Negative experience: Suggestion from my experience: Stay away from this very questionable travel agent where ever they are truly based! Credit card payment redirected to suspect quarters, after booking reference transmitted at last and changes needed to be dealt with, little or no support, endless very friendly but empty promises in likeable but hard to follow foreign accent.

Negative experience: Don’t ever use this company booked a flight for my wife and still haven’t received her eticket it has now been 10 days since it was booked rung company 3 times so far and no help at all just get given the run around and excuse after excuse even contacted airline and they can’t even find the booking in their system even though the so called booking says been confirmed but obviously hasn’t will be contacting department of fair trading as obviously this is a scam company and don’t want to help at all we have booked flights yesterday which leave after this one we had booked through webjet and got our tickets within 24 hours

Negative experience: I have booked a ticket to Vietnam. I saw a deal and had booking reference number as well. Then when I called them, they asked to pay extra as to get the ticket. I won’t never book in here again.

I booked my ticket and got a confirmation of 30 kg baggage confirmation but when i got final ticket itinerary it shows only 20kg baggage then i spoke to ruby and now she is denying that i didn't booked for 30kg. Negative experience: Big big big scammers. We booked a ticket on platform and we received confirmation email as well. But then they said airline cancelled your ticket because they never received the payment on time. Any payment made online is instant payment Which is done on spot. I have to rebook and paid extra $1500 for rebooking with kids This will go long way battle

Negative experience: What a customer services!!!! They were asking us to pay extra fee to get fully refund. The things is the airline change the day departures without ant notice ( they said they sent the email but we didn’t get any mail). They told us to call Singapore airlines to discuss but we booked ticket from your agency, you should look after customer. Negative experience: I booked return flight to Dubai in October, and paid in full. Last week I realised that the money were refunded just 3 weeks before my trip! With no reason , no email When I called them to ask why I have received the refund the person on the phone told me that, they have send me a confirmation email and I didn’t confirm! I paid in full and received confirmation email already the day I booked my flight, there were no reason to cancel my flight! He said they will give me a call back to fix the situation but I haven’t received any call either, clearly they have canceled on me to sell the ticket double price! Do not trust this site!!

My experience is the worst I have experienced considering I have booked multiple flights over the past 30+ years and dealt with various agents from around the world. Reputable sources I know within the airline and travel sectors say this group have had numerous complaints over the years. Avoid unless you love throwing time and money down the drain or if you happen to be “one of them”.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I bought $5100 worth of flights through their online process. The flights were never confirmed by airline, and after 1 week this did not proceed. They will not refund my money. They do not return phone calls or emails. I would strongly recommend you do not use this service.

But James and team (1 woman / 1 men) always answered the call, sent an email and provided the confirmation eventually via email. My advice to new client is before make a booking, try giving them a call or visit their office first. (For peace of mind)

I booked a flight ticket for my wife, but I found out her passport had less than six months of validity left, so I decided to cancel and requested a full refund. When booking, I had already chosen the option for flexible cancellation and rebooking, even paying extra for it. The first thing to be aware of with this company is that changes can only be handled through a single person, who is often unavailable. They said they’d be reachable after 4:30, but I didn’t receive any response. It’s been almost two days since I first requested the cancellation and rebooking, yet it’s still not resolved—everytime they say it might be done tomorrow. On top of that, they asked me to email this same person again. This is honestly a very strange company, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. I want to warn everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. If you need to change or cancel a booking, it seems like you’ll face a lot of issues. I’ve contacted several staff members, left messages, and shared my phone number, but no one is getting back to me. I’ve spent so much time trying to resolve this, and I’m a very busy person. Please be cautious—really, be cautious. Still waiting their reply. For change flight schedule. I called 8times & emailed. Not resolve it. Talked with 4 staffs & left my no & email address but they didn't replied to me.

It is such a scam, i booked one ticket, while booking there was an option to select flexible on their website and we paid for that flexible ticket. We had to change the date for the flight and we contacted the agent turned out the ticket wasn't flexible at all and they asked to pay extra $600 just for the change of date. They wouldn't pick up the call and wouldn't respond to the emails. After that i had to contact the airlines to change the ticket. I wasted so much money for that 1 ticket due the agent being a scam and charging for flexible ticket while it was not. Please please don't buy from them instead buy from airlines itself.

Fantastic experience: I booked my flight to Zimbabwe via Hong Kong and Ethiopia but mid way through the flight was changed to go via Bangkok. Negative experience: SCAMMERS!!! *Best Price Furniture* NOT BEST PRICE TRAVEL - I purchased tickets with this company, I noticed on my bank statement it said best price furniture, they took my money and didn't book the tickets, I find out through the airline that they reserved it but did not pay for it. When I called and ask are you a furniture company they pretended they couldn't hear me and the line was breaking up. If you go through their terms and conditions you can see many spelling and language error's!!!

Despite multiple promises, I have never received a return call from their staff, which has made this experience incredibly frustrating. The lack of a centralized system is a significant issue. Customers are forced to rely solely on one agent, and if that agent is unavailable—which is often the case—there is no way to escalate or transfer the request to another agent. The situation becomes even worse if the agent is on holiday, leaving customers in a lurch with no support. This inefficient and unresponsive service has caused me considerable inconvenience. I would strongly advise against using Best Price Travel Sydney for any bookings. The time and effort required to make even the simplest changes are not worth it. Just for the benefit of a hard working person on the team Daniel was not at mistake he has previously helped me. And 5- star for his service but overall as a team it’s a one star

Initially, they offered a fare which was bit more than the other travel agent later they offered the price beat that seemed too good to pass up, but when I attempted to book it, they suddenly claimed the fare was no longer available. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue and even after showing proof of the offer, they refused to honor the originally quoted price. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left me very disappointed. I would caution others to be wary of their practices and verify all details before proceeding with bookings. Negative experience: I purchased a flexible ticket, I needed to change the date but these guys asking me for change of date more then the amount I paid for original ticket price, firstly they said you not purchased a flexible flight after I send the confirmation and they still not bring the price down, and not refunded my money for flexible ticket. Not recommended this travel agent.

Fantastic experience: First I thought its a fraud call but when I talked to Mr Harry than I got the best experince ever for flight booking he provides me cheap flight and make it very easy thanks mr Harry.

Negative experience: ❗️❗️Do not buy tickets from these scammers. No matter if you believe or not. DO NOT put yourself at any risk. Booked two tickets. No etickets within 48 hours then I finally got an itinerary after several phone calls. But beware, it only includes booking reference without e-ticket number. Booking ref means they call airline to book but they actually won’t pay for it. That’s why there is no e-ticket number included. You still can retrieve booking on airline websites with booking ref and it shows confirmed booking but after a certain time, the booking will be cancelled automatically as no any payment is done by these arsehold. Save your time and money, book flights from airline directly. If you have been scammed, report it to your bank.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience with them when i booked my ticket i waited for one week called them several times for confirmation I didn’t got any thing and they said there staff who dealt with me is on leave and no one can do anything and she also didn’t replied my mails and anything and even doesn’t have manners to speak with customers and again when i wanted to upgrade my ticket they said she is on leave again and i waited for 2days but i couldn’t upgrade and yeah thats Jenny please learn how to deal with customer. Negative experience: Appalling customer service and overall experience. Save your money and find any other agency to purchase your tickets through. My partner and I were going to travel overseas, but due to a recent cancer diagnosis I had to cancel all upcoming plans. As it seems that no one can assist you over the phone I was referred to someone named Wendy to assist with my refund request by email. I was asked to pay an extra considerable fee to upgrade my tickets to flexi so the refunds could be looked into. I was reluctant at first as I wanted a rough estimate to know whether a refund or keeping my tickets on hold for a year would be the best option. Her replies were almost instantaneous when it came to getting those extra fees paid, and as it seemed that they were not inclined on being helpful whatsoever despite the awful circumstances I went through with the transfer, it has now been 10 days and I've heard nothing from them. It's worth mentioning that when purchasing my return ticket I was never sent any confirmation or ticket despite the payment being made. I had to chase that issue over a week for it to be sorted. So please don't let yourselves get fooled by the countless bots boosting their review ratings and save your money. I'm not one to get out of my way to complain but this has been truly sickening. Update: I received a call from the agent's manager after leaving the original review, all apologetic justifying the agent's performance with a story that was very different from the one I received from said agent. As expected this was with the hope for the review being taken down, as asked by the manager at the end of the phone call. Despite mentioning having to go through treatment from the very start it was only after half a dozen of emails asking me to pay extra that a medical certificate was requested which dragged things out even more. I was told the refund would take 12-14 weeks which in itself is pretty awful, but as expected it has now been 14 weeks and the refund is nowhere to be seen. I have sent an email to their support team a week ago, requesting contact details of someone in an executive position to seek help about the entire situation from the start, as my partner had a positive outcome doing so through her company. But no replies. I will try to find support through ASIC as a last resort and encourage anyone who had a terrible experience to do the same so this type of practice doesn't affect anyone else.

Negative experience: I definitely would not recommend Bestprice travel to anyone looking to purchase a ticket overseas. They have misleading information on different travel websites in regards to their pricing. I have contacted the company twice in regard to booking a flight and they have gaslight me into telling me it was a wrong doing on my end and that the prices i am telling them are not true, yet they are still all over different booking agencies. James was the individual i spoke to and he was disrespectful, did not help me whatsoever, threatened to hang up the phone in my face and did so. Disgusting customer service, i would not recommend this company at all to anyone. It is almost a scam at this rate. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere and with a travel company that does not have workers who talk to you with utterly disgusting behaviour.

Negative experience: Avoid! Absolutely terrible company and treatment of customers. This company owes me $6k for a refund that was requested 5+ months ago. You can never get a hold of staff. When you can speak to them they blame airlines for delays in refunds. But you can see from the reviews that this is a delay tactic and lie. There is no way Qatar Airways takes 5 months to process a refund. The company refused to give me any information or updates on my refund until I went to NSW Fair Trading. Everyone who has a bad issue with Best Price Travel should do the same, so they receive fair attention from the authorities. Best Price Travel even ignore NSW Fair Trading, though. I have had to attempt legal action against the Company Director *Mr Sumit Sharma* to try and get his attention on my refund request, given their evasiveness. You can also see that there are dozens of fake reviews here which should be reported and taken down. Report the fakes. If this isn't a criminal enterprise, it is skating very close to the wind in terms of breaking Australian Consumer Law.

Negative experience: My friends had a very bad experience with them. You’ll literally have to beg for your own money if you need to cancel and want a refund. A person named Harry gave every reason possible to avoid taking our calls and we got the refund after 6 months.

Negative experience: Don’t book ticket through them even if they offer $100 less than other agencies. They are a scammer. To get a refund after cancellation, had to call every week until 5-6 months. They just say sorry for the inconvenience but never mean it. SCAMMER and worst service.

Negative experience: My friend booked tickets through them, post cancellation he had to chase them for 6 months for refund of $2100. Don't deal with them, Harry is the biggest scammer. The whole business runs on lies and fake promises. No airline takes 6 months for refunding money on cancellation. They are using customers' money to some other business or trading. NEVER BOOK ANY TICKETS WITH THEM.

Negative experience: Not so good. Poor communication. They got references wrong and Airline had to correct. Have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a simple enquiry regarding my upcoming travel. When you call the agents they appear confused. Not happy at all.

Negative experience: This is the worst experience I have ever had with flight tickets. I paid $1300 for the ticket and while purchasing I wasn’t informed about baggage at all. As for economy class the least minimum we could take is 20 kg and when I went to airport I was told I could take only 10 kg as per ticket I had purchased. I paid $500 extra for my baggage. This is ridiculous and I even wasn’t informed at all. I didn’t get any emails or itinerary or anything about my baggage allowance. I was just given a link which showed types of economy baggage class. You guys should’ve informed me about the exact baggage allowance instead of giving me link which doesn’t even specify type of ticket i had. If only I was informed before so that I would have bought the ticket and managed my baggage accordingly. Now I am returning to sydney with only 10 kg baggage. This is ridiculous. I have understood that you guys only care about money and doesn’t care about customers. This is the disastrous travel agency I have been ever seen. I will neither buy any ticket from your agency nor any recommend you guys to anyone.

Negative experience: As close to a SCAM you can get….. We have travelled the world any never dealt with anyone as useless & unprofessional as Tania. After 10 phone calls and 2 months later, it took speaking to her supervisor, Wendy, to finally get our tickets for our trip ( overcharged) I would never recommend using this company. Tania should be kicked out for taking money, not sending a receipt & tickets promised but never sent…as useless as at it on bull…It wasn’t until I told Grace today, I was going to ring ACA that I finally got put onto Wendy the supervisor…charged a extra $371.14 due to Tania not being able to work out if one departs from Sydney for a round trip, they want to come back to there….. Tania is the one responsible for this 1 star review…if I could give her less, I would have.

Fantastic experience: Bestprice Travel have been fantastic, Anna was brilliant and helped me lock in Bali Flights at a great price and followed my booking up with quick phone confirmation and email of eticketts. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Had to urgently book a trip from Australia to the UK - unlike every other travel agent I contacted, the team at Best Price did a superb job. Kudos to Chris in particular - he patiently listened to what I needed, and did exactly what he said he’d do by when he said he’d do it. Decent price too…..

Negative experience: I am so disappointed with this agency they look like scam I book ticket with them last Feb and I told them I waiting for my visa may be I can refund my ticket if I don't get it on time they said yeah we can refund when you want . I paid $1200 for refundable ticket which way too much then I called them to refund my ticket they said after penalty it would be only$ 500 I said ok atleast refund $500 but after that no one pick my call I send too many emails but no response it's about 1 year now how could they still in business I am goona try last time if they still don't response I am gonna file a complaint against them.

Negative experience: A group of scammers and cheats, the whole company is a scam, they use fake names and say that its their Job name, I am trying to get my money back since many years now for tickets which were cancelled from their end but in vain. Non responsive, fake excuses I have filed a formal complaint against them with ACL and ATAS today after failing to resolve this issue amicably for multiple years.

Fantastic experience: We have a best experience with bestprice travel especially with anna. It was so simple and smooth process. No extra questions no unnecessary requests. Anna answered every query so patiently each time on call I probably call her 5'6 times and she was so good each time. Highly recommend. Best experience so far.
