Negative experience: I chose British Travel to assist with specific travel complexities, after requiring full payment 6 months before travel ain return we were given extremely poor customer service. Inconsistent information, unanswered messages, and unhelpful agents resulted in a frustrating and negative experience. Despite canceling due to their inability to meet our needs, we incurred $4382 in cancellation charges. No apologies or empathy were offered, nor was an itemised cancellation of fees offered. This experience reinforces my decision to book directly with airlines and avoid using this agency or any other agents in the future.

Negative experience: Will not use them again. Was given a quote, paid within minutes, only to be told that I was given the wrong quote and the flight is $700 more. Not my issue someone else stuffed up
Negative experience: i have used them for years but only recently it has gone down hill and i think the guy called Justin is very rude and unhelpful with any matters - wont book through them again
Fantastic experience: I can't praise British Travel enough! Jennie was amazing, with incredible up-to-date knowledge throughout the pandemic and with the ever-changing rules. When Western Australia's borders were firmly closed to almost everyone, Jennie managed to get me and my husband into Perth, to see our daughters and meet our 11 month old grandson. She got us on a DFAT flight to Darwin, where we did 2 weeks in quarantine and then flew into Perth. It was an incredibly stressful time but Jennie supported us all the way, even responding to a panicked message about the G2G pass on Christmas Day. Jennie's support was invaluable and British Travel is a first rate company.

Negative experience: Left 3 messages and didn't even receive a courtesy call back to say they were busy etc which would have been understandable. Poor customer service.
Negative experience: Horrific experience with British Travel. Jennie, the sales agent, was very quick to reply to initial email and request credit card details but once fee was paid she completely disappeared. No communication whatsoever and she did not provide any service. Have contacted her on multiple occasions to request refund of same and no response. Save your money (and time) and avoid British Travel.
Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to Jennie and the team at British Travel. With the travel ban for leaving Australia and the flights caps for getting back I didn't think I would be able to get home to Scotland and be with my family when I needed to, but Jennie made this possible. My family and I will be forever grateful for what she managed to do and I can't thank her enough. I don't know how she does it all but really appreciate all her help! Would definitely recommend British Travel to anyone who needs to get to the UK!

Negative experience: Appalling customer service after ringing everyday for 3 days without a return call also after explaining my circumstances and a bereavement in the family . When I did get a call back an said I wasn’t interested in there services as they were awful an that I would let people know this . As if by magic the phone then started ringing.
