Negative experience: Do not book with this agent. Tried to contact them when we were away & no response via message what’s app email or call …. They don’t want to know about it if there is no money to be made for them. Also do NOT travel with Turkish Airlines terrible terrible seats & service.

Negative experience: Don’t travel with Turkish airlines and also never book your tickets with flight agencies in general including this one, they sell and rearrange your tickets then get locked out of authorisation.

Negative experience: Terrible service be very wary before booking through TJ Travel. My wife booked our family trip to Turkey through the agency in the hope the agent would be proactive and helpful if there were any changes that may be needed. We called as an emergency needed us to return back to home earlier than the return date Tijen replied with a costing of $2000 pp extra to return earlier. She obviously sold us the cheapest tickets with no flexible or assurance of possible changes and never mentioned the conditions to us. Never again will we book anything with TJ Travel.

Every time I travel I always call Zeynep she organises my tickets and she is just amazing. Does not give more options for customer choice, I felt disappointed very poor customer service and ENT the end he has very weird voice to end the call... What a bad day .

Negative experience: Found them to be very unhelpful .... I tried to change flights whilst overseas but they were delayed with responses and extremely unhelpful. Whilst trying to check in online on return, I was advised that there was a flight change and only agent could confirm it otherwise I couldn't check in online. Again extremely unhelpful and delayed and I was just told you don't need to check in online which is beside the point. Don't recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Highly dissatisfied with their service. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past 1 week. Paid a deposit of $300 and trying to claim that but till today not getting calls back or even a courtesy reply to any of my messages. Travel agency with such a bad customer service. I have waited 1 week for the reply. If they would have responded to me, I wouldn’t have given a review now. I would have waited patiently. This is going over the board. Definitely leaving a complain and taking this further.

Fantastic experience: I was stuck in İstanbul due to the first part of a connecting flight being delayed... Melbourne time 3am. Distressed and perhaps incoherent due to high stress levels, I called Zeynep and literally was yelling into the phone. Zeynep calmly explained she will call the airlines and get back to me. Instead of making me wait for a call back, Tijen called me and kept me talking whilst Zeynep was on a two way call with her trying to get me a flight out asap. Documentation etc. are received promptly and the emails received prior to our trip were very helpful, ensuring we had everything in order before our departure. When planning our next trip I will certainly look at what is available and I would have no hesitation in recommending TJ TRAVEL CENTRE to family or friends.

Negative experience: We booked through TJ Travel for our trip to Turkey. We were informed to call 3 days before to check in our seats. However when we called 3 days before; we were informed to go to the airport 2 hours earlier than the check in time to confirm our seats. Now this is very challenging when travelling with children under the age of 10 and an infant to go to the airport many hours early. I don't understand why the travel agent could not have just checked us in online? They are a travel agent aren't they? Hence why we booked our tickets with them so they can assist the process of travelling with kids and an infant. When at check in we had to confirm and be affirmative that a bassinet was booked for our infant for our long haul flight. It was all good from Melbourne to Malaysia. In Malaysia we waited over an hour at the humid airport in line for a transfer and also had to explain ourselves that we need a bassinet seat for the 12 hour flight to Istanbul. It was stressful and very exhausting especially when you have just got off a flight with kids and a baby. On the way back from Istanbul to Malaysia there was no bassinet seat given to us and I had to hold a 5 month old baby for over 10 hours straight which was a BIG struggle. The bassinet seat for this flight could have been confirmed from the Travel agent back when we booked our tickets. Ontop of that I also didn't receive a bassinet seat for our flight from Malaysia to Melbourne which was another 8 hours of holding my infant. In total I held my infant for 18 hours straight which was absolutley mentally and physically exhausting. This is the last time honestly I will book via a travel agent and fly with Malaysia and Turkish Airlines again for the service I received as at both the Check Ins when I asked the airlines they replied your bassinet seat should have been booked prior when you got your tickets and now its too late there is nothing we can do besides somebody volunteering to swap their seats. When we boarded the plane no one wanted to swap either, so it was quite a challenge and a bad experience on our flight to Turkey this year.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience. I needed to travel to Turkey urgently and Tijen said she would get back to me in a few hours and she didn’t get back to me for nearly a week (still no response today). I was one of her loyal customers but not anymore. She would explain the travel restrictions very briefly, as if she didn’t want to. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: First of all please do no apply for your exemption on your own, I did that mistake and even though I thought I had a strong case I got rejected twice and started looking for help. Spoke to a couple of lawyers and travel agents and they were charging and arm and a leg and also telling me that it might be rejected. Then I spoke to Tj Travel (Tijen) and she said there was a chance of rejection because I got rejected twice which made my application very confusing but they got all the exemptions they ever applied for and she is going to try her best. So she told me not to worry. I believed her and sent her my documentation and got approved (yay) without moving a finger, writing anything or doing anything. The way your application is worded and all the other small details they you think doesn’t matter, does matter. Tj Travel works really hard and they are very good at what they do! They are very professional and really listen to what you have to say and your needs. Thank you so much for everything.

Negative experience: Bad experience, no professionalism, no value

Negative experience: Disgusting customer serivce they decuted money from the airfare tickets even though my whole family from the cancellation due to the Coronavirus while all other travel agents hasnt deducted money. I will not be dealing with them again as they turned around and said its their conmmesion while they already had taken their commission at the start of the payment being made.

Negative experience: I would recommend everyone NOT TO TRAVEL with TJ travel and it was a worse life experience ever. I booked my ticket two months in advance to save a bit of the amount. During booking, I was advised by the employer name “Albena Memti” to pay extra to have a flexible ticket which will allow me to change my ticket for free, so I decided to pay extra. After 2 weeks late (a month & 2 weeks before travel), due to my mother being sick so I wanted my holidays to be short. So I called her (Albena) back and she was like "you have to pay more than 400$ to change my ticket timing". As I reminded her what she said before and she started to treat me rudely decided to hang up the phone on my face. The accommodation at the airport wasn't booked, I had to organize it myself. Do NOT Travel them!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am beyond grateful for the service TJ Travel has provided me! Honestly lost for words on how amazing and attentive they have been. Tj travels have booked our flights to turkey and out return. Unfortunately at Singapore airport our Jetstar flight has been delayed for 13 hours and then cancelled keeping us there for over 20 hours, however Tijen and her staff were constantly updating us on flights that were available and made our very stressful and exhausting experience as smooth as possible. Everyone was asking how we got our flights booked to come home and I could not stop praising the support and help we had received from our travel agency! Again I am lost for words for the support they have provided us! Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services!!! If it was not for Tj travels we would have definitely still be stuck at Singapore airport. Thank you tok travels for getting us home safe and sound

On the way back unfortunately one of our flights were delayed for 13 hours and then canceled.
