Negative experience: Totally unhappy with the service of this Company. I feel that the booking guy has cheat us by saying that our rates are better than online rates and after checking straight after paying all money, I realised that online rates were far lower than what I paid. No refund or apology or discount offered. Please book online to avoid such incident.

Fantastic experience: Hi a quick note to acknowledge the great support from your staff Maneesha Sharma who was very diligent and helpful in following up and answering all queries, not only while issuing the ticket but also in helping file the refund for the Delhi-Hanoi air ticket which we could not travel due to the disruption caused by Typhoon Yagi in that area.

Negative experience: Very poor service & communication. I booked 4 tickets two ways for international travel as I have an infant I asked the agent Reema before acknowledging to buy & proceed with ticket purchase that will I get bassinet or not. During then agent said yes you will & didn’t mention about any charge. After two days of my purchase of ticket the agent Reema called & said one way I will not get bassinet & another way i will get if I pay $110. That time I said when I acknowledged you didnot mention about the charge & bassinet not available on one way. The agent kept mentioning I didn’t know after she called she came to know. That time I said you shouldn’t have booked the ticket if you don’t know, should have given me correct details & then made me purchase tickets as I was not in a rush. I even asked for team leader Escalation I didnot get proper assistance from Shruti who said she is one up of Reema, she said she checked all details & call recordings but she didnot know which the ticket was booked as she said I booked on weekend but I booked on weekdays. I called & repeated my query to 3-4 agents (Rupa& 2others), & no body put me through to manager or took the matter to assist me as if I knew about the charge or bassinet not available I would not purchase the ticket or given second thought with other airlines options. Would not recommend them at all as travelling with infant & they made it difficult. They keep calling several times before you book tickets right after you purchase they do not care.

Fantastic experience: I have very positive experience with Varun Dutta, from refund team. I was almost forgot to get refund for air india ticket, which I had booked in feb2023 but later on I cancelled my ticket. Recently when I contact them again then one of the team member(don't want to mention the name) keeps delaying that she is talking to Airline. Then Varun called me back and promise me to get my money refund. He committed to his words and get me refund within 5 working days. Even he called me few times through out the refund process. I am super happy with help and highly recommend to use Mann Travel. If you having any issue with refund or cancellation, please talk to this guy Varun, you will not get disappointed.
