Fantastic experience: Good end friendly service

Negative experience: An older lady had served me but was extremely unhelpful and un enthusiastic. Have planned multiple trips through them before but this made me so upset I will not come back here! Quality control on workers is so poor nowadays.

Positive experience: Abbie has been very helpful and professional in her assistance with my travel arrangements. I thank and wish her well in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of booking with Jaz for a consult on a USA trip. My partner and I were unsure about whether we were completely set on going, but after speaking to Jaz, we were confident that we wanted to go. She sat with us for ages playing with our flights in order to find the exact flights that would accommodate us. She was very knowledgeable and offered such helpful advice based on her own travel experience. Definitely don’t think we would have booked it unless we had spoken to Jaz, as after speaking to her we were so confident in all the information that she had given us we knew we should book then and there. Definitely would recommend coming in and speaking to Jaz.

Friendly, co-operative, knowledgeable and with exceptional customer service skills - I would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Issy in booking tickets for me and my mom. Before I approached her I thought it would be daunting to get the right dates for a specific class, given my mom's age, but Issy was able to get the exact ones that suited both of us, especially in terms of the layover and hotel stay. She reach out to the airlines and even the embassy to iron out potential issues that may occur during our travel. I would definitely recommend Issy for her calm and patient nature. Her colleagues were extremely supportive as well. Definitely a 5-star for Issy and the Flight Centre team at Parkmore.

Negative experience: My recommendation for future customers is to make sure your dealing with more then one consultant at the branch/store. Please make sure you check the quotes or print them out in store and cycle the dates for all services including the travel insurance. It might have just been a bad week for this store - i am very disappointed with the lack of assistance and empathy towards customers. i have requested to speak to managers and making numerous phone calls all week for an error that was made with them but i was the one that needed to chase them. i have proof of purchase and the consultant made it clear that i paid for the service, but other teams members couldn't verify or acknowledge this on the system which made it very upsetting for me. i'm hoping this can be updated and resolved and i will provide a further review with the positive outcome......after writing this review i have received an email from park-more flight center and it turns out there was a glitch in the system and i wasn't actually charged, very confusing . i have still requested a call from the manager to review my experience and outcome.

Fantastic experience: The customer service received from Jessica is always excellent. We have been dealing with Jess for many years now and as late starters to overseas travel, we have found her to be extremely helpful. Her knowledge and experience are priceless. We are always greeted with a big smile and have found her to be very positive and encouraging. Nothing is ever too much trouble, very patient and switched on when it comes to our specific requirements. Our last trip to Italy, England and Singapore turned out better than we could have imagined, and this was largely due to Jessica's meticulous planning. After each initial booking, her follow up via emails and phone calls could not be better. We highly recommend her. We think she is amazing.

Negative experience: I went to flight centre parkmore today and they told me their system was not working ! Other people adjacent to my table were able to continue with their queries. The staff were pretty rude and not helpful at all. She was in a hurry to end her shift at 3:30 pm. Very unprofessional experience. It was a pathetic experience at Flight centre in parkmore and I would recommend anybody from flight centre management reading this review to have a look at the extremely poor level and quality of customer service that is provided at Flight centre.

Negative experience: Dylan not good service We bought families tickets more than 30 thousand from him . He picked up Bamboo airline for us . This Airlines bankrupt and money not refund around 5 moths from 12/2023 until now . All my friends got returned back fully amount , they said . Only this agent nothing to do and very late answer email from us . We recommend not go with this agent to purchase the ticket for further. We lot few thousands from this guy

Fantastic experience: Jessica from Keysborough Flight Centre was such a pleasure to deal with after dealing with another other Flight centres that was not customer focused but only focused on wanting to charge a fee before proceeding to take a booking!!!. Fantastic experience: Sarah at flight centre keysborough has been amazing, i initially got in contact via an email requesting prices, she has been patient and friendly and through several emails back and forth due to me chopping and changing flights, hotels, etc she still gave me great service. It was a pleasure to finally meet her in person at the store where she stayed back past her working hours to a accomodate my work hours to finally book and pay for tickets . Negative experience: Got an issue booking online after payment made with CommBank points. Called the support and they advised to visit in Store. Went to the Parkmore Flight Centre shop. The lady was nice and helpful but the systems price and Online price is different for 100$ per person. The supervisor in store advised not to use the Flight Centre online booking and he said their website booking is terrible. 100$ per person difference is too much between flightcentre online and in-store. I am not sure how this system works.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Dylan Spence from the Parkmore office over the last few months. He has arranged our cruise and flights to Alaska , Canada and USA. His knowledge and advice to get the best value on our trip has meant we see 2 more cities and get the best flights possible. Service has been excellent. I am happy I went to the Parkmore store to get my travel arrangements organized.

Negative experience: Thanks to Jessica for re-scheduling my mother's pre-COVID booking to this September. At our last meeting in February, the flights were booked and Jessica provided websites for the Vietnam and Cambodia visas. Jessica said I should apply for my mother around July-August but she could help should I run into trouble. Upon recently visiting the websites, it raised a number of questions that needed to be clarified by Flight Centre. For example is a single- or multiple-entry required, what are the places of accommodation, what are the ports of arrival and destination? I sent Jessica a number of emails in July and finally called where her male colleague could answer some questions. Jessica replied that day with "I am so sorry I will reply back as soon as I am free today", but never did. As a result, I submitted an enquiry to the Flight Centre website at the end of July regarding outstanding questions and I am currently awaiting a response. Such assistance is where it would be a benefit to deal with Flight Centre travel consultants and take advantage of their knowledge and experience. However, based on my current experience, my family and I will book a 2 week holiday to Japan with another travel agent.

Negative experience: Called them and asked to speak to someone to book a ticket. They said they were very busy and needed to book an appointment. Booked an appointment for the following day, guess what? No one called me back even after 4 days. Great service.

Negative experience: Tried to ring parkmore 2.45pm wednesday, after 5 mins of recorded messages, it told me via robot, to come into store !I only had a question. Very very poor result.

Fantastic experience: I was served by Michelle and was on a very tight budget with limited options. She was AMAZING!!! She searched and searched again and found me the airline I wanted, on the day I wanted in my price range. NOT easy. Another flight centre said what I wanted was not possible. Michelle also gave me a charm to keep me safe when travelling as I'm a nervous flyer and just went above and beyond. I would recommend her 100%. She made me feel like family. If you need to book a flight, she will make it happen for you. Thanks Michelle! I got here safe and sound :)

Negative experience: One hour wait no one assist

Negative experience: I had to attend the centre as I had a gift card although I had resolution never to use flight centre again due to bad experiences. Between my contact with agent Jessica I had to make a short call to confirm something for the flight and the agent was getting upset and pushing me away because someone was waiting behind me. I did not leave my seat as I knew I am not going to take more than few seconds and my time is also important. After confirmation of flight I only asked the agent how come the price is cheaper online is it agent fee or something and while the answer could only be a yes or no, she starts at me saying irrelevant things which makes no sense. I could not deal with such a person and said good bye and left. Jessica needs a lesson on ethics and service

Fantastic experience: Michelle is absolutely gorgeous legend. She looked after my daughter,who has terrible anxiety.She gave plenty of options and got the best deal to my daughter for England. She even recommended bus tours for Europe. Absolutely priceless flight centre asset.

Negative experience: Lots of promise to send through cruise links and flight options for Europe. Unfortunately Michelle did not deliver a single email. Even followed it up with an email to her, which included some flights I had found via Air France website as a suggestion- no acknowledgement. We ended up booking the flights ourselves and the cruise via the online consultant at Flight Centre.

Negative experience: We went here with optimism. heard all the sales talk.........left there OK, but something just bugged me about the experience. She promised the works, with emails duly sent within a few hours. BUT............Jack S. was sent. All excuses, and lies I only received emails after I contacted her. The so called "rep" was named Michelle............do not deal with her.......ever. I hate to criticise as I am aware we all make mistakes, but covering up and lying serves no purpose. And what she sent me after being found out was not what I asked for and very amateurish at best My bad dealing with them..............never again.

Had to call many times before someone (at another Flight Centre place) picked up the phone to inform me that I had better go into the shop in person to make an appointment to ask my questions about booking a trip overseas. When I went into the shop I waited 20 mins before someone even asked what I needed. They were busy with customers so I called the phone number on the wall I was instructed to call but when the travel agent asked what I wanted I basically got told off for being responsible for "the call that is bouncing around from phone to phone while they're busy" Never going back to that one. Shocking unaustralian experience!

Negative experience: Really bad experience in the store. Went in to buy some business class tickets overseas, really special trip for myself and my grandfather, would normally have booked myself but I needed a connecting flight after the trip so thought id speak to a professional. They were super busy, happy to wait the 15 minutes, but when we finally gotten to speak to someone it was nothing but inconvenience and what you want is impossible. I just went home and booked it for cheaper than her quote anyway direct through the airline. If you're going to try and gouge me 8k for airline tickets, at least do it with a smile

Negative experience: This flight centre is absolutely useless. Have to beg to make a booking, because they always maintain they have appointments! Now I'm waiting to pick up my ticket, the guy closed the shop and literally ran off. I fly tomorrow! Never experienced such bad service in Australia. Nor do they answer phones.
