Fantastic experience: Walked into Flight centre and was pleasantly greeted by Kristie-Lee. We threw a few suggestions to her, and she came up with an itinerary. Fantastic communications from Kristie-Lee and will definitely recommend and always ask for her on our next adventures. Thank you again for all your help :)

Fantastic experience: We have had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn to organise a last minute trip. Kaitlyn was extremely responsive and flexible with our plans due to our indecisiveness. Negative experience: Service is so poor and late. Made changes in ticket and it hasn’t been forwarded to client until today. Called 4/5 times regarding thisand the man always was saying busy with clients will send it but haven’t been sent through yet.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the greatest customer service I've had in my life to be honest, first time flying ever and it was over seas too, but the lad Tim was very helpful in making it so much easier for a first time Flyer, always was able to answer my questions on literally everything.

Negative experience: Hello! Flight center ....have book with my Mrs travel to EU . Okay to this point . I have toll the Agent I am Disable and "Diavitis "condition . One off the Flights no meals nothing ?. I must eat every few hours MUN-ATH no meal Agent from Flight center toll nothing ATH-FR . Good on you you not inform ME any way ? about no meal SIN-MUC for diavitis hail you all not inform me all the way ? > What is your sick answer?.

Fantastic experience: Tayla C has been the best travel consultant we have ever worked with in our experienced travel history. Our cruise liner company cancelled our trip one week out from travel and Tayla has been working hard troubleshooting an alternative that is suitable. Tayla is managing all the changes to our travel with taking into account time, cost, distance and impairments etc. Tayla has been considerate, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire duration of organising our travel and our family can't thank her enough! Negative experience: We have just returned from an overseas holiday that was arranged by a staff member at the Flight Centre Beenleigh Store. Considering we booked this holiday over 8 months ago the lack of communication and the problems that arose and in turn how they were dealt with when it came time to take our long-awaited break was unacceptable. Extra leg room seats booked and paid for 8 months prior were not secured even though I called a week prior to departure to confirm (my husband needed this area for medical reasons) and the excuses given for the error were ridiculous. Our accommodation was also not suitable so we dealt with that ourselves at the actual resort (we felt this should have been brought to our attention by the travel agent if she was knowledgeable or completed any sort of investigation about the particular area of the resort. The lack of communication from this travel agent was certainly not proactive nor professional and we will not use this branch again. It certainly left a bad taste in our mouths.

Fantastic experience: Have always used Flight Centre for our Travel Needs. Have moved and now Tracey at Beenleigh has also proven to be a great travel agent. Can't fault our service with Tracey,always helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We have recommended her to friends.

Negative experience: Very unhappy. How is it right to be charged a cancellation fee twice for the one booking!!!! My mum booked trip with Flight Centre to Fiji and then had to cancel due to hospital admission and we were charged a cancellation fee by Flight Centre ($300pp) and then also they charged us again another cancelation fee of an additional ($300pp). When asked why they said they outsource all Fiji bookings to another company (My Fiji). Totally understand if you outsource all work to another company but then don’t charge a cancellation fee yourself in addition - if customers books once then the cancellation fee should also be once!! This really is a double dipping by Flight Centre for the one booking.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a Cruise with Nikita from Flight Centre in Beenleigh - everything was seamless and I am so happy that I get to just enjoy my holiday knowing everything is taken care of! I could not speak highly enough of the whole team at Beenleigh FC!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful service received from Flight Centre Beenleigh. Booked flights and accommodation to Perth - one ticket for my wife to accompany my daughter who has a disability. Asked store to assist to change name on flight ticket when my wife was unable to travel (still had more than two weeks before flight). Spent more than 7 hours on phone and in person with Flight Centre and Virgin and ultimately only option was to purchase a new ticket at considerably more than double the price of ticket we purchase initially. Seemed to be zero care factor by all Flight Centre staff - seemed like I was an inconvenience and their interactions verged on rude in my eyes. No effort to think outside box or find a suitable solution with Virgin. Will not attend this or any other Flight Centre for travel needs in future!! Would have given zero stars if this was an option !!
