They never try to rip you off as much as possible, they actually listen to your needs and help you choose the best trip for you. Jordan is the best guy, ❗ without problem, we quickly made the choice of trip, transaction, he arranged a pickup close to my house and I even got a discount. At the end, my partner was very happy with the birthday gift. Next time we will definitely choose Travello and if you don't want to be disappointed with the travel agency, I advise you to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant experience booking a diving trip for myself and my Girlfriend with Jordon, he was extremely helpful, pleasant to deal with and stayed after hours to help us book our day out. We had our own car so didn’t need a guided tour of the waterfalls but he was kind enough to show us the best route and all the top waterfalls to visit around Cairns and the tablelands. Couldn’t recommend his service enough

Negative experience: their app is messy and miss leading, I couldn't find what I was looking for at all. seems like there is a lot of inactive users and the app is outdated.

Negative experience: Withholding details which would have lead us to not purchasing the "tour" until after payment was made. Then told its not refundable and out of his hands.

Negative experience: Thought that this app might come in handy for my travels around Australia but no. It sucked. Super misleading and hard to navigate, offering pricey experiences which can be booked much cheaper directly through the business. A genuine sham of an app

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Aaron enough! He spoke to us on two separate occasions about a scuba dive and had so much experience and information that he put our minds at ease and got us very excited for our dives. Fantastic experience: Giulia & the British guy (so sorry we forgot his name!) were soooo friendly and helpful! They didn't hesitate to open up shop for us just as they were closing for the day, which was very appreciative, they answered all our questions and gave us on point advice about skyrail, Kuranda train, crocs and paranella Park. we were able to book in a last minute tour without an issue. Thankyou so much, great customer service and sound advice.

Fantastic experience: We went on the Litchfield tour. Personalised tour with smaller group (not like the 50 person buses). Our guide Simon was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a good time. The croc cruise was exceptional. Real bucket list experience and we were so close to the crocs you could touch them. I have done many tours in Australia and this one was by far the best. We swam in water falls and it looked amazing. You could see the fish in clear water. Picnic lunch delicious and we had prawns and champaign at sunset. Best tour thanks to Simon.

Fantastic experience: A highly recommended travel agency, they have both good prices and excellent service. They adjust attractions according to the experience you want to have. They helped me even outside of business hours so that I could go on a trip that was canceled and I did not receive an update (this trip was not closed through them), and made everything for me for go to the tour, I had a day full of fun thanks to them.

Our main point of contact when we arrived was a lovely lady called Ana, and she had two support staff by her side making calls and enquiries to assist and help achieve the best, most successful experience. If you don’t know where to start or what to do in Cairns, you absolutely have to walk into their office and let them guide you. 10/10 service. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Positive experience: Nice

Negative experience: I have got 2 vouchers from their website but when I wanted to use them they said they are invalid and I have to pay again. No one answering their phone number and thoes in the chat keep disappering after a few minutes without doing anything. I have ended up paying again via the attraction website just to visit it. They might have some discounts but no support at all and totally disapointed with their service. Don't repeat my mistake!
