Fantastic experience: The team at Cairns tours are so great! So friendly and helpful! They managed to book everything I wanted and even helped when some tours weren't available and got me onto other tours that were better and didn't break the budget!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience booking a diving tour through Cairns Tours. My day diving tour to the Great Barrier Reef was cancelled by the operating company few days before scheduled and I still haven't been able to get refund for it. I had tu rush to look and book an alternative tour for the same day because the alternative dates they were offering didn't suit me. I've been sending many complaint emails asking to get my money back but they want to keep a 20% administration fee (this is 140$) for a service I didn't get! Really a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone booking anything through them.
