Fantastic experience: My husband and I were part of a tour of Western Europe recently with Atlas travel, we found it very well organised, the local tour guide Van was very knowledgeable and nice, Bernard our bus driver was also excellent, the hotels and food were great, we met some wonderful people some of which have become good friends. Danny from Atlas travel accompanied the group the whole time and looked after all our needs. Overall we had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I have known Helen from atlas travel in Springvale for almost 20 years , their service with regards to travel plan are excellent they’re very professional and accomodating and all the trip that I have been is so successful like when I went for a 19 day America and Canada tour thru cosmos , they provided a transport also going and coming back from the airport excellent service and on time , they also provided assistance if u require visa to the country you are visiting I highly recommended atlas for any travel solutions

Positive experience: We got visas made from them, with good experience. But be careful of your private information, each time we walked in there were piles of other passports casually laying on the tables, sometimes nobody in attendance until we called out for attention.

Tour guide with lots of knowledge and information. Phu Quoc islands’ hotel with ocean view which we all can enjoyed sunset at balcony Surprise anniversary gifts from Helen. Fantastic experience: I've had only great experiences over the years with Atlas Travel. They are very efficient and friendly. Their Vietnam Visa application turn around time was super fast. It's better to let Helen and her team take care of all your travel needs rather than the hassle of booking online. Plus it's not that much dearer, and if there are problems with your flight, Atlas Travel will sort it out for you. It's definitely worth it! She also gives great tips and advice for travel.

Fantastic experience: Atlas(Dara) and I worked as a team planning a 2 month trip to Canada and USA for August - September 2023. It involved 3 bus tours, each of 2 weeks duration with 2 days inbetween the tours(Cosmos and Costsaver). She was very client focussed and produced a very seamless itenary. I appreciated her attention to detail and double checking airport transfers and extra hotel nights with Costsaver and Cosmos.Her willingness to accept suggestions meant that I had a very smooth holiday (my first visit to North America. I would very gladly refer clients to Atlas.

Fantastic experience: I went to Atlas travel for a visa to Vietnam, after being turned away by 3 other agents that wasn’t able to get the visa for me as they thought it was too much hassle. The team at Atlas was able to get the visa for me in a timely manner and the team there was professional and very friendly to deal with ! Would highly recommend there services !

Fantastic experience: I needed to book a flight to China for work reasons and Dara at Atlas Travel checked all the details for me and came back with all the options available. It was a difficult task due to the Covid 19 restrictions but she was very diligent and made sure everything was ok. She went above and beyond what I expected from a travel agent and I will definitely be recommending all my friends to use Atlas Travel!

Negative experience: Terrible service! Missed my flight and had to buy a new ticket which costed around $1000 AUD. They argued that it was my fault and no refund was given! NEVER GO HERE
