Fantastic experience: Went into Flight Centre Casuarina with my friend and a potential trip abroad in mind. We were kindly welcomed by Zaira who eagerly introduced us to potential travel options, e.g. tours or solo travel. She then gave us recommendations for travel options that were based on our previous travel experience and age. Her consideration for our safety, as well as having the best experience travelling internationally at a young age, is greatly appreciated. One aspect of her service that was greatly appreciate was how willing and patient she was to give the pair of us as much of her time as required for us to ensure that we planned out a trip of which every aspect we would enjoy. Her well thought out and detailed planning has relieved me of a great deal of stress and allowed me to look forward to an amazing trip! A huge thanks to Zaira for all her willingness to help, careful consideration, and dedication. I will definitely recommend her service to anyone I stumble across who is seeking a trip abroad or domestically! Looking forward to going back already

Fantastic experience: I have always had wonderful service from Zaira and Tarryn at the Casuarina Flight Center. This includes when we have had to change a paid booking, and navigate through the steps to get credit for the full amount paid for the cancelled flights transferred to payment for the new bookings. Definitely two very helpful "life saving" members of the Casuarina staff who are on the lookout for the best deals for their customers.

Negative experience: My review is of the company, NOT the Casuarina branch specifically. Flight Centre as a company is a nightmare to deal with. Nobody answers the phone. When they do, frequently English is a second language and it's next to impossible to have it understood what assistance is required. It doesn't matter what number you ring, the call gets forwarded to another branch if it's not answered. When they say they'll call you back and they don't, it becomes a nightmare to find the person you spoke to. You can't complain about the service because there isn't any.
