Negative experience: I called this afternoon to get a quote for flights to Fiji. I spoke to a very disinterested woman who seemed like she did not want to do her job. I was put on hold for 30 mins plus with no resolution. She did not even ask for my name or contact info in order to send me a quote. Negative experience: Called this morning spoke to the guy about to book the fair and told me will get back to me about the price . Nothing for few hours then spoke to the girl she put me on hold and no response . I think business forget that there are thousand of options online to book a fair with competitive price and these days you can’t hang around your customer for simply giving a price quote . Booked my ticket through online with no issues and took only 5 min from someone else . They did not look into ppl situation but charging money as if they are not responsible. Negative experience: Beware of the hefty fees and delays in refunds, You will have to pay Best and Less charges of $175 in addition to airline charges for each date change. Promised in writing that refund will be processed in 12 weeks. Had to threaten to lodge a complaint with small claims tribunal to finally get my money back after 6 months after almost constant follow ups. Tickets are similar in cost if purchased directly from airline and you will avoid travel agency charges and get your money back much quicker without having to wait for 6 months.

We also sent you a courtesy email after the payment was made confirming you may have checked the itinerary detail. It is possible the consultant may have noted the dates incorrectly and we sent you the quote for return date change for 16Nov23 and you replied to the correct date was 21DEC23 and we corrected the date and emailed the quote again within an hour costing $862. On 13Oct23 you replied if there is any cheaper option available after 14Dec23 and within an hour the date change team advised you that there are no cheaper options available in the month of Dec. We are not sure why would you say that we have taken your money and blamed you. We have the proof of meal confirmation email sent to you and saying that we have booked wrong meal would be incorrect. We can see on 30Nov23 the airline moved you from SQ211 departing SIN at 7:05 to SQ241 departing at 10:30am. This change could affect your meal request as airline change the flight on 30Nov23 itself. Flight disruptions are beyond our control and last minute changes are managed by the airline directly. We hope our response suffices your concern. Negative experience: The travel agent made an error with the dates by booking of one the connecting flight incorrectly. We didn't pick realise till after tickets were issued. Negative experience: WARNING WARNING!! Please don’t fall for the ad of cheap air fare and price matching. I had terrible experience. I’m now having to pay extra. You can save a lot when booking directly online as you will pretty much get the same service where you have to handle all the stress of booking and cancelling. Negative experience: "PATHETIC" service and communication!!!! I booked 3 return ticket with Best & Less in early 2020 from Sydney to India before Covid hit globally through one of their tele sales representative "Chanchal". Now it's been almost 2 years since I have applied for my refund as we were not able to travel due to international border lockdown. Since I have applied for refund, I never received any update or any feedback until I follow up. Every time I have received a snip of an email from them stating your refund is still in progress & now, they have stopped replying on my email. I have followed up many times but no reply. Whenever I call on their no they always say please email and we will revert you in next 48 hrs. but it's been 3 months I am following up without any revert. Sales rep never connects your call to account department and always say just email and someone in the name of Naveen will reply as he is too busy handling other calls. I don't know what to do as I have been cheated by Best and Less and its almost $3000 for which I am waiting for. Please do not go with this travel agency. We have explained you that your request of refund was denied by Etihad Airways twice as your cancellation was voluntary where the airline is not at fault. We tried everything we can to assist you. In your case the airline did not cancel your flights; if any airline cancels their service they offer alternate flight or a refund. Negative experience: We booked tickets with them during covid time. They charged us too much for date changes and pathetic customer service when we call them to rebook our cancelled tickets. I will not advice their service to any of our friends and family. I will never book with them after all that I have gone through. They look very cheap in the beginning , but they will charge us more than our ticket money when we ask them for a change.

Our fee is $95 per person which is mentioned on the top of the itinerary and in our terms and conditions. If you change your dates closer to your departure dates the fare difference, in current times, will be higher. Currently airline prices are quite high due to high demand and less frequency. Negative experience: I contacted them about three weeks ago about a booking to India towards the end of the year for myself and my wife. The person sent me a booking same day evening but the dates were not convenient; I was told that the booking was valid only until the next day. For a few days after that I tried to look at making a booking directly but the prices were quite high. I then realised by accidently while using the specific Airline App to check what fights were available that our booking made by Best and Less Travel was still valid. I contacted them and asked when that booking was going to expire. I was told it would at midnight on the same day. After thinking about it, I informed them that we were unable to decide on that day. I assumed the booking would have actually expired, but checked it again just a few minutes ago purely out of curiosity. I found the booking was still valid!!!! I do not like to do business with people who are not truthful. I understand that the Travel Agents make money only when tickets are paid for but more people will use their services if they are honest and truthful and do not just look at their own interest at the expense of the potential or actual customers. If the person had told me that the price might change somewhat but the reservation would be valid until the date it actually was valid until, I would have appreciated the information. I should have read some of the recent reviews before approaching them, but I am glad I did not purchase the tickets from them. So irrespective of the price guarantee and other promises hey make on their website, I would never use their services in future. Update November 4, 2022 Regarding the Response from the owner below, I can confirm that I had contacted the Airline in question first (3 weeks after making the original tentative booking) before contacting your customer service person on the same day evening, who confirmed that the reservation was still valid, and a ticket could be issued at the same price as originally quoted provided I pay for the booking by 7:30 pm that night. Once again, the same technique was used to try and secure payment on the day. Sorry ... no change in my opinion.

Dear Dinesh, If the booking shows "alive" on airline's website do not really means the it is valid to be booked. On any reservation airline provide a time limit for issuing a ticket and if that time limit expires we cannot issue or finalise a ticket on that price and we would require to cancel the reservation. Hence as per your understanding of reservation being "valid" on airline's website do not means that a ticket can be issued on that reservation. Since you are not from a travel industry you may not have in-depth knowledge of the airline fares and their regulations. There are multiple factors which determines the pricing and validity of a reservation and are much more complex than one would assume. We are in the business for more that 25 years and have been serving our tens of thousands of valued clients and we boast their trust and confidence in us. We wouldn't have survived if we were dishonest to our valued customers. We hope you will do more research and would change your opinion. Best & Less Travel

Negative experience: Warning!! Warning!! Warning!! Never Ever book through them they will ditch you when you need them the most. I booked Air India flight through them. Air India flight could not depart that day due to mechanical issues. When I contacted Best and Less; what should I do? They said we have emailed airline and call you back with answer. But they never contacted again. I rang once again asking about my options for catching a flight to India in day or two. They said we will call you back with options. But again they didn't call back. So I booked my flight through other agent because not getting any help from Best and Less parramatta. Now after coming back I asked for refund which they advised me will take around 5 months. They asked me to fill a form. Where they said they will deduct $525 fee. I put $1 in deduction column they said you fill the form wrong. Fill the form right way because it's airline who charge that fee. I got letter from their manager where it clearly says full refund. Now after 5 months I got refund Less $525. When I inquired from them they said it's not airline fees. It's our admin fee for the quality service we provide. When I said I want to talk to your manager; they said he is busy he might call you tonight or tomorrow. I rang them app 10 times to talk to manager. What a quality service!!!! I spent $1600 extra on the tickets I purchased on th spot. Three days of hassle which includes two full wasted days on the airport with all the luggage. It was all the passengers with their luggage and young kids too. Taxi driver who took us said," Same issue they had with Air India flight few years ago." Fuel leakage was the actual issue. I am running out of patience in writing such a long post but this was less than the wait time endured during calls to best and less. Never again AIR INDIA Never again BEST and LESS Parramatta.

Negative experience: I will give 0 star. When you enquiry to book they will happy to help once you buy ticket no help or no responses after even contacting many times and given sufficient time to change the tickets. When you call they will say the person is busy on the phone. We will ask to give call back but never received any call back. When you call after few minutes they will say that person is not available now and just to avoid you to get service. Never had such a bad experience with the travel agents.

Negative experience: Will not recommend their service. Booked my ticket with a 2 year old and had to go through a lot of challenges during travel due to incorrect booking for my child. Got tired explaining the airline with this wrong booking and somehow managed to travel. Also never returns call back requests. They show interest all the way till payments are made and then leave off their helping hands.

Negative experience: I paid $2520 for two tickets I need to change the dates and now they have made me wait for 2 weeks and so many calls back and forth gave me a quote of $4000 to make the changes!! When I called the airline directly they gave me a much lower quote. They are really the worse customer service, really dodgy. Do yourself a favour and book directly or with other agents. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM if you want service.

Negative experience: I booked tickets for whole family to travel to USA and Canada with multiple stops. Tickets were purchased and fully paid. Then due to Covid border we’re closed and we were unable to travel. We cancelled the trip and they said they can cancel it and we can rebook by December 2021. As the borders stayed closed so no new plans and asked for refund. They confirmed by email the amount that will be refunded that wasn’t too bad. Yes there was a loss. This went on for months and they keep saying they haven’t received the refund from airlines. So when I was so sick of waiting one night I called airline office in US. They informed me that refund was processed within a week and they also provided the last 4 digit’s of their AMEX account where the refund was processed. Armed with this information I confronted them they instantly refunded my money. So heads up people if your money is still stuck contact the relevant airline and go from there. I’ll never go back to them. They think their customers are not smarter than a 5th grader and will keep believing what they say.

They haven’t returned my amount though they said they can issue tickets whenever I need. Now I want to travel to SYD and want to use my old credit amount. They aren’t responding to my mails and it’s been a week since I’ve mailed them.
