Negative experience: I have used your service in past your customer service was always great but with a time company doesn’t seem to care about the returning customer when customer call you back for a follow up you guys takes ages will confirm to call back in 10 min will call back next day if they like so and i have refer you guys to family member and friends which is costing me a-lot to deal with Really upset with you fees structure flight was cancelled by the airlines still you guys decided to charge us the fees my family member had to travel urgent and we faced inconvenience because of the airline you are more worried about your fees even after we have booked different flight with you guys Thanks and goodbye will never recommend your business to anyone anymore.

Negative experience: Poor communication no response for mails for offshore people when it’s important need to improve a lot

Negative experience: hi all. be careful. friends travel al about scam. i booked my flight 3 months earlier and week before its cancelled. friends travel said we can’t do anything even he charged me over $60 for refund my money back. specially they have worker who booked my flight name is SUMEER. he totally liar and greedy for his commission from ticket very selfish for couple of $$$$$. am highly disappointed and suggested to everyone please don’t boook ticket from this friends travel specially from SUMMER. They just ripping off to everyone. i know many of people who ripped off their same way as like me.

Negative experience: I have booked with friends travel and (paid full amount )and got all the details through email but didn’t receive the ticket number after promised it will receive after 15-20 minutes and I chased up next and keep delayed me till the agent said to me that he can’t gave me that ticket and started giving me different dates and he wants me to stay over 15 hours in Abudahbi airport and said to me take it or return the money I’m disappointed because we made the deal and paid full and change it
Hi Mr. Ahmad, we investigated your concern and found that the fare quoted to you was withdrawn by the Airline without any prior notice. Our travel consultant called the Airline immediately to check if the same fare can be reinstated by the Airline but they denied, that is why he gave you the alternate options. Fares in the same flight combinations were on the higher side so he gave the option with a long layover in Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately the options given were not suitable to you. He also waited for a day and tried to find out the best possible option but next day due to Microsoft outage globally, the booking systems were not working neither ours nor the Airlines. The only option we had was to refund you the money, that is the reason he gave you the option of a full refund and accordingly the whole amount was refunded to you. We understand your concern and regret the inconvenience caused but our consultant tried with best of his capabilities to assist you.

Negative experience: Hi, My father in law booked his tickets through friends travel during covid times for Malaysian airlines. His flight got cancelled which is understandable. fast forward a year after, we tried contacting them for a refund. The agent is Kritika. She said if we book another flight they would give us one. We did that after she said within 4 weeks we would get the refund. It's been 2 plus years we din't get a refund for the balance amount of 700$. When you call in they say the agent is not there and would arrange a callback but they never do. I don't leave bad reviews but left with a bitter experience. Hoping to also get the money back. Update: Just replying back to this as I can't post another reply. It's been 2 months over the 2 plus years and we still din't get an update. Why do you need to check for an update with the airlines? We booked the ticket through you and you should take responsibility of giving the refund and deal with the airlines in your time, in this case since its been forever.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to book the ticket for India and did asked my friend he referred me to Friend travel. I called to Friend travel one of the team members girl picked my call her name is Shivani Thakur she is really good sales person talked to sweet and very friendly seems like she knows you. ages to the customers. If she started to talk with customer definitely you will book the ticket also very reasonable price I think no beat Friends travel if you do search online still expensive.
