Fantastic experience: We recently toured Tasmania for our 30th wedding anniversary and Laura Antal from frontier Travel arrange everything for us. I was a bit sceptical but can say that all the promised perks for our stay at the Four Seasons were delivered and the room rate was much cheaper than other booking sites. And their customer service was very responsive and helpful when I encountered a booking issue. Special thanks to Hannah who sorted this out for me.

Fantastic experience: We have booked for Crown Tower and Capella Sydney during our stay in Sydney via Frontier Travel which works out to be a better deal and better customer service experience. Communication was much more responsive then communicating with the hotel directly. Will definitely book via Frontier Travel again for all our future overseas travel.

They also have special deals that simply cannot be found on alternative websites, including booking directly with hotels or via sites like booking.com etc... Can highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am delighted to provide this review for Frontier Travel Management. I have used them for some years and would never make travel arrangements without consulting one of the great team members there. A few things always impress me. The team members always seem to find great airfares (especially for Business and First Class) that you just don’t see on online sites. They are also particularly good at achieving cost effective fares for complex itineraries where it is not just a simple origin to destination and return with a stopover. Frontier has in-depth experience with premium cruise lines and surface travel/tour operators. They seem to understand customer needs very well and always suggest the most appropriate operators. On the occasions when things go wrong on the other side of the world, it really is first priority to get things fixed. I know I have someone fighting for me and that provides a great sense of comfort. Even on the odd occasion when I have needed to make a claim on travel insurance, the team at Frontier have always been amazing in gathering and compiling all the history and documentation I might to submit my claim. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

Fantastic experience: After mixed information from another travel agent, I decided to search for another company in my area. I called Frontier Travel in North Sydney. James was super thorough in advising me about fares from Sydney to Europe via U.S. My husband changed his plans due to the current virus situation and decided just to go to the U.S, He got an email from Qantas for a great deal. I suggested he call James to see if he could match it. It was a minimal increase. Mark was pretty excited until until he had to cancel a day before his flight recently due to travel restrictions in the U.S. I called for him and got Catherine on the phone. The cancellation went quickly and smoothly, done in a couple minutes. I bet the he would still be having issues if he had booked online. Thank you to everyone who helped us. Fantastic experience: Frontier are amazing.I used to use online sites like Skyscanner to work out the cheapest and easiest flights until a friend challenged me to send my itinerary for an upcoming US trip to them. Not only were Frontier able to beat them on price, they pointed out that the Skyscanner option didn't leave enough connection time at a particular airport to transit between terminals which would have potentially left me stranded. It's that level of knowledge that makes these guys worth their weight in gold. I can't imagine booking flights any other way now.
