Fantastic experience: If I could give Robin more than 5 ⭐️, then, I would. His assistance in the planning, advice and execution of our many-layered trip to South America was integral to us having our best holiday ever. Our numerous flights with LATAM Airways worked smoothly and seamlessly. I also give him credit for the amazing weather we had in our 6 weeks away! The other staff at were also equally friendly and supportive on my planning visits. Highly recommend Robin and the team at Flight Centre Malvern

Negative experience: If I could give Bianca and Jacquie of Flight Centre Malvern less than 1 star I would. Our experience in dealing with Flight Centre Malvern has, in my view, been a comedy of errors and neglect. In the approximate 3.5 months since our trip to Japan we have requested refunds due which we have proactively brought to the attention of Flight Centre. I trust that others are on notice and don't have the same experience as we have incurred.

Fantastic experience: Have had several experiences with different Flight Centre branches but have to say the service and professionalism shown by Robin from Malvern was second to none. Would certainly recommend Flight Centre Malvern and make sure you ask for Robin.

Negative experience: I was recommended to "Bianca" at the Malvern office of Flight Centre. I rang to make an appointment time with her a week prior, with the intention at our appointment of booking flights to Europe. My husband and I arrived 5 minutes early for our 12.30pm appointment time, to be told that Bianca was at lunch and should be at least another 10 minutes. Perhaps, the staff could have phoned Bianca, but no offer was made. We decided to wait. Bianca returned to the office at 12.45 and walked straight past us to her desk. We assumed that this was Bianca, but she did not acknowledge us, introduce herself or apologise for her lateness. She proceeded to log into her computer, then finally said hello. I asked her did she realise that she had an appointment with us for 12.30, and it was now 12.45...and she told us that the Cafe where she was having lunch was very slow, and that she did try to hurry them up. So, Bianca was blaming the Cafe for her delay back to the office. She did have an appointment booked for 12.30, so why did she go off to lunch. She made no reference to the time of the appointment, and no apology. There were 4 other staff members in the Flight Centre office at the time while we were waiting, none of them offered any assistance to us, while we were waiting for Bianca. They perhaps could have helped us with some general information, but they were not forthcoming. We discussed with Bianca our rough plans for Europe 2026, possible flight routes etc. she felt that at this stage not all airlines have released their fares and it would be a few weeks away. Bianca did not ask for our mobile phone numbers, email addresses etc, so clearly was not interested in helping us with our holiday. This was a very disappointing outcome, very poor service from Bianca and not a good reflection on Flight Centre Malvern.

Negative experience: If you’re going to sell gift vouchers, why on earth would you not provide a facility for them to be redeemed online?! Ok, the technology doesn’t allow for that is what I’m told (which is really odd given its 2025), no problem, come into the store is the advice. But here’s the catch… A $59 international service fee PER GUEST to make the booking in store. I simply booked a hotel in Bali for 4 nights to use the $500 gift voucher I was given. It was a twin room, so the fee was going to be $118 to make the booking! Absolutely outrageous!! Leaving only $382 of actual voucher to use!! The staff member kindly reduced the fee to $29 each ($58 total fee) for a domestic booking service fee, but still in 2025 this is absolutely crazy given there’s no provision to redeem the voucher online myself, and you can book easily and instantly without such fees via numerous online portals - same hotel, same or better proce. Credit given where it’s due… great friendly staff and I know this store is part of a larger corporate franchise group, but… seriously guys, not a great approach to win future business and I know I’m not alone! Lift your game Flight Centre!!

Negative experience: I do not appreciate being ignored, multiple times, unfortunately, one of your employees (CR) seems hell bent on doing just that. We are owed a refund and she just will not respond. I have now written and formally complained to your head office, case number 01267547. Collection action will commence in 7 days if I do not get the refund. Our booking number was 4328080.

No request was too hard including changing dates and bookings numerous times.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with service as there was no follow up with a quote from Bianca after 7 days & had rang office twice & they said they would get her to contact me . Have still not heard anything but in the meantime I went to Chadstone branch & found them great & have booked holiday

Fantastic experience: We do not have words to praise Jade for the service she offered us. Our train tickets from Lyon to Florence got cancelled due to mudslides and over night she sent us air tickets and re-organised our itinerary saving us a lot of anxiety. She also followed up on our refund from Trenitalia while we were away, without us asking her. Could not have done without her. A big thank you.

My husband and I connected with Robin first to share our tour experiences, his geniune smile, beautiful eyes and fun personality could not be missed. Negative experience: Website says office closes at 5:30pm. I drove almost 30 mintues to arrive before 5pm. Arrived at 4:50pm on Friday afternoon. Three staff working at desks. I was told that all were busy "wrapping up financials and details" of past week's bookings and they could not help with new inquiries. While I understand this is totally reasonable from the business side is it not also reasonable for them to close the office earlier on Friday to avoid clients coming in expecting service? This would also give staff time to conclude necessary business without providing the expectation that they can service new inquiries. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked 2 trips in February and March with them. After 2.5 years pausing travelling due to the pandemic, Flight Centre Malvern has helped me to fly again! Thanks to Jade, Sam and Ciara. They are all very professional and approachable. Sam helped me booking multiple flights for my Ireland + UK trip, super efficient in just an hour; Jade was very helpful providing info for Asia travels when I 1st enter the store in early Feb.Ciara helped me booking my Singapore flights. Negative experience: I have been a customer of flight centre Malvern and the city business and first class for over 10 years and today I phoned for information regarding booking international airtickets and also local flight questions regarding a legal exemptions through the Medical and Government. The young man from the Malvern office was rude in all replies to my questions rega Travel. Undertrained with the appropriate information and when i package a few question all related to legal Goverment exemptions and further question was asked if i booked a interstae flight through webjet or even flight centre what is the ruling. Robin is his name and he needs to be trained in customer service and correct replies to appropriate question regarding travel. Considering I was about to spend over $30,000 on international first class travel for thw family i would of expected better service. How is it flight centre business and first class sales person robin can’t take the time to check on my behalf a question that is Relevant to my upcoming booking.

She gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing her by asking for a quote for several different days/locations for business class flights to Europe. She was not overly helpful and I was disheartened by her cbf demeanor.
