Fantastic experience: (Original review June 2023) - Jasmine has been so good. I had a bad experience with an agent here in Victoria. Luckily Jasmine took over and has filled out my trip with quality accommodation, and a heap of tours and experiences in the remaining 3 countries I'm visiting. Highly recommend these agents for anyone who needs help planning their trip. Edit (29/9/23) - AJ Travel has been very helpful with planning and booking the trip, and also with pursuing refunds for missed tours. Edit Aug 2024 - I booked another trip with Gary, and its been a seamless and painless experience all around! Once again I would highly recommend AJ Travel.

Fantastic experience: My travel agent has been wonderful. She's made the whole holiday booking process stress free for us by taking care of the bookings I didn't feel able to do myself. Nothing is too much trouble. I totally recommend this agency if you're planning an overseas trip including planes, trains, ferries, car or camper hire.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have now done three escorted tours with Anne Bourke over a period of four years and they have been great! We will be sorry to see Anne semi-retire in 2020 but know that we can always tap into the staff at Andrew Jones Travel for any future trips!

Fantastic experience: Since 2009 I have always asked Ruth at Andrew Jones Travel to book my overseas trips, especially those to Africa. She has always done an excellent job, especially paying attention to the smaller details. I have loved all the trips I have done, which amount to quite a few now. Fantastic experience: Andrew Jones have been my preferred travel agent for the 6 years I have arrived in Tasmania, with at least once a year, (some times up to 3 times) I have had my plans placed in the capable hand of the staff. Without exception my trips overseas and within Australia have been well organised and worry free thanks to the experienced staff who have arranged the fine details for myself and friends from other Tasmania and Queensland who have travelled with me. Also I have taken part in Andrew Jones organised tours, as a single traveller, which have been excellent and so enjoyable. Rose Hurle has been extremely patient and always helpful and efficient during the often fine details that make my holidays successful.
