Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Booked flights to East Coast of USA (North Carolina) to see a family member who was not well. Wasn't sure about timeline. Lauren was friendly, extremely helpful through the whole process. She even reached out to me to make sure I arrived safely and a couple of other times due to the circumstances I was going through. I had to change return flights and Lauren was there and with no hassle and great communication managed to sort out flights for me. Thanks again Lauren. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a wonderful trip to visit family in Canada and am so pleased that I booked through Flight Centre at Loganholme. When my plane was delayed for 5 hours in Calgary, my travel agent, Lauren Borellini texted to find out if I was okay and whether she could do anything to assist. That experience led me to reschedule my domestic return flight (out of fear of missing the International flight if that delay happened again) and she quickly organised everything that I needed to get an earlier return flight. The trip turned out perfect and I felt safe and that she had my back. Thank you so much!

What had been for me a complicated and confusing process was arranged efficiently; in fact she made the whole process of booking a holiday across three countries seem straightforward. As well, Carolyn went the ‘extra mile’ - she had already found several suitable hotels in Paris but made the extra effort to find one a friend had recommended that had proved elusive - it had changed its name.
