for the majority of the trip end to end depending on your itinerary, along with providing a new Guide at each location who have the expertise to show you around and give local information. They also quite often expedited the way to get into the attractions. That is one of the best ways to see India by far....no stress! India can be chaotic at times, but if you accept that's how it is, you will very much enjoy the wild ride. Fantastic experience: The 23 days North India revealed trip met all my expectations and more. I was impressed with the variety of experiences and the service provided by the agency, which was right behind us every time we used domestic flights and or had to be picked up by drivers. I would particularly like to recommend Askey, who was our driver on most of the trip. The guides were well informed and generally managed to pitch the information to our level of interest. That said I could from time to time have done with less chatter, especially in Varanasi, where the guide had little awareness of my interest level or capacity to absorb more information about the many legends attached to the Hindu religion. I would particularly like to commend the guide in Delhi, Agra and Amritsar. Some of the shopping venues we were offered did not interest me at all and perhaps it would be possible to check with the individual clients rather than waste their and the shop keepers time. That said I understand that some travellers are quite focussed on shopping. I would be very happy to recommend Vibrant India Tours and will definitely use the agency should I do another tour of India.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a 10 day tour of Kashmir and the Golden Triangle for a private group of 6. From the moment I chose Vibrant India Tours as our agent it has been a great experience. They tailored the trip to our requirements, selected fabulous places to stay and ensured we were looked after every step of the way. We had a few hiccoughs with the monsoon and needed some help with rebooking flights, etc. Karam and his team worked til late on a Sunday night fixing everything for us. Real 5* service. Each of the guides we had was a friendly professional who had deep knowledge of the sights we were experiencing. We also had a private cooking experience with the family of Guarav, the Jaipur-based principal of the business, which was fantastic. He also hunted for some handicrafts and other things we wanted, all with the courtesy and speed that comes with a strong sense of customer service. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Vibrant India Tours, who we engaged for a 2 week honeymoon in Rajasthan. They arranged an amazing itinerary which had so much variety, from the popular sites to the less well known, off the beaten track places. From bike riding and yoga to train rides and leopard safaris, the trip had it all. They also have people on the ground in India to help 24/7 and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Fantastic experience: This was our first time we used Vibrant India Tours and our first ever visit to India and it won’t be our last. From the first day we arrived in New Delhi, our guide Gaurav and our excellent Driver, Ram had everything in hand, nothing was any trouble for them to sort out or organise. The communication between Karam in Australia and Gaurav in India was second to one. They even checked in for our internal flights for us and sent us our boarding pass. The different guides in each city certainly made it a holiday to remember as they were very knowledgeable with the history of the places we visited. Our driver, Ram, who was with us from the first day in New Delhi until we boarded our plane to Mumbai (14 days) was just amazing. Seeing the way the traffic is and the way he manoeuvred the bus in that traffic and kept us safe, was just superb. He was always on time and nothing was ever any trouble. As far as we were concerned he was just excellent. As far as The cities that we visited in Rajasthan-Golden Triangle, Delhi, Mumbai and Agra were absolutely amazing from start to finish, it was a full on tour and some days the driving was long but there was so much to see. I just wish we had more time in each city as one day just wasn’t it enough. There was so much to experience and not enough time. Next time….. The hotels we stayed in were all superb, especially in Udaipur, on the Lake and Jaisalmer. It truly was wonderful experience and I can't thank Karam and Belinda from Vibrant India Tours and everybody involved, enough for making it the most memorable time, we will recommend Vibrant to our Family and Friends and I will be booking again for India when the time comes. Fantastic experience: Vibrant India Tours are amazing to work with. I have special requirements due to health issues, they listened to all my needs and requests and tailored a trip for me. (based on one of their standard tours.) Every detail driver, guides, sights I wished to see, hotels and more were perfect for me. They were available for me at any time while I was touring as well, not that I needed contact often, but the once or twice I had a question, they responded almost immediately. Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a 13night/12day tour of Southern India covering the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The team at Vibrant India tours both in Australia (Karam and Belinda) and India (Gurav) were outstanding in their professionalism, attention to detail and organisation. Karam and Belinda were wonderful to coordinate with. They took the time to tailor-make the tour for me, my main interests being the culture and history in the south. The tour was extremely well organised and professionally planned by Karam and he was quick to respond to any queries. Once in India, I was well looked after by my driver, Ooni, who was amazing dealing with the chaos of Indian traffic and never-ending road works. All the city tour guides were highly knowledgeable. Karam maintained good communication via WhatsApp in India. Apart from the incredible temples, palaces and a fort in Tamil Nadu, highlights in Kerala were a wildlife boat ride in a national park, tea plantation (hill station), spice garden, and an overnight cruise on my premium houseboat at Alleppey through the Kerala backwaters. The 2 staff on the Divine were excellent and the food was varied and delicious. All the hotels were comfortable, convenient with great breakfasts and excellent service at reception I highly recommend Karam, Belinda and Gurav and all the team at Vibrant India Tours for an amazing personalised tour of India. They are so professional and easy to deal with.

I cannot fault the team at Vibrant India Tours for their professionalism, attention to details and organisation. I was concerned about being a solo female traveller but I felt very safe with the guides and driver. Will recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We had intentions to visit India and planned to put together our own itinerary however, we quickly realised how difficult that would be to organize for our young family. Thankfully, some Googling led us to Vibrant India Tours online. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to see and after speaking with Karam, him and his team were then able to put those pieces together for us. There were some initial nerves due to the fact that we only had the Google reviews and an emailed itinerary to go by but Karam reassured us throughout and made himself available to us whenever we required, in the lead up to our trip (and during, with contacts in Jaipur). The level of detail and care that went into the organization of the itinerary was more than we could have ever imagined. My wife injured her knee 2 weeks prior to us leaving and Karam and Gaurav (our Jaipur operator) were able to amend our plans at the drop of a hat - wheelchairs and hands-on assistance were pre-organised without issue. The tour itself, was amazing and something we will look back on for years to come. Highlights included staying in an preserved haweli (Vivaana Cultural Hotel) in the small town of Mandawa, visiting the vastly stunning Amer Fort in Jaipur, our entire stay in Kerela - particularly the tea plantations surrounding Munnar, the beach in Marari and the martial arts show in Thekkady. The food was insanely delicious, all hospitality staff were very courteous and professional. Our tour guides and drivers, again particularly Raj in Kerela, were exceptional. It's not a negative, but worth mentioning that some accommodation we visited in Kerela (although beautiful) wasn't licenced to serve alcohol. If required, our driver was very obliging and assisted us in this department on the odd occasion. Furthermore, for beer drinkers out there, make sure you differentiate between Kingfisher Premium (white label) and Kingfisher Strong (red label), the former being the better of the two. All in all, would highly recommend this service for any young family, couple, group of friends, anyone who wants to get a real taste of true Indian experience - we'll definitely look back on this experience with very fond memories.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful 2 weeks touring Nth India, Vibrant India tours (Karam) arranged a magnificent itinerary with superb hotels, tour guides and a wonderful driver Akshay. Highlights include, visit to Taj Mahal (Agra), snake charmers & Amber palace (Jaipur), Mandawa was full of history ( Kothi Hotel was great). My train trip from Dehli, through Kalka to Shimla was awesome, loved Manali & Dharamshala and finished in Amritsar, which had the golden temple and the border ceremony as unbelievable highlights. The people and culture of India was worth the visit alone, with visits to forts, palaces, stepwells, festivals being special. I also had the awesome experience of a local home cooking lesson, thank you Gaurav & family. Would i go again, you bet I would, thank you Vibrant India tours.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently did a 10 day tour of India with our 2 year old child. The service and care they provided was just outstanding. Would like to specially mention our tour driver ram Kumar Singh who was so considerate and attentive to our needs (examples include: constantly having watter bottles in the car and escorting us around laxman jhulla bridge in rishikesh during the peak chardham season ).
