Negative experience: I paid a premium for PHT to put two flights in one ticket. Got little service. They did not alert me to the need for a pre-arrival form into Mauritius and did not pre book me seats on my flights. I could not do this- and when I asked while overseas I was told it would cost $30 for them to do this. Frankly they were disinterested in my travels. Maybe they are only interested in booking cruises? Won’t use them again.

Negative experience: Last minute cancellation of flight @ 10.30 pm the night before my flight. Not being tech. savvy or having an email I tried calling the emergency number. Couldn't get through. The car booked for me at the other end was too complicated for me to drive. Very very distressing.

Negative experience: Very poor service. Didn't check our visas so we nearly missed out flight. Do not recommend this for anyone. They gave us a list of flights but we found cheaper ones online. Very Very bad service.
