Fantastic experience: Will be using travel online to book any holidays from now on, everything went smoothly, transfers and inclusions and no errors which is such a relief when travelling with children. It was an amazing trip, love how they have the option to split the payment too, Emma our consultant was amazing, very clear instructions and very prompt responses which was also a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend, the deals well surpassed any other competitors also, we stayed at Bali dynasty and we spoke to so many families and they couldn’t believe how much we paid as a package. I had a problem with redeeming an included massage and emailed the team and the problem was sorted fast. I love the extra inclusions - transfers, massage, dinner and hotel spa. Fantastic experience: I just spent a week at the Naviti Resort Fiji. This is such a great place to go visit. Absolutely great for families, lots to do. Plenty of food. Great kids club. Staff are just wonderful so respectful and always smiling always making sure you have what you need, nothing is too much trouble. The Joy Spa is just so relaxing and the staff are great at massages. I will really miss them. Flew over with Fiji Airways and it was the same great service and really good food. Will be going again. Vinaka

Negative experience: Cancelled 30 mins before my job interview, lucky I scheduled a phone interview only. Than wasn’t flexible and didn’t bother to re-book me for when I was available next. Disappointed.

Negative experience: Buyer beware. Started out by sending a booking request for $7000 for a week in Fiji. Was told no availability at the hotel for that week, and then offered other rooms at the same place for less nights at 50% more, and then ended up quoting me $10,000 for 4 nights at the same hotel I tried to book at the start. Prices stated are not correct, they use it to get you to send a request in and then try and negotiate you up. Save your time and the hassle and go to more reputable companies!
Hi Adrian, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly we'd like to apologise for not being able to confirm your booking request and failing to meet your expectations. Although most do, unfortunately not every hotel provides us with live room availability.Ever since international travel restarted, Fiji has been extremely popular and we're finding that availability at a lot of hotels and resorts is becoming very limited - even if you were to try and book direct. On top of this, most hotels and resorts only provide us with a certain amount of inventory with the remainder kept for them to sell directly. Unfortunately this means that something may show as available on their direct website, however they will not allow us to book these rooms.We understand this is disappointing and frustrating, however we are trying our best to offer similar alternatives in the same destination. This may mean that only more expensive room types are available and although we do our best and also offer discounts to try and keep the alternative within a similar price range this is not always possible.If you are flexible with your travel dates, this can help to keep the cost in line with what you were originally quoted but if you need particular dates or a particular property this can make finding options more difficult or expensive.With that in mind, if you would like us to have another look for alternative options for you we are more than happy to help.

Negative experience: Think twice about booking a holiday with this company. No opportunity to speak with someone in person or over the phone. They emailed us to tell us we had to pay more money in a matter of days to keep our flights then the airline crashed and they still to this day have refused to refund us anything. We never got to go on our family holiday and there was no empathy from them for our situation. They are a scam
Hi Courtney, We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent experience, and we fully understand how frustrating it must have been to have your holiday plans disrupted so close to departure.Regarding your booking, we did everything possible to assist you when Air Vanuatu unexpectedly cancelled your flights the day before travel. Given that it was during the busy Easter holiday period, alternative flight options were extremely limited and costly. We explored options with Virgin Airlines, but the additional cost was understandably more than you were prepared to pay at that time.As we discussed, your booking was inside the hotel’s cancellation policy, meaning any refund was subject to the hotel’s discretion. While they were unable to offer a refund, they did extend a credit for you to rebook in the future. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused.With regards to the flights, we immediately submitted a refund request for your Air Vanuatu flights. Unfortunately, as you are aware, the airline has since gone into liquidation, and we have not received any refunds. We are continuing to pursue all possible avenues to recover funds, but the situation is complex and out of our control.We strongly recommend that our customers take out travel insurance for unexpected situations like this. We advised you at the time to contact your insurance provider, but we understand that you did not have coverage in place.We want to assure you that we have done our best to assist you throughout this challenging situation, and we genuinely regret that we couldn’t provide the resolution you were seeking. If there is anything further we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Negative experience: This company charges my 3 months old baby in full price. Maddie & Fiona told me that that's their policy?

I believe Fiona was in touch with you yesterday via email to explain.Your infant is free of charge for accommodation, as long as the room capacity allows for this. The airline do charge a small fee for infants, but transfers are free of charge also. We have quoted the room with and without an infant to allow you to see we are not charging a full package price for the infant but the airline fee on their ticket only. All infants on international flights do have a flight charge. The cost for the infant is AUD$105. Quote for two adults only - $2947 Quote for two adults and 1 infant - $3052The cost for the infant is AUD$105Based on the size of your party and the maximum capacity of the rooms, you require 3 rooms. Our contract with Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort allows us to book a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (0-11 years) per room based on the Deluxe Garden View Room. As your 12 year old is charged as an adult in the accommodation, the maximum capacity for the room is reached with 3 adults in the room. This is the policy of the resort and something we unfortunately have no control over. We can accommodate your party as below:Room One – 3 adults (consisting of 2 adults and 1 child 12 years old) Room Two – 2 adults and 1 infant (0) Room Three – 1 adultAs Fiona mentioned, we are happy to email the resort to see if they will allow the infant in the room that is at capacity, but we are unable to quote or book this for you without authority from the resort. Originally we were reluctant after reading some reviews but gave it a shot anyway and were so glad we did! Firstly they took a day to get back to us after trying to book online which made us nervous (due to checking availability with the hotel), but then after our first option was sold out they gave us a range of other great offers and were super responsive. We called several times to confirm/change our included transfers as we ended up extending our stay but the team were very easy to deal with. From our experience we’d definitely use TravelOnline again.

Fantastic experience: Had a bit of a hiccup thinking I had paid in full as I intended to -even after some reminders where I had actually replied I paid in full. A phone call would have been better than consecutive emails after I had stated I had paid in full to say 'No you haven't.' My fault...Then had to pay remainder close to holiday which stressed me a bit. Customer service still great though and loved our holiday to Daydream Island. Loved how everything was organised re transfers, vouchers etc...

Fantastic experience: The trip was flawless. For the price that we paid which includes return flight with 20kg baggage, airport transfers and hotel accomodation at Seminyak with lots of freebies, there’s nothing more that we could ask for more. Adam Ary, the diver who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport was excellent, we’ll hire him again if we come back to Bali. Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak is strategically located 300 metres away from the busy streets so there’s peace and quietness when you wanted it. We were able to see places and got exposed to the local culture within 5 days, from nature to temples to the beaches, tasting local delicacies including the world class Kopi Luwak and experienced local hospitality. Negative experience: We tried to book a hotel multiple times through them but they never had any rooms available, even thought they had listed them on their website, on top of that after we were told the rooms were not available they then gave us other options of hotels at a discounted price, however they were not even in the same place we were looking at. We did email them and they just never replied or answered any of our phone calls even after leaving us voice messages. Very disappointed as we have used them before but may not in the future.

Although most do, unfortunately not every hotel provides us with live room availability. This means we must submit your booking request and wait for a response from the hotel before we can confirm your booking. In the event the hotel is unable to confirm, we work very hard to offer alternative room types, travel dates or similar hotels who do have availability and extend a discount to you in good faith for any inconvenience. We have worked very hard to refine this process over the years to minimise any disruption to your requested travel plans and have strict procedures in place. Based on your feedback, it seems there may have been a breakdown in this procedure and we would very much like to investigate this further to ensure that it does not happen again. We're pleased you've experienced our great service in the past and are disappointed to hear that you feel we've let you down on this occasion. We'd love to rectify this for you. If you can please provide your QW or TOCS reference number we'll have our Reservations Manager look into this.
Fantastic experience: Lovely Resort excellent staff, great pools and BBQ Area, very clean. We loved our stay at Silkari Lagoons. Great package through TravelOnline from start to finish. Will definitely use them again for our next getaway. Special thanks to Exemplar bus driver Wayne for going above and beyond on our transfer back to Cairns, we learned a lot of interesting things from him and his knowledge of the area was fantastic.
