Negative experience: My partner and i dealt with Andrew at Burnside Flight centre for a 4 month overseas holiday. Initially he was amazing, super helpful with quick responses. As soon as we paid thousands of dollars to him, he began ignoring our multiple emails and not returning our calls. This was extremely frustrating as we wanted to book more things and had lots of questions. We contacted flight centre multiple times over a 4 week period and each time would get the same response "we will get someone to call you back"- they NEVER called back. My partner and i felt extremely frustrated by this as it was apparent that once they had our money, they couldn't care less about us. We eventually dealt with a lovely lady called Elise who was amazing and helped us with our final questions/organisation. The whole experience going through Flight Centre was terrible, and we will never book through them again.
Sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience Jai, this is not how we want our customer's to feel. Unfortunately with our agents being in such high demand with travel enquiry skyrocketing, we are finding that the demand is outstripping our ability to answer every call, whilst still assisting customers in store & over emails. We do highly recommend booking an appointment with your original agent, as this ensures a dedicated sit down to go through your extra booking details. Fantastic experience: We have just return from an excellent trip to Greece organised by Flight Centre Burnside. The Qatar flight from Adelaide was the best experience we have had travelling internationally and all the accommodation in Naxos and Athens was also excellent.

Negative experience: Website said it was opened. Arrived to see a note stating "Closed due to staff shortage." Other people also had walked up to the store as well. Result lost our business.

Negative experience: In planning a Europe trip, my husband and i have spoken to 5 people at this flight centre. The first 'customer service' person was one of the MOST rude and dismissive people i have ever come across (doing my best not to mention her specifically here). We had 2 meetings with her out of necessity in planning our trip and during the second meeting i had to keep my mouth shut the entire time to refrain from bringing myself down to her level. Since then, we have spoken to various team members, all promising to 'get back to us' etc only for our attempts to get answers to be ignored. I have been spoken over, spoken down to and just when we thought we found someone who understood the concept of 'customer service' we have been let down again with the excuse of 'we are busy'. I'm sure readers of this review will feel my sentiments when i say that we are ALL busy which makes the excuse i was given even worse. The disregard for our time and our financial commitment is shocking. My advice for those of you looking for a positive experience in planning your trip, go elsewhere. Note: Responding to the generic flight centre response below, it is evident that you are missing the point yet again (don't you love the spin of 'it is difficult to respond to everyone immediately' as if that was our expectation and we are the unreasonable ones?! Meanwhile... 2 weeks later...still waiting). Delayed response is merely ONE of a MYRIAD of issues with the customer service received. What is the excuse for the dismissive attitudes we encountered? What is the reason for being spoken down to or spoken over? What about when your staff ask us to send them an email and at our appointment 2 weeks later, they say they haven't even opened it (is my time less valuable than theirs?). Is this the supposed 'value' we get when we are charged for the 'captains value package'? We have been patient and we have even given your team the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just one person at your centre. 5 people later, it is evident that customer service means something quite different to your team.

We understand our agents are in high demand at the moment due to the rapid relaunch of travel with post covid staffing restrictions, so this is making it tricky for our team to take care of every customer immediately unfortunately.Regardless, we will be sure to pass on this feedback to the team.
Negative experience: Very very very unprofessional and rude customer service from Andrew and Becky. Andrew was asking to pay $100 per person if we wanted him to search the tickets for us without appointment!!!!! And Becky was so disrespectful and absolutely misleading. I would say never ever waist your time and go this centre.

Negative experience: Upon arriving all staff were with other customers. I waited 5 minutes sat down, no hello how are you! How can I help! Extremely miserable, unfriendly, unwelcoming, cold abrupt Zero enthusiasm. Poor experience will not go back.

Fantastic experience: I don’t just book my flights there, over the years you have all become friends. You got me back when I was stuck in Africa when Covid hit. You spare no effort to make my trips go like clockwork. Even when things don’t go that well you work tirelessly to fix it or organise the refunds. Fantastic experience: A few days ago, I booked a flight through Flight Centre, Burnside, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Ruby was wonderful. She organized everything quickly and efficiently, without any hiccups at all. I'll be going back to her again for all my travel arrangements, for sure!

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. I went to burnside centre to book ticket for overseas flights(first experience, it is last one though) . The gentleman said he will send me the initial booking, it took two days. And then I asked some questions by email and call the centre to get me answers. He hasn't replied my email or call. It has been 5 days and ticket price is going up. Very disappointed with their service. I don't see any point to get a ticket from flight centre when all the price is the same as website,they just waste your time.

Negative experience: The worst company i have ever dealt with. Booked a holiday for 2 clients through them and everything they could have messed up they did. They lied to us, they hung up on us, they never called back when they said they would, they never followed up on things we asked them to and 3 days before a client goes away, we are still chasing them to sort out our holiday.
