Positive experience: Auto war sauber und in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Zubehör (Besteck, Wasserkocher, Toaster) waren von billigster Qualität und gingen dann auch kaputt (Wasserkocher). Sehr betrüblich war bei Abgabe die Tatsache, dass ein Auffüllen der Gasflasche durch uns organisiert werden musste. Wir mussten eine komplette Füllung bezahlen, obwohl wir nur minimal für einige Gasherd-Nutzungen Gas verbraucht haben. Bei den Mietpreisen völlig inakzeptabel und geradezu schäbig, dass ein schlechtes Gefühl bleibt, daher nur 3 Sterne.
Positive experience: Hired a 4 wheel drive camper for 4 weeks. Molly the lady we dealt with at pick up made the experience so easy and stream lined. On our first day got hit at a petrol station by a truck & trailer unit .Tore off the rear right hand signal light.phoned Road Assist great to deal with.Fixed it myself and carried on. At end delivered back to Apollo where Molly helped us again. Refunded our cost of repair. Molly is a real asset to Apollo and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Negative experience: We are very disappointed with the Apollo company! Our vehicle had various defects: - Air conditioning went on its own and came on several times in the middle of the night (including lights). We couldn't sleep a wink - The sliding door sensor was defective. Sometimes all it took was a sharp bend or a small threshold for the light in the driver's cockpit to come on and beep constantly. We had to pull over several times and open and close the door several times. - The roof window wasn't really tight. When it had rained for several days, it dripped in the campervan The various branches would certainly have checked all these points and we would have received a new vehicle. Even though it would have been very tedious to change the vehicle. But it didn't get that far and now to the real reason why we are so dissatisfied with Apollo/Maui/Britz and the whole company. We had to end our camping adventure prematurely for health reasons. In other words, we had to return the campervan after just one of a total of nine weeks, as it was no longer possible for health reasons. After a short time, the company confirmed that the campervan could be rented out again and that the defects found had not occurred. However, we still didn't get any money back. The company insisted on its policy that there would be no refunds, and our doctor's certificate didn't help either. So we had to put up with a whole eight unused weeks. I would have understood if we had had to pay an administration fee or something similar for the cost of re-letting and other fees. But the fact that you then get nothing at all in return is anything but customer-friendly. But the company doesn't seem to care. As tourists, we are far away as soon as we are back in our home country anyway and legal action would be too costly... They are only interested in the customer's money. The company doesn't care about anything else. Oh yes, the customer feedback is no coincidence. I wrote several e-mails and at some point there was just silence, which prompted me to share my experience publicly.

Fantastic experience: I recommend because i had the best experience, with car trip and at rental. I had hired a 4wd in may2019 (after the wet is over in april and before the rush starts in june) to do mereenie loop and uluru trip from Alice springs. Procedure at the rental is little different than others The car was near new. I even bumped rear bumper into that infamous bollard at that yellow petrol station in the middle of nowhere. Rearview camera is little different than most cars i have driven. Apparently few people have done it. Luckily I had taken a full cover. I highly recommend a full insurance. And clean up. It's almost impossible to get rid of the red dirt so just pay extra $50 it's worth it. Your holiday is not a penny pinching mission. The guy at the rental was cool about it. Didn't have any hassle whatsoever.
Negative experience: DO NOT RENT YOUR VEHICULE WITH THEM ! Have a look to our story : We returned the vehicle because it was the end of our reservation on January 7th 2019. Nobody from Apollo has replied to our emails so far. I had to complain to someone in their office in Cairns to make things move a little bit. Finally, after 20 minutes the lady I had on the phone offered us $275. We paid $3022.31 and they offered us $275. It is barely 9% of the total we paid. We complained and the lady in Cairns told us that we should get back to Apollo Assist. They do not reply at all. All the behavior is unacceptable ! During our trips you let us down 3 times : The first one, Apollo have rent us a dilapidated and antiquated vehicle. I am going to repeat all the issues again : - the car was leaking because one windows was not fixed properly. (one of the window of the slinging door) During the wet season it was raining in the car ! Have a look at the weather in Queensland between December the 24th and January the 7th ! - the gear box wasn’t working properly. Passing the gears was difficult. Sometimes, we were stucked in neutral. When you are in a roundabout it is very dangerous ! - over 80 km/h the car was shaking, vibrating…impossible to hold a straight line. Very unsafe ! - inside the car it was terrible as well. We had to spend money to wash the cover mattresses because they were all disgusting and they stinked ! - the curtains were dirty too. One of them was even ripped off. Regarding the fixations, some of them were broken. Therefore we could not fix the curtains properly. Nice when you don’t want the sun inside the car at 6am. - one of the speaker did not work ! Difficult when one speaker is the instrumental and the other is for the voices! - the fridge was leaking aswell. The second one, there is no follow up. People from the company did not reply to us. When we had an issue on December the 21st because the car was leaking. We called apollo and the guy who had on the phone was rude and he hung up on us. What a climax ! We were in the middle of nowhere and he threatened us not to help us because I was talking to someone in the parking lot where we stopped. Finally, after losing a day we saw a mechanic who told us that we should change and get a new vehicle from you. As you imagine, we lost time and we had to sleep in a camping in Belligen (instead of a free camp, no time to go there !) On december the 23rd, We have sent you our first email and explained all the situation. My last line was about changing the vehicle and make this change in Brisbane. Nobody replied to us. Finally, we had a reply 6 days after ! It was an emergency ! Wait 6 days ? What was the reply ? A « sorry » and "what the mechanic said" ? I have replied and since then no feedback, no words absolutely nothing ! The third one, was on January 7th ! When we returned the vehicle, the lady has checked your database and in the notes someone wrote "cancel the changing vehicle request ». Seriouslyyy ??? Whyyy ? Who did that ? We wanted to change our vehicle and someone canceled this request ? Is it the rude person we had on the phone ? We have booked this van 6 months ago (July the 27th 2019). We were so excited about it. The idea to travel through Australia with a van was magical. At this time we did not imagine that it will end up like this. We are very upset about all of this. Hadrien and Solène
Negative experience: Terrible service. Due to a downgrade of my vehicle (I had a minor accident with the first vehicle) I have been promised a compensation payment. Afterwards I tried to contact the company for several months and never got a response, now I told them that I will take legal actions amd I get a response withins less than a day telling me that I won't get a compensation payment as the new vehicle was not a downgrade (opposed to what their Brisbane employee told me).
Positive experience: Just returned a camper van from 2 week trip. Well maintained vehicles, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Would rent again.

Negative experience: Booked & received confirmation of a one way car hire to coincide with our arrival in to Brisbane, allowing us to drive home to northern NSW, after a long international flight. We normally return the car the next day to Gold Coast airport which is closer to where we live. All very standard stuff for a car hire company....one would presume!!!!!! Booked almost 4 months prior to travelling. Upon arrival at airport, we were advised at Hertz counter that their "system was down" & they had no booking from Apollo on their manifesto. After spending an hour on the phone, between waiting on hold & discussing with a member of Apollo staff.....it was determined that neither Apollo nor Hertz could help, despite confirming that we had a booking just like our paperwork showed. We were forced to pay again at Avis as they were the only counter with a car available & manned at 11:30pm.....we've sent emails to Apollo but two days later still have not even had a single response. Appalling way to treat customers & have been totally robbed by this scam of a company.

Negative experience: Es increible que haga un presupuesto en la web y 2 dias despues el mismo presupuesto haya subido 200 euros.Me parece excesivo, asi es muy dificil para nadie calcular gastos y preparar un viaje si pasarte del presupuesto
Negative experience: Die Übernahme war einfach nur grausam. Der Laden total versifft, das Klo dreckiger als jedes Plumpsklo in den Nationalparks. Man bekommt einfach ein Tablet hingelegt und muss alles selber eingeben. Die Menschen dort selber sind absolut lustlos und desinteressiert. Eine Frechheit Die Übergabe am Camper erfolgt nur aussen, keiner geht rein. Der Camper selbst total dreckig von innen, im Geschirr klebten z.B. noch Reste vom Vorgänger. Ebenfalls waren diverse Sicherheitsmängel vorhanden, welche leider erst nach Fahrzbeginn auffielen. Z.B. Gasflaschen stehen ohne Sicherungsgurt in Gasschrank, dieser ist gerissen.... Nie wieder Apollo, dass kann M.... viel besser.

Negative experience: We've booked the adventure camper (Toyota Hilux) last year over a third firm. Everything went good with the third firm, we also booked an insurance over the third firm. The insurance was like the best one of Apollo and covered mostly the same or more. Apollo knowed that we will come to get our car since pretty long, it took us more or less one afternoon (11.00 h to 16.00 h) waiting until our car was ready for us. That's something I can't understand, if they know since nearly one year that we have a booking. In the office there were only 4-6 other clients also waiting so long. We also had booked a heater, but Apollo didn't had one there. Next point was the insurance, they tried really hard to sell the Apollo insurance. They told us first that accidents with animals are usual in Australia, what I believe. Next they told us (without knowing anything about our insurance) that our insurance don't cover underside damages, then that our insurance will not pay for towing or something else and so on.. So they really tried to make us insecure. But we didn't bought it. The only good thing they offered us was the cleaning of the car and one windscreen and two weel covers, we took it and were really happy about this decision (by driving on the road a lot of stones flew to our windscreen and we got a crack...). They also booked the bond of our credit card, normal the amount is only blocked not booked. Over the bond they also took 160 AUD as a fee. We have a loss of more than 400 USD, because of the different exchange rates. The fee of the 160 AUD will be given back if You don't have an accident. At the end they gave the bond back after 14 working days (but they just needed about 2 seconds to book the bond when taking the car :)). I think they would have taken longer than 14 days, but I wrote them several mails to give the bond back in the 14 days (as written in their contract). When I wrote them with 2 or 3 questions about the bond, they just answered that it is beeing processed without answering my questions. After some mails they finally did the refund. I think as longer they have the money, as longer they can work with it.. I really won't recommend Apollo for the service in the offices, You will note they are really focussed on making money and want to sell unnecessary things. Now to the good things, and to the reason I gave 2 and not only 1 star. The car was great and we had no big technical problem with it in over 2 months. We had some trouble with the battery and Apollo was really fast organizing a mechanic for us. Our fridge didn't hold really good and Apollo repaired it really uncomplicated. For the quality of the car I would recommend Apollo. Also their service on the phone, when we had to call to repair the battery and windscreen was good. They helped fast and made appointments when needed. Good service there. But be aware of some bad things about the service in the office. If you have your own insurance check what they cover, before you go. Else you get insecure... Also don't buy the return empty tank. We made that and regret it...

Fantastic experience: The Hippie camper we rented worked out really well. We didn't pay for any extras and haven't incurred any hidden charges (which is always a fear of mine with rentals).

Negative experience: Awful outfit, staffed by the dregs of Australia's working visa mob who are too idle to pick fruit and too incompetent to work in legitimate sales. They charge a 2% fee on all security bonds rather than using card preauthoriations. They use scare tactics to upsell you unnecessary insurance and insinuate damage will be found if you don't take it. Our fridge was broken and half the cutlery was missing. Massive bunch of shizters AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Negative experience: Abzocke durch Apollo Wir haben unseren camper über eine andere Internetseite gebucht, die uns den Camper auch scheinbar nur für die benötigen 3 Tage (Alice springs zum uluru und zurück) angeboten hat. Daraufhin haben wir bereits im Vorfeld ca. 350 Dollar bezahlt. In Alice Springs angekommen stellte sich heraus, dass man die Camper nur für eine Mindestdauer von 5 Tagen mieten kann und wir somit erneut fast 400 Dollar bezahlen sollten. Hinzu kam dann noch eine Versicherung (auch Schäden, die durch andere verursacht werden hätten sonst selbst bezahlt werden müssen). Da wir sparen wollten, haben wir nach Möglichkeiten gesucht den unerwartet hohen Preis ein wenig zu senken. Erst nach etlichen nachfragen und doch relativ unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern, wurde uns angeboten die Reinigung in Höhe von 75 Dollar rauszunehmen, sofern wir den Camper selbst säubern.(Was uns am Ende nur 10 Minuten gekostet hat) Positiv war lediglich, dass der Camper (allerdings ohne Toilette) wunderbar funktioniert hat und wir keine technischen Probleme hatten. Insgesamt aber leider absolut unverschämt. Sehr teuer. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.

Negative experience: First of all, I need to say thank you to Nancy, she was really helpful and explained all the details that we have to know, she’s done a good job. However, I rated just 1 star for a reason. For A irresponsible and unprofessional manager(a guy at his own office, I should Have remembered his name. We booked/rented a auto transmission Hitop camper so that my partner can drive when I am tired, but when we picked up the car we found the manager wrongly arranged us a manual one, we told him we did really need a auto one because it’s all about safety. The guy started to persuade us claimed that the auto car is not available and say Nobody told him what kind of car did we rent. OMG I was so CONFUSED, I thought I was talking to a part-time staff. He even loudly said, LOOK, it is NOT my fault. I was so disappointed and pissed me off. The guy just changed his mind and arranged us another one( yeah, they actually had it!!), which we are supposed to have... but... it was an old rusty vehicle even without a Apollo stickers on it. Perhaps I could write a book to share everyone with how the vehicle performed during our 3 week vacation. Also, I think Apollo should find someone else to replace him before this branch reputation breaks down...

Fantastic experience: Picked up a relocation camper in Brisbane to take to Sydney. Nancy was really helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the contract etc. We returned the camper to Taren Point today and the gentleman there was again very helpful and friendly as well. We will certainly recommend this company to our family and friends in the future.
Negative experience: Car was mostly good, but there are so many extra fees you have to pay. On the security deposit, even tho we get the money back, there is a bond administration fee. Returning the vehicle a little bit earlier than the opening time, they charged me $75. And there was a lot of staff there already anyway. Charged $20 per person for towels and sheets and the towels were old and continually shedding lint and could not be used. The total additional fees was around 25% of the rental price. I ended up paying over $450 just in extra fees!!! They advertise the vehicle age as 3+. So that could be from 3 to 100 years old?? Why not put up to 3 years so you know you won't get a vehicle older than that. I didn't want to get a vehicle that was too old and mine was 7 years old.
Fantastic experience: Picked up a relocation campervan to drive to Sydney. Nancy was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All the staff were helpful. Van was clean and nice. Easy, stress-free transaction. Would go back.
Fantastic experience: We rented the 6 berth Euro Deluxe camper for our family with young children and the experience was great. The pickup was efficient, the motorhome was clean, everything was explained, and everything provided (towels, pillows, blankets, broom, clothes pegs, bucket, sheets). Our family had a lot of fun!!! We will do it again. The girl Taitem who booked us in at Brisbane explained everything clearly and was super friendly and patient with all my questions re: tolls, how to use the toilet casette etc etc All the negative reviews here seem to be from tight-butt tourists who don’t want to pay the $50 insurance?? With the insurance there was only $200 bond, no credit card fees, and instantly refunded. The children had such a great time - thank you Apollo!
Negative experience: Poor customer service
Negative experience: Don't make the mistake we did with them. Bad service, not reliable and very bad behavior to costumers. We had an accident with one of the vehicles, and had to pay a lot of money although we took the full insurance. The only thing was not included was the roof. .Be careful when reading the small letters its not about the big amount of money that we paid, it's about their understanding to our situation as young tourists visiting Australia. We are very disappointed
Negative experience: Totally confusing picking up from the Perth airport as Hertz is not marked with Apollo nor do the staff even know that! The price when booked through webjet was the best value.
Negative experience: Do not use Apollo. They will lie to you about insurance laws in Queensland. For example, they will tell you that there is no legal necessity for people to have third party cover in Queensland (which is false) and that 30-35% of people are uninsured when there is no evidence to back this figure up. They will treat tourists as if they are idiots and try to get as much money from you as possible by lying. While I write this they still haven't sent me back my bond. Avoid and go somewhere that is more ethical. Also we paid €98 for a full tank of fuel in a 70litre campervan ($1.40 per litre) and the saleswoman told us this was a cheap rate and would save us money. This is a scam as the average cost is closer to $1.30 per litre than $1.40 per litre. Our campervan, thankfully, was fine but their lies and deceit were shameful.

Negative experience: The experience me and my partner had on pick up in Melbourne was great The trip was fantastic. However in return when cleaning the portable toilet container I found left overs from the last trip before took the RV. Drop off was in Brisbane BEWARE this location 1st. We were told to strictly come before 2:30pm I'm writing this review at 3:30pm on the same day and we are still waiting in the waiting area 2nd. My partner hasn't been to the bathroom Yet because the pictures will show why 3rd. No Appologies given which in customer service I believe is mandatory Not happy with Brisbane office drop off at all
Negative experience: The car got us from location to location, however we found multiple things wrong with the car that affected both our safety and pleasure of the vehicle. 1. We are pretty sure there was a dead gecko in the light above the bed on the roof. This must have happened before we obtained the car because we smelt it from day one. Our car had a horrible rotten stench, which made us spend as least possible time in the car, even when we wanted to relax. We were not able to remove the light fixture because it had been previously glued on. 2. Anytime we went over 100 (the speed limit in many places on the Stuart Highway is well above 100) the steering wheel shook violently. We had to go severely under the speed limit just to feel safe. 3. Many of the curtains covering the windows had broken hooks and we were not able to close our curtains if we left the car or when we went to bed. This also made us feel unsafe and our belongings vulnerable. 4. The seat belts in the driver's seat did not retract. Yet another thing that made us feel safe. 5. The car just felt dirty. We did not like to be in it and avoided it at all costs. We were so excited to have this car, but were severely disappointed and felt extremely unsafe. This has affected my attitude of Cheapa Campa and Apollo and we will not be returning customers.
Positive experience: Motorhome was new and in great condition but staff (from Brisbane Branch) wasn't very happy to explain us what the terms would extend to, being a bit sarcastic and rude. You don't have many options when they tell you about the cleaning fee and the toll package as if you don't buy them you have to even wash the towels prior to return and pay a fine of $150 for passing through any tolls (you can't pay only the tolls you pass by). It was the first time we rented any vehicle in Australia so these problems might be among all the companies. They did refund, though, us for a tap plug we had to buy but gave us a bit small hose. It was cheaper then the other companies so it's probably worthy going with them if you are lucky with staff.
Fantastic experience: Nancy was amazing..She created a warm and friendly environment, provided lots of info, and as we were repeat customers she even threw in free table and chairs and linens for the van...Just wish all the Hippie Vans were the same...As we have rented the Hippie line of van before, this time the van was not equipped with screens on the windows, refer and drawers were not up to par, and window shades had clips that were broken so not as much privacy as we would have liked..but overall the great customer service made up for the van lacking some equipment...Nancy was GREAT!!!
Negative experience: Mitarbeiter sehr ignorant, versuchen nich unendliche Zusatzverkäufe abzuschließen. Man wird einfach nur über den Tisch gezogen. Mir wurde erzählt der sprit wäre im Norden mindestens 25-30cent/liter teurer und ich könne das Paket abschließen in Sydney, dass ich den Tank leer zurückbringen kann in Cairns. Lasst euch darauf nicht ein. Es rechnet sich nicht da immer noch ein Rest im Tank bkeibt und ihr den Tank nicht leer fahrwn werdet. Ich hatte kaum Profil auf den Reifen und das Dach war von innen schimmelig. Die Schaltung hat nur sehr schwer funktioniert. Der Bus war innen überall aufgequollen. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten. Der Ersatzcamper den ich dann bekommen habe war nur bedingt besser. Die Polster waren komplett zerrissen, man hätte genauso gut auf dem blanken Holzbrettern schlafen können. Warum das so ist? Ganz einfach, weil das Unternehmen denkt man kommt sowieso nur einmal. Das gleiche Beispiel mit den Reifen. Man soll doch eine Zusatzversicherung abschließen falls man einen platten Reifen hat. 7Aud am tag! Klar bei dem Zustand der Reifen kann es schon passieren dass man einen Plattfuß bekommt. Das ist nur eine Frage der Zeit... Abzocke und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit wenn es Probleme gibt. Desweiteren hatte ich Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank der 24-48std kühlen soll ohne Stromanschluss. Meiner hatte es ganze 2std gepackt. ACHTUNG ⚠ was ein sehr großer Unterschied zu anderen Unternehmen ist, hier lädt sich die Zweitbatterie NICHT während der Fahrt auf im Gegensatz zu anderen Unternehmen. Ich kann jedem nur abraten... No go... Dislike
Negative experience: Australia is beautiful but to rent a RV at Apollo is an Nightmare! The insurance is a hustle. We've got a not roadworthy vehicle. The fridge didn't work, we had a breakdown with the light at the busy highway in the night. We had many blinking lights ( engine) in the cockpit. We changed the car in Cairns. In the way to the hinterland the same procedure. All vehicles are very old. Now we hope we will get money back because we had terrible 21 Days with Apollo. Sorry Guys! We paid more than 3000 AUD for this old vehicle. Nie wieder Apollo !!! Lasst die Finger davon!
Positive experience: average Apollo centre quite hard to access without a car
Negative experience: Promised booked vehicle but then they canceled 12 hours before we were suppose to leave. Could not deliver the vehicle. Family very dispointed. If i canceled 12 hours before they would charge me full rental.
Positive experience: Very clean and new van (1200km!) Did a relocation special in an Apollo Euro Slider and could only fault 2 things. The usual hire company insurance gouge, which is to be expected I suppose. There's an extra pack on top of the excess reduction which adds even more to the cost. The other problem we had was the fresh water hose wasn't quite long enough, meaning we had to park the van in some awkward ways to get more water for the shower and sink. Other than that, very friendly staff, they threw in some chairs and a table, very nice rv with all items working.
Fantastic experience: We had an awesome weekend in our Apollo camper! Picked up in Brisbane in under an hour and went down to Lamington National Park on the NSW border to do some hiking. The van was pretty good - once we got the hang of driving a bigger vehicle (I usually drive a tiny Alfa Romeo!) it was great! Very cosy, and we had all the comforts of home to welcome us after a day hiking in the bush. Its a very pretty place to visit! We had plenty of gas for cooking, the battery lasted for 2 nights with the fridge on low so we always had cold beer, and the bed was comfy. It was a great trip!
Negative experience: Ziemlich arrogante Mitarbeiter, Wagen war in keiner weise gecheckt. Dadurch viel Ärger, Klimaanlage kaputt, Treppenstufe, Gasherd, Toilettenspülung auch defekt. Und das bei einem 8 Wochen Anmietzeitraum . Eher beim nächsten Mal Briitz Camper
Fantastic experience: Headed up to Thunderbird Park beautiful Mount Tamborine at the back of the Gold Coast this week in an Apollo Motorhome Euro Deluxe and it was awesome! The vehicle was clean and large and toasty warm with the heating on. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was very smooth and I'm going to miss being up high and king of the road in the big Euro Deluxe! The birds at Thunderbird park are pretty amazing too - so many rainbow lorikeets!
Positive experience: Traveling with four people in the Endeavour was a bit tight, but with a few more strategically placed storage bins along the inside roof of the vehicle, things would have been better. Our major complaint though, is when looking online at the photos of the Endeavour, they show an interior table. After finally getting our camper, it turns out only the Australian Endeavour campers come with a table. Our decision to rent the campervan from Apollo, was heavily based on the interior table being available in a smaller vehicle.
Negative experience: I relocated a Cheapa Camper from Adelaide to Brisbane and was advised in Brisbane that I could pay to have it for extra days if I wanted.The time given to travel to Brisbane was impossible to meet so I took 2 extra days and advised them of same. When I delivered the Camper in Brisbane I was met with a tirade of abuse by the Female Manager and charged $1,133.00 plus was not refunded the $350 in fuel I used to get there despite a $250 allowance. I have been in the tourist industry myself for 30 years and this stands out has the most offensive person I have every encountered and a total rip off. I will NEVER use their campers again and will advise all and sundry to avoid this company especially the Brisbane Office at all costs. The power of social media be upon them LOL. The Brisbane manager is a first class be atch to say the least. Go with Jucy Vans they offer a really excellent happy service!
Negative experience: Please do not deal with these people, do your research on the internet to find many more people with stories like me. I have rented with Apollo several times ONLY for relocations. I have picked up and dropped off rentals from Melbourne, sydney, cairns and brisbane, all the same. Firstly you will wait a long time, even if your late to pick up it wont be ready. Secondly you will sign your life away and insurance wont really cover much if you pay for it. They will then charge for all the little extras you would expect as standard. Then (usually) things wont be great with the vehicle, ive had blocked toilets to broken tables, to missing blankets and dirty vans. However i put up with all this as i dont pay a lot relocating. Now, when you return they will try everything to spot a fault that was not you, i have heard many others complain during pick up and drop off's to no avail, finally they wont return your big bond immidiately, they can take up to 2 weeks+ to return it,however they are quick to take it. And when you try to ring be prepared to wait and wait, or you could go and complain in person but again you will wait. The most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with and I pay nothing to rent, imaging you paid retail! OMG. Like i say, do research on the net to see my story repeated by poor paying customers everywhere.
Negative experience: The campervan was great and it was pretty clean on pickup. However it took over 3 hours to get into the vehicle when collecting from Brisbane, and with a young family in the heat without any means of getting anywhere else to shelter - not good. In addition, in the months since returning the vehicle, we have recieved 3 charges to our credit card without any explanation. BE AWARE!
Negative experience: camper was nice enough front office staff were brilliant 3.5 hours from when we turned up to when we left with the camper not good!
