Negative experience: Although the staff are very nice they are hopeless. After booking Christmas holiday using outstanding credits from COVID. Two weeks before flying we are told they didn't book mine and the kids tickets just my husbands. Absolute disaster. Had to cancel everything. Now 4 months later no one answers any emails to explain how much I now have in credits or when they have to be used by. Never again.

Negative experience: Our experience with Capricorn Travel was a complete disaster. We booked two cars through them and it was a horrible experience. From having to call several times requesting the initial booking details and invoice be sent, to then being over charged on the credit card that we left with the car company, with no invoice or explanation of the charges. We have had to call every other week to try to find out information on what these charges even were, each time the staff I spoke to knew nothing about the situation and I had to explain it from scratch and wait while they scrambled to find information and understand. On two seperate occasions of calling through and explaining the situation I was assured that the charges was the result of an over payment which would definitely be refunded. I was told that they still aren't sure who is in the wrong (they go through a seperate company to book in the cars) so they couldn't tell me who the refund would come from, just that it would come within 2 weeks at the maximum. After a few weeks of not hearing anything at all I called back through and was told that the conversations I had with the staff who promised a refund were either new or the receptionist, neither were apparently authorised to give me a refund, to add further insult I was told that a refund might not even be provided. My booking was the first week of November and it is now December, I haven't heard anything more from anyone. I haven't been provided with an invoice for the charges to the card and definitly haven't received any refunds or even updates regarding the situation. To say I am unimpressed is an understatement, do yourself and your business a favor and go through someone else.
