Fantastic experience: The BEST travel agent in history! Thank you Jess for repeatedly organising the best adventures for my family BUT most of all for being there when things hit the fan! Having you on the ground at home to support us when things don't quite go to plan is priceless. Our recent trip had flight delays which resulted in our transfer booking to the islands being delayed by a day. We could have been left stranded at the airport with nowhere to stay, but instead we arrived to a message from you with alternate accommodation arranged for the night and our transfer rebooked for the following day. A travel agent is needed the most when things go wrong rather than when things go right and Jess absolutely shines when we need her most. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jess has organised so much for us now! Four international trips, taking in 10 different countries - from Swedish Lapland to NYC, to landing withing half an hour of eachother in Singapore (one from London, one from Australia!) For each trip, she's had so many fantastic ideas for locations and hotels, and organised all the finer details of connecting flights etc. Most recently, she help my husband (a lot!) to organise our honeymoon, in northern Europe and the Arctic - an unbelievable expereince of -30 degrees, the Northern Lights, Ice Hotel and dog sledding. She has also organised flights back to my native UK on many occasions, which usually means working with very specific time/date windows. For this reason, I also asked her to coordinate my parents visiting us here in Australia, with multi-city arrivals and departures...and factoring in us meeting them with our infant daughter. Nothing is ever too much for Jess and her attention to detail when creating a bespoke travel experience is fantastic! As the world opens up again, we will certainly be coming back to Jess for our next adventure.
