Fantastic experience: Great tour of the apostles, stopping and seeing koalas along the road, a small bush walk and a few other stops where you can walk to the beach. Luke, our driver and tour guide was very knowledgeable, energetic and friendly towards everyone in the bus and loved the fact that he played Australian music on the tour. He also tried to get everyone to singalong which was nice! Ps! If you get vehicle sick, sit at the front of the bus. The back sways a little on the great ocean road. Other than that, a highly recommended tour!!

Fantastic experience: I was unsure about joining this tour at first given the long rides to get to the destination and back. However, I just returned from the 1-day Great Ocean Road, Apollo Bay & Twelve Apostles tour led by John and it was incredible! This tour is a huge highlight of my trip to Melbourne thus far. There were many scenic stops along the way to Port Campbell which helped the drive feel like it was going very quickly! Our guide, John, was charismatic, informative, and a smooth driver! He certainly made the tour an enjoyable one. I'm happy I did this tour and surprised we even spotted several koalas. Thank you again for this memorable experience, John!

Positive experience: The trip to Philip Island was ok in terms of itinerary however a couple of big warnings. The bus is awful if you are tall of wide. My son and I are both 6ft and there is literally no leg room. My back and neck are in so much pain now. I am not sure how we got through the day. The driver was at times unsafe getting far too close to the vehicle in front. The air con was on and off. One min it would be cold next the windows fogged up. The bus ruined the trip. I thought it would be a lovely comfortable trip in a modern coach. Nope! It was old and smelled of damp. So it was 5 for the itinerary and 1 ⭐️ for the bus. Unfortunately the bus ruined it. I could never go with these guys again.

Positive experience: Tour , bbq and sight seeing was awesome. Pick up was on time but bus was lacking fasilities and uncomfortable seatbelts.

Positive experience: I went on their Great Ocean Road day tour with John. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he made a genuine effort to engage us through fun trivia and interesting stories about each location. His passion for the sites we visited was evident, and it made the experience both informative and enjoyable. However, I did feel that the tour was a bit on the shorter side and somewhat rushed. Additionally, there wasn’t an opportunity to grab dinner at Colac, which could be challenging for those planning their evening. Despite these minor drawbacks, it was still a worthwhile experience.

Negative experience: Today I was suppose to go on the tour with my family. i am 75 years old and woke up with a horrible cough and fever. I had my wife call the tour operator to postpone or cancel. They refuse to do either and since they have my money I have no alternative. I am questioning their lack of customer service and sole interest in making money. I do not want to force myself to go and get everyone sick. They did not care if I went sneezing and couching on bus. This is a terrible company that wants to keep the money and not provide the service. Don't waste your time and money. Ed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended tour (reverse great ocean road) for those who don't have a car and still want to see part of the great ocean route. The tour does not include the sunset at the 12 apostles, but it guarantees zero stress and no delays/congestion/crowds at the sites to visit. This allows for some extra stops. Super knowledgeable and helpful guide!

Fantastic experience: The Philip Island tour was amazing, including trips to Moonlit Sanctuary, a beach, and the Nobbies. The whole tour was well planned and the guide Jono was very humorous, knowledgeable, and engaging. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Sightseeing Tours Australia, you might need to advise how your drivers to mention the local restaurants...in my case, 1 Day Phillip Island Tour. We went to our *driver's first recommendation "The Corner Burgers Beer Shakes", I have to mention just a few points: - Please verify the Corner's could have changed hands; it seemed to me that shop is now running by a bunch of immigrants staff. - A simple heads-up, the staff should have mentioning the aggressive gulls by optioning to sit outside. - The Onion Rings I ordered were re-fried so greasy! - The burger paddies were frozen meats!! *By the way, our STA driver who did a very good job on that trip, a very impressive young man who was not only the the bus driver and also was our tour guide, to whom also the entire time tried very much effort to please a bus load of strangers from all over the world. We will soon book you for something else.

Fantastic experience: Excellent 1 Day Phillip Island tour. Very handy pick up locations. Johno the tour guide was great and made the journey seem shorter and more interesting with his comments and anecdotes. Wonderful day - part 1 in the sanctuary, then a beach view, followed by the wonderful experience in Phillip Island viewing the penguins. Johno gave us amazing tips to ensure we see many penguins on their track from the see to their burrows.

Negative experience: Stops at the viewing points and the stroll through pretty Sorrento was lovely and St Andrews Beach Brewery is wonderful. However we had picked this tour over the many others on offer to the peninsula because lunch was described as "During the two-hour sailing journey, you’ll enjoy a lunch of local produce" and "Lovers of food and wine will enjoy this relaxing lunch made up of a shared grazing table of the regions best produce". This turned out to be kiosk vouchers on a car ferry. Packaged sandwiches and cake was NOT what we were expecting.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Day in the Blue Mountains! Just got back from the Blue Mountains Deluxe Tour with Sightseeing Tours Australia, and it was a ripper of a day! Our family of five had a blast. Fiona, our tour guide, was a legend—super engaging and full of interesting facts. Her dad jokes had us all cracking up! The tour was well priced for what we got, and we couldn't have asked for a better day out. Definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to check out the Blue Mountains!

Positive experience: I would love to provide some feedback on the tour I did on Friday 27 Sept '24 to the Great Ocean Road &12 Apostles. • Timings were great, departure & arrival true to advertised. • Bus driver/Tour guide was exceptional [we had Bert] o Bert did well with his ‘mandatory’ speeches – housekeeping etc. Especially the part about keeping the vents open to assist with keeping the windows fog free! Other Bus Tours don’t mention this and you end up with fogged up windows. • The morning was well organised with breaks and morning tea. • The afternoon was full on and long, so you need to be prepared with extra snacks/food to keep you going until your return to Melb. • The only other thing, which is unavoidable on the part of the organisers, is rowdy passengers/children. I found this very irritating, especially when I wanted to hear what Bert was saying, or just be with my own thoughts. I would be very tempted, on my next Bus Tour, to only do one if it’s childless/adult only. • On the whole, thank you very much, I thoroughly enjoyed my day out – which for me, from the time I left home to the time I arrived home again was 16 hours!

Negative experience: My tour was the 4 Day Ayers Rock & Red Centre Premium Camping tour. I wouldn’t book with this company again. They under resource the tour with just one staff (who was excellent by the way) who was expected to do everything for up to 18 of us (which is unreasonable), although they factor for this in getting the customers to chip in and work for their tucker, there were too many pick up’s and drop offs and waiting around when other participants’ schedules or minds changed. This ought to be managed by the company with alternate transports, not dumped on us, the other participants. Their up front information about the tour does not properly reflect the ins and outs of the tour. Furthermore their response when I expressed my disappointment about sitting around on the first two days was to be called “disgruntled” and told that these things are part of the normal operations and basically to suck it up. The guide and driver Mitch, however, was excellent, which is why I gave the three stars. He was a great host and story teller and had a wealth of local knowledge. He worked hard for us. Five stars to Mitch and one star to the company. Still, I had a wonderful time and loved the sites we visited and the land.

Fantastic experience: My best friend and I had the best time! Big shout out to Luke B for taking us around! Luke was very friendly and thoughtful towards everyone. The only downside was the microphone would cut off during the bus ride and we miss out on what Luke was saying/ to when he was singing to down under. Overall it was a grand trip! Fantastic experience: Had the best time on this day trip! Luke was a great guide & just impressed by how he was able to be the guide, driver, and entertainer all in one. It was a good day up until the end when it started to rain and unfortunately had to skip the last stop (Loch Ard Gorge), but was happy we got to do a last minute helicopter ride above the 12 apostles! Thank you Sightseeing Tours and Luke Bennett for giving us a well-planned tour with a side of stand up Australian comedy! :)

Fantastic experience: We took the 12 Apostles/Great Ocean Rd tour. James was our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the different places in Australia and made the whole experience amazing by cracking jokes along the way. The overall tour was very informative and enjoyable (we got to see Koalas and Kangaroos). The bus was very comfortable and all the bathrooms on the whole way were decent. We returned back to Melbourne before the expected time, remember to use your time wisely and be punctual on your tour with James :)

Negative experience: I booked a 3-day tour of Uluru through the Melbourne-based Sightseeing Tours Australia (STA) website. It's important to note that STA is a travel booking platform and does not operate its own tours. My tour was actually run by Adventure Tours, based in the Northern Territory. My partner and I mistakenly arrived at the wrong location to start the tour (Yulara instead of Alice Springs) and called STA’s customer service at #1300 to request an alternative pick-up point. The agent informed us that it wasn’t possible to make changes and couldn’t offer an alternative pick-up point. Additionally, and oddly, the emergency number for Adventure Tours couldn’t be reached because it was the weekend. As intermediaries, Sightseeing Tours seems to have limited control or interest in resolving genuine customer issues, leaving clients to navigate and resolve their own needs with third parties. The only transaction that Sightseeing Tours managed without issue was my payment. After a 5-hour bus ride that we had to arrange ourselves, costing us hundreds of dollars, we finally arrived in Alice Springs. There, our tour manager from Adventure Tours (Tye) informed us that pick-up points are flexible and changes happen regularly. He also pointed out that the emergency number is always attended. After exchanging several emails with one of Sightseeing Tours' business owners, Liz Ward, she stated that after reviewing the phone conversation, she believed STA was not at fault for the time wasted and costs we incurred. As clients, we need to be reassured that we are looked after; duty of care does not end once payment is received. Moving forward, this error has now been taken to the ACCC and the Northern Territory Ombudsman, and no amount of apologetic language from STA can absolve them of their responsibility.

Negative experience: BEWARE - Terrible company. I booked a 3 day Kakadu tour and once confirmed I booked my flight to Darwin and my accommodation for when I arrived. A few days later I was told that my booking was cancelled as the hotel in Kakadu was fully booked. I told them that I had already booked my flight and accommodation in Darwin based on their confirmed booking and neither were refundable or changeable. They just said it was in their Terms and Conditions and they were entitled to cancel and not compensate me. I said this was incredibly poor and unprofessional as this was their fault and they should not have confirmed my booking until everything was confirmed. They took no responsibility for their mistake. I would give them a zero.

Positive experience: I recently booked a 5 day camping trip in Kakadu. Unfortunately only a couple of weeks before due date I was informed the trip had been cancelled and my only option in the time I had booked in NT (I live in Perth) was a 3 day trip. Given that I was locked into my flights I really felt I had no option but to accept, since this Kakadu trip was the main reason I decided to go to the NT. However, I must confess I felt very disappointed about being notified at such a late stage in the proceedings. The reason cited for the cancellation of the trip was road closures, but given the scale of Kakadu I do wonder if this was the true reason. Having said all that the team were helpful in sorting out the partial refund and I enjoyed Kakadu greatly. There was a good bunch of people and our guide/driver, Nate, was excellent. I don't know how freqquently such trips are cancelled at short notice but it would make me pause before booking another, particularly if the trip involved booking interstate flights since, once booked, one is pretty committed and dependent on the vagaries of the tour company.

Fantastic experience: Kangaroo Island in South Australia is trip worth doing! Amazing nature spots with magnificent creatures to see. Our tour guide was informative, friendly and well-organised. At the end of a long day, we even had the opportunity to stop for food to be able to have dinner on the ferry back to Adelaide. Thanks very much for excellent service!

Fantastic experience: Weather was not cooperating that much but Burt did his best to give us the best experience of this tour. He even offered to take pictures of groups or pairs so that everybody is in it. We are like listening to Nat Geo because of the numerous trivias he gives us. Timely toilet stops were given. Overall experience was magnificent. Very much appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Guide was knowledgeable and the tour was fullfiling. Started off with a drive along the Grean Ocean Road, lunch at Apollo Bay that offers various food and cusines, and ending the road trip off with the 12 Apostles, and Loch Ard Gorge. The itinerary is packed but there is sufficient time to complete all the activities.

Fantastic experience: I went on their Sunshine Coast & Noosa tour and it was an excellent way to get to know Australia. We had an excellent view of the Glass Mountains, went to a cute hillside town for breakfast, visited the largest outdoor market in Australia and then saw one of the most beautiful beaches that I have ever visited. If you go, make sure to take the option to ride up to the Noosa National Park, so that you can stroll in the trees with the view of the ocean below. It was a packed day, but it really did allow travelers to get a taste of the region. Our tour guide, Bruce, was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out interesting things along the way.

It’s been a long day with lots of hopping on and off the bus but Bert was such a great driver and tour guide. The 1 Day Great Ocean Road Tour & 12 Apostles Tour was absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from Canada, I'd been looking at seeing the Great Ocean Road a few different ways - Public transit would have meant a car rental, organizing hotels, etc. and this trip looked like a good alternative to all that headache, while still getting to see the highlights - We had clear skies most of the day, and the views were amazing. Rather than ramble, I'll list the things I liked and disliked about the trip. Pros: Excellent value for money. The day winds up being about 600km of travel over 12 hours, and you're given something of a "Greatest Hits" of the great ocean road. Very friendly guide. I can't remember the guys name, but he was a younger guy who was excited to share as much as he could with us about the area, and made an effort to connect with everyone on the bus. Great variety of stops - Lots of great photo opportunities from koalas and quiet beaches, to roadside bluffs and of course, the highlight of the trip, the (not actually 12 of them) Apostles. This was a seriously great trip, and the unofficial priority given to tour groups for the nearby helicopter tours convinced me to take one - It's a memory that'll stay with me for life! Cons: Could the bus have been more comfortable? Sure, but a lot of the negative reviews about the bus seats seem overblown to me - they weren't upholstered leather stuffed with goose down, but they were comfortable enough, and both my girlfriend and I were happy with the amount of leg room. Again, for the low price we paid, I wasn't disappointed in the seats (Make sure you sit on the left side of the bus for the best views!) Some of the stops were a little short - I understand this is part of cramming so much in to a 1 day tour, but if you're looking for an opportunity to explore towns along the road (Apollo Bay), this may not be the trip for you. The tour guide was extremely charismatic and knowledgeable, but this is a double edged sword! He was talking for most of our journey, and while this was far from obnoxious, it would have been nice to have a little more quiet time along the way. Overall, I'm thrilled with the value I got out of this trip for the price I paid. It saved us a lot of trouble trying to rent a car, organize hotels, etc., and the curated nature of the trip meant we got to see the best of the best. I booked another tour with them a few weeks later, and I'd recommend giving them a shot! PS, please don't let the reviews about the coaches dissuade you - The seats weren't heated upholstered leather seats stuffed with luxury goose down, but this was the biggest complaint I read about before booking, and they're seriously overblown. The seats are fine. :)

Fantastic experience: We booked the Ocean Road trip in July, and it was a good guided tour. The guide, James, was entertaining and informative. Despite the rainy day, we got a lot of great pictures, the nature around Melbourne is spectacular! During the lunch break, we had "extra crispy" fish and chips at the Seafood Café at the stop, definitely a recommend.

Fantastic experience: -Great Ocean Road- I had Luke as my guide. He was a freaking legend!!! He got to know where everybody was from on the tour bus crafting our experience to be more personal. In route on our way to lunch, he hyped up the crew by getting the entire bus to sing along to some of the greatest Australian artist. Luke was very informative and incredibly knowledgeable on the places we stopped by. We even made an unexpected stop to see the koalas in the wild and he pointed out wallabies and kangaroos as we toured along our journey!! Ultimately if you get Luke as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience! -Penguin Tour- Next day I did the penguin tour. I was a bit disappointed as other travelers took their sweet time (repeated offenders) returning to the bus. So please sure to be considerate of others as tardiness can and will affect the experience for everyone. Advice- BookSightseeing directly! its much cheaper compared to Expedia by $60-$75 so be sure to book directly. The ladies in the office were very helpful and had a great deal of patience as I battled with being indecisive…. Hah, in the end, I booked both. Overall I had a great experience on both trips.

Positive experience: Fantastic organised trip to Uluru. We loved the whole experience. Ty was a fantastic, knowledgable guide, and we slept surprisingly well in the swags!! We did the 4 day trip, but didn't feel that this was an enormous benefit from the 3 day, except being able to fly out of Ayers Rock Airport.

Fantastic experience: I do not normally take the time to write reviews. I have now went on four tours in Melbourne with Sightseeing Tours Australia. Two tours as a solo traveler and two with friends and family. The tours are phenomenal but if you want to maximize your experience call and book on days when James is guiding the tours. He is not only a good bus driver but provides you with tons of information about Melbourne and surrounding areas, as well as, where to eat and how to make the most out of your trip. I repeated a tour twice because of how good he made the tour and still learned new information. I highly recommend these tours and there is so much packed into the day. Worth the money for sure!

Fantastic experience: John was our Driver to Mt Buller! We normally catch a bus with a different company but tried something new! We will definitely be using this tour shuttle from now on as John was great! He made the environment on the bus very comfortable and entertaining with everyone getting a long. Highly recommend as his energy makes the ride feel shorter!

Fantastic experience: Burt did a fantastic job of herding the cats back on the bus and keeping the itinerary relatively on schedule. The number of stops, and distance between them, was darn near perfect. he did a great job of narrating the tour however, the volume was somewhat less than ideal. You all need to buy him a high-quality headset because he really is a good narrator and it’s a shame that some people can’t hear him.

Fantastic experience: The Sydney Blue Mountains tour was great, we had an amazing driver called Jack that made the tour very enjoyable. During the tour you get to see the '3 Sisters', go to the zoo, go to Scenic World and more. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: The tour is very good value for your money in the market! We joined the 1 day tour to Phillip Island for the penguin parade. The tour also included a visit to Moonlit Animal Sanctuary, Woolamai Beach and the Nobbies. Our tour guide Craig was very friendly and reliable. We had a great day, highly recommended!

Negative experience: Did the Daintree rainforest and Fitzroy island using sightseeing Australia. Fitzroy island was really really bad for snorkelling corals were bleached not much fishes. Daintree rainforest was affected by the cyclone so didn't get to see much just tons of time on the bus and the tour guide was really really stressed out about time.

Fantastic experience: Our guide John was amazing from start to finish. He was warm and friendly, and provided interesting facts about the sights that we were about to see. The coach was clean and comfortable, and John did everything he could to make our travel enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have caught a double rainbow on our trip!

Fantastic experience: I loved every minute of the 5 day Litchfield, Kakadu, Katherine Gorge trip.The camps are a little bit rough but not too much so and you only sleep there anyway. The days are full of activities. Our tour guide Rick was very knowledgeable. I travelled with a friend but it was fun meeting others on the trip, cooking together as a group in the evening and the stars at night were stunning. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We booked the full day tour with Sightseeing Tours Australia and had a fantastic day! John was our bus driver and he was awesome! We went along the Great Ocean Road and John stopped at all the best vantage points to capture photos. We had morning tea supplied (tea, coffee, biscuits and lamingtons) John was informative and engaging and made us all laugh throughout the day. We also saw koalas in the trees as well as a field full of kangaroos and John stopped the bus for us to all pile out and take photos once again. Lunch was at a seaside village and we had heaps of time to decide what to buy. At the end of the day as the sun was setting he made sure he stopped for us all to take those last minute photos. The tour was excellent value and I'd encourage everyone to book this tour. 10/10

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful Pinguine parade day your to Phillip island thanks to our driver / guide James. Many thanks to him!!! All the way long while he was driving he was telling facts and stories etc tourists wish to know. James acted and looked like real Australian which he is :)! On the way to island we stopped at Moonlite sanctuary as well and had a breath taking drive along coast.

Fantastic experience: Great Ocean Road and the 12 Apostles was fabulous. I especially want to give a shout out to Craig, the tour guide. He made the trip, very friendly, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. I could not have had a better time. I also took the Phillip Island tour the next day and was so happy to see Craig was the tour guide again. The highlight was being able to touch and feed the wallabies and kangaroo. It was so exciting to see all the native animals of Australia. And the Penguin parade was amazing. Had the best time.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing 3 day Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯan and kings canyon tour. Our tour guide Libbi was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of everyone. We got to see all the most beautiful places and had so much fun camping with our group under the stars. We were able to be collected and dropped to Alice Springs. They also offered collections and drop offs to Uluru which is a lot more options to other tour groups I seen online. Such an amazing trip for the price, highly recommend.

Positive experience: very nice tour, good driver (josh). It would be perfect to habe usb by the seat to charge the phone after the long day. And for me it ist special that their are information about supporting the wildlife, but climatechange seams not to be a topic. In hot summer I can understand that busses let motor run during stops beose of the aircondition, but now in autumn the busses could mor be shut down

Negative experience: VERY poor communication and customer service. They wouldn't issue a refund despite not communicating that the tour would be hosted by a separate tour company, which resulted in me missing the tour because I was looking for a Sightseeing Tours Australia bus not a Go West Tours bus. I booked a 1-day sunset tour of Great Ocean Road and selected Pan Pacific as my pickup location. I got there at 9:45 a.m (pickup was at 10) and waited outside for a few minutes. I didn't see any other guests waiting for a tour bus, so I asked the hotel concierge if I was in the right location for pickup and they confirmed I was. Since it was cold outside, they advised me to wait in the lobby and assured me that they would let me know when the tour bus arrived. It was about 10:07 and I still didn't see a bus, so I asked the concierge again and they said a bus had not arrived, but it was common for them to run late due to unexpected traffic. At about 10:10, I saw a bus pull up with a Go West Tours logo on the side of the van. I looked up their website on my phone to see if there was any indication that it was the same company as Sightseeing Tours Australia (perhaps they recently rebranded?) but it was very much a separate company with different tour pricing, etc. I saw the driver get out and talk to the concierge for a couple of minutes before he drove away. I'd made it very clear to concierge that I was waiting for a tour, so I assumed that since they hadn't come to get me, that driver wasn't looking for me. At 10:20, I finally called the tour company asking where my bus was, and they informed me that the Go West Tours bus WAS my bus, despite it being a different company. When I asked why this wasn't communicated to me prior to the tour, they said it's in the "Terms and Conditions" on their website that they partner with other companies. Each time I spoke with customer service, they kept reinforcing that it was my fault for not waiting outside the entire time and they refused to offer me a refund. Will not book another tour this company.

The day trip down south to the Great Ocean Road and the 12 Apostles was simply breathtaking. Despite the long journey, we were thoroughly entertained throughout, thanks to the legend himself, Luke! His knowledge and enthusiasm made the trip even more memorable. We can't recommend this tour enough!

Positive experience: Overall experience is good with on time pickup and dropped off at Melbourne CBD before 10pm. However, improvement on itinerary schedule is required so that have sufficient time to explore each travel spot. For example, only 45mins given for Moonlit Sanctuary for visit + lunch (only take away food) is insufficient to explore whole park. Suggestion to cut short the waiting time for pickup and set rule to all passengers must turn up at certain time frame. We waited for almost 1 hour for the late comer who ended up never turn up in which the wasted waiting time can turn up into quality time (more time) spent on those tourist spot.

Fantastic experience: We had the best time travelling to the Great Ocean Rd and taking the opportunity see a bit of Victoria. Special mention to our driver Luke who kept it so interesting. Team Brisbane/ABC tried to keep the AC/DC alive mate!!! We thoroughly recommend using Sightseeing Tours Australia. Right from booking and doing the trip, everything was easy, transparent and fun!

Fantastic experience: We did the 3 Day Uluru and Kings Canyon Tour from Alice Springs. Our guide Troy really made the trip memorable. Great personality and extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the area and culture. Our group was all similar in age which meant we were all on the same page and got to do everything we wanted. Meals were very filling and delicious and sleeping out in the outback in our swags was fun as well, the second night everyone that had slept in tents got in a swag themselves to join in the fun!

Fantastic experience: We have booked a day trip to Phillip Island with Sightseeing Tour through the Klook platform. This trip may seem rush as there was a lot of tourist spots that was included in the itinerary. But nevertheless, the tour guide made it to his very best that we could at least have some time to view and took memorable pictures. Our tour guide, John, was very friendly, funny, responsible, polite and has vast experience as a tour guide. He has great passion in his job that makes him a very good tour guide that I have seen so far. He has explained very well the Melbourne history as well as the places that we visited. I personally learned a lot of the local history from his sharing that I would probably not be able to know if I drove myself to these places. He did to his best to accommodate his guests’ requests during the trip and we appreciated his great effort to make the trip so memorable for us. Indeed, it was a very comfortable and safe trip with him. Recommended to those who would like to visit the tourist spots without driving a car.

Fantastic experience: This is our second trip with the same company, and everything went well. Our driver, Josh, explained everything from the start of the tour until it finished, including some reminders and history about the places. There are a lot of good places here in Melbourne, and we took amazing photos except for the penguin parade because it's forbidden. Definitely, we will book again.

Fantastic experience: Blue Mountains tour with Irene was the perfect day out. Irene was a fabulously entertaining guide and very knowledgeable. The stop at the Sydney zoo included amazing koala pictures (extra fee) and a great aborigine talk and instruments. Scenic World was so much fun, with so many great vistas, we were snapping photos everywhere. I would’ve skipped Laura village visit in favor of Scenic World hiking time, but that’s Ok. I enjoyed the ferry ride back to Sydney too. For our last day in Sydney, this was a great capper to a great trip.

Positive experience: The tour was punctual with moderate group size of about 40, I think. However, i personally felt that the trail walk is a waste of time as it's just a normal jungle trail with nothing fascinating. And lastly, the driver is driving too fast at certain spots which are quite windy.

Fantastic experience: Our guide, Jono, is the key factor that this 1 day tour is fun. The sightseeing locations were amazing. Jono made extra stop for a 'koala hunt' and we spotted 3. We had a wonderful guide, John, who explained the significance of every place along the way and kept us entertained through out the journey with his great sense of humour. He was willing to go the extra mile to drop us off at suitable locations closer where we were heading towards after the tour as well. Fantastic experience: This trip with Sightseeing Tours Australia was very good. We were picked up at the destination on time. The drive and tour was good. This is the best way to see parts of the country. I had a rental car, but the bus tour was better, I could see more and didn't have to worry about driving. We went to different places of interest as stated. Overall experience was great, and I would do it again. I recomend using their service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing one day trip down the Great Ocean Road and to see the 12 Apostles. It’s a long day but kept entertained all the way by the legend Luke Bennett. An amazing guide who has more energy and enthusiasm and music taste that you could possibly hope for. Bagpipes on the bus was just an added bonus. Amazing day. Thoroughly recommend it from this company and this particular tour guide.

Negative experience: Bad experience with lack of transparency, overcharging, and no response to e mail complaint. Sad there is no options of ZERO stars. This is most likely a third party company that book tours through other tour agencies. Please check the tour rates with the tour agencies this company is utilising as you are likely to find MUCH cheaper rates for the SAME tour. I lost more than 150$ and the company is not even replying to the emails.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time. Not enough time to do what was described if crowds are present, and they will be. Unable to do Koala Encounter and ride train or cable car to rainforest floor at Scenic World. Would rather have paid more for additional time. All we did was feed kangaroos/emus and see mountain views. Even lunch break was chaotic due to all the tour busses in the small town, lines at even a pizza counter took 30 minutes, out of an hour lunch break. Company responded, after the fact, that they are not responsible for excessive crowds. Beautiful attractions if we could have done them. Recommend a different tour company or try to do these yourself.

Fantastic experience: We took the one day tour from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. This was a great way to experience as much of the nature surrounding Sydney as possible in one day.
