From start to finish, she made every aspect of our journey seamless and unforgettable. We explored some of the most beautiful destinations, including London, Paris, Nice-Ville, Moneglia, Florence, Tuscany, Positano, and Rome. Chiara went above and beyond by organizing incredible experiences like multiple private wine tastings with families in italy that went back 15 generations and an unforgettable cooking class overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside. She handled every detail flawlessly—booking our hire car, coordinating transit via trains, and being readily available whenever we needed assistance. This was my first ever solo international trip and Armen went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was covered and every last-minute question was answered. His efficiency and friendliness was SO appreciated and everything went smoothly, and the places I stayed were gorgeous! Choosing the full service option means you get access to an app which lays out your daily itinerary and electronic documents, and you get given a great leather embossed pouch which contains your printed documents. I would definitely use this service for any future travel.

By this point, I already had approached another agent, had two flights cancelled to Australia and significant amount held up. Within days of contacting them, they provided me with two flight options (two options that weren't even coming up on my own searches on airline websites) and any questions were answered super quickly. I cannot thank you enough, Bruce and Anya! It's so nice to know that there are people in Oz that are working so hard for all of us stuck overseas. If they can be this efficient and effective during a pandemic, I can't imagine how great they must be for organising "normal" travel!

Fantastic experience: I had to travel overseas urgently on compassionate grounds. Bruce not only helped secure flights that would guarantee my return but also advised me on how best to navigate the process of getting out and back in the country. I had to extend my stay and Bruce was extremely fast securing an alternative flight. This took a sizeable load of my shoulders and enabled me to focus on family. Bruce is making himself very available, even when time zones conflict.

Fantastic experience: I booked a super last minute flight home to Australia with Bruce O’Brien and can’t recommend him enough! My flight was booked late Friday afternoon, as a business seat had become available due to a cancellation, and I flew out from London the next evening. Bruce made the whole process super smooth and took care of everything, so I didn’t need to stress. All I had to do was pack my bags and get to the airport. Thankful in times like these to have committed travel agents on board, working crazy hours, to get Australian citizens home.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and 2 grandchildren live in Australia and, because of the lockdown, I haven’t been able to visit them in 2 years. My daughter was able to get an exemption to travel to the US, but then we couldn’t get her a flight back to her children. I reached out via the website to Travel Associates and to my surprise, I received a call from Bruce O’Brien the very next day! He was professional and understanding of our situation and immediately started looking for options for my daughter to return to Australia. Despite airlines constantly cancelling flights on me, he managed to find me one home and at a very good price!
