Fantastic experience: Amazing service, booked an East Coast package with them which was very affordable for what I got and Stu and the team were so helpful and supportive during the booking process & throughout the trip. I was able to customise my itinerary entirely and they took all the work out of organising hostels, busses and activities. The team was always at the other end of the phone for any hiccups such as weather cancellations or bus schedule changes, taking a lot of the stress out of the travel logistics. I'm so glad I booked with them and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Me and my two friends booked our east coast trip with Justice after meeting him during our stay at Melbourne City Backpackers. We initially used their online tool for planning a trip and then had the chance to sit down with Justice and have our trip personalised, during which he gave us some really useful insight into the activities we were going to do and the places we’d be staying! The whole process was so streamlined and easy, and everyone we spoke to from Cheap Az was so friendly and knowledgeable! The trip itself was also incredible, we had such a wonderful time and felt the activities we did made for some life-long memories, made easier by the fact that we just had to turn up and get the bus to each place, there was minimal faffing thanks to Cheap Az! My friend even injured herself just before which meant she couldn’t do one of our planned activities, and Cheap Az were really kind and managed to get her a full refund, despite being told at first that she’d only get a small percentage back! We also learned during our trip that we paid a fraction of what a number of other people we met did, sometimes close to half which was music to our ears! I could not recommend enough, we received top quality customer service, and a trip to remember!

Fantastic experience: I saw Justice at the Cheap Az travel desk at Melbourne city backpackers hostel and he absolutely sorted everything out for me. We sat down for 2/3 hours and boom, everything for a whole month in planned, a whole bunch of insane tours (Happy Bus Byron bay, kayaking the everglades in Noosa, 3 day Fraser Island tour, magnetic island, airlie beach, 3 day boat tour around the Whitsundays, scuba diving the great barrier reef and 2 day daintree rainforest and crocodile tour) all the hostels and all the transport. He wrote me a timetable so I know exactly where I need to be and when and basically took away all of the hassle of research and planning and organising away. And he has run through it all a bunch of times with me since. So grateful that I met him. The best part about it is all of that only came to $3000. Thank you Justice!!!!

Fantastic experience: We booked a tonne of trips with Cheap Az Travel including our whole East Coast. Justice the absolute legend sorted the whole thing for us and it was incredible. He printed out all our documents, put them in a folder and wrote out a full itinerary so all we had to do was show up on time at each destination. It was super easy and we saved loads of money. Plus, when the weather did get in the way of our Whitsundays boat trip both Stu and Justice were on hand to help us sort it. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic experience: I saw an advertisement in one of the hostels I stayed back in Melbourne and booked a van via their website. Immediately I got an email with the confirmation. It also said that if there was no availability anymore, they would contact me. After 5 minutes I got a message from Stu. Unfortunately the van I wanted wasn’t available anymore, but Stu helped me out. He got me a crazy good deal for a car for three weeks. I was so happy with his help and he thinking with me, that I also booked the next two cars/vans at CheapAzTravel. He personally introduced himself to us on our first day and regularly checked to ensure that we felt comfortable during our stay at Summerhouse Cairns. He went out of his way to show us around Cairns and helped us to find transport for wherever we needed to go, even driving us there himself at times. Cheap Az travel had many different tours on offer, and each one we booked was incredible. Stu ensured he got us the best possible deal for every tour we booked, and answered every question we threw at him with knowledge and expertise. We booked the tours to the Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda and Fitzroy Island and thoroughly enjoyed each trip. Fantastic experience: Super nice! Stu even interrupted his evening to reopen the shop for us, and when we wanted to book a tour, he said that since we have our own car, we should do the trip ourselves and not book a tour. He was super nice and didn't want to make a profit off us. He actually came to the agency for us for free and left without selling anything because he didn't want to rip us off. Fantastic experience: I was desperately trying to book a trip to Uluru for three but was overwhelmed at the options and flight schedules flying in and out of Ayers rock. A friend of mine passed me Marnies number and I'm so happy I called her!! She's so knowledgeable of the options available I just gave her the dates and my preferred tour company and Marnie booked everything for us within an hour. Flight in, tour company, dietary requirements, extra equipment and flight out. It was such a relief and having recently experienced everything she booked for us all three of us are super happy with how the trip went!
