Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure working with National Travel to book our Europe trip. Our travel and transfers were seamless and they got the best deals available for each leg of our trip. Their hotel recommendations were spot on and within our budget, we couldn’t have picked better locations. Best of all was their mobile app which meant our itinerary was always in reach, helpful alerts kept us informed and the ability to book extra transfers via the app was so convenient. Fantastic experience: We were very lucky to have Lidia Brown’s very professional and knowledgeable Travel Agent skills recommended to us by a family friend in 2015. Since then Lidia has arranged our travel through Europe, UK, The Americas, Indian Sub Continent and many other countries ... abt 60 in total ... all without problems. Fantastic experience: Lidia Brown has arranged 3 complex overseas trips for us (combination of Africa, North America and Europe). Her advice and suggestions have always been helpful even with sometimes difficult arrangements. When Turkish Airlines suddenly cancelled a flight, she took care of the rescheduling of flights and accommodations which would have been difficult for us as we were already overseas. When our 2020 trip was cancelled due to Covid, with her advice we were able to recover almost all of our costs. We have no hesitation in recommending Lidia as a professional, highly competent travel agent and will definitely use her services when we are able to travel again.

Fantastic experience: Have been dealing with Lidia for many years and have visited more than 80 countries, with sometimes complicated itineraries. Some trips very short and some up to 3 months. She has got us out of some tricky situations which would have been difficult for us to sort out from the country we were in.. Definitely would not travel without the arrangements being organised & co-ordinated by her. She also now handles the travel for all of our family (there are 20 of us now) and without exception she is the one that we gravitate to for our individual travel, and our family travel. She also co-ordinated the group travel when we had a group of 18 Rotarians travelling to Kenya visiting a Kenyan Rotary club & various wildlife reserves & facilities, we were on different flights, different airlines to get there and different routes back to Australia. This was not a simple or straight forward exercise, but it all went so well we have folk wanting to repeat the excursion. There is no doubt in any of family or group that her primary interest when she is dealing with us is customer comfort & satisfaction & safety.
