Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Williamstown Flight Centre, where I was treated with complete disrespect by an agent named Austin. I initially spoke with a female agent about competitive cruise prices, mentioning that I already had a booking on hold and was looking for a better deal. While she was a bit pushy, what shocked me most was how Austin, who had overheard the conversation, suddenly inserted himself and started speaking to me rudely. Without any reason, he told me not to come back to the store. I remained calm the entire time, never raised my voice, yet I was spoken to in a way that left me feeling shaken and humiliated. No customer should ever be treated like that, especially when simply inquiring about a service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this Flight Centre branch. I hope management takes this seriously because no one deserves to be treated this way. Dear Owner I am deeply disappointed by your response, as it misrepresents what actually happened. At no point was I abusive toward your staff. I simply inquired about competitive pricing and, when I politely asked about my personal details being discarded, Austin unnecessarily involved himself in the conversation and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I remained calm throughout the interaction, despite being treated poorly and ultimately asked to leave for no valid reason. Your claim that this was done for “staff safety” is both untrue and offensive, as it implies misconduct on my part, which did not occur. I take this accusation very seriously. Austin was very abusive in front of his customers which represents very poor self awareness and terrible customer service. I also hope you reflect on how this situation was handled, as no customer should be treated the way I was. I will be making a formal complaint to the AFTA.

Fantastic experience: Austin helped us with all aspects of our travel. Nothing was too much trouble. When we had an issue with a flight he and Chantelle solved the issue promptly. Very reassuring to have them at home to assist throughout trip. Thanks guys

Negative experience: Engaged Flight Centre Williamstown to organise our entire USA family holiday. Worst travel agent ever. Totally regret using them. Should have just done it ourselves. Anything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. Couldn't check in to any flights or accommodation due to incorrect information provided or not updated by Flight Centre Williamstown. When contacted to try and get this rectified via email or phone calls from the USA, we just got the run around or no one answered our calls or emails. Expected a trouble free holiday, but got nothing but stress and anxiety, due to someone not dotting all their I's and crossing their T's.

Fantastic experience: We found that Chantelle and Flight Centre were very helpful in working our way through some options and aspects of planning our trip to the Gold Coast. While not complicated there were some variances which Chantelle worked through and found suitable flights for our trip.

Fantastic experience: I consulted Silvana with help booking a trip to Asia, UK and Canada. A necessary condition was to avoid transit through the USA at all costs. Silvana was able to put together a round-world itinerary that achieved this at a competitive fare and also allowed me stopovers to see family and friends that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to. She did this very efficiently, enthusiastically and in a very friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: we have just returned from our london/europe trip , i was given the flights as a xmas present, we then contacted austin from flight centre williamstown ( he had been recommended to us, and we had used his services before) to help us out with accomodation, flights , & transfers for the rest of the trip. we gave austin general guidelines and he took care of the rest! Nothing was too much trouble for Austin, the accom was always in an ideal location in relation to trains , and other modes of transport we required. i think we tweeked our schedule about 3 times , each and every time Austin was only to willing to accomodate our change of thought,planning ideas. i absolutely would recommend getting in touch with him if you are thinking about a trip anywhere!

Fantastic experience: I had the most marvelous experience when working with a staff member at flight centre. We don't use travel agents much here anymore but it was so helpful that Ms. Stoikovska was able to book my travel plans for me. She was so polite and very informed as to the options available to me. I ultimately went with Jetstar, which worked out brilliantly even though my plans changed several times. Fantastic experience: Silvana is a SUPERSTAR. Since my first visit to her she couldn’t have done more to help and support me whenever I’ve been in need. She didn’t have much time to spare as I didn’t have an appointment, yet she could tell I was in a panic trying to figure my last minute flights out and without hesitation, she delayed her tasks and sat with me going through options even after the store had closed to help me find a solution asap so that I could relax. When I wasn’t able to get into store she went out of her way to help me over the phone to secure my preferred flights. A year later whilst on the other side of the world and unable to get any help from flight centre during a crisis, I reached out to Silvana via email and she once again went above and beyond to try and help me figure out my flight situation as soon as possible. She is bubbly, funny, hard working and as someone whom travels quite frequently but has different specs that aren’t always easy to navigate yourself online, its such a relief to have someone you can rely on in within an industry thats become more tech based and less personal. Flight centre is an amazing company to travel with and thank you so much Silvana!

Negative experience: Spent almost an hour with Austin outlining my holiday plans, he then promised to get back to me in a few days with options. After making multiple calls only to be told he's too busy to talk and more broken promises of a call-back, he never got back to me. Garbage customer service.

Despite being fairly new to the scene, she makes sure to use what knowledge she has to provide the customer with information that can help them with a friendly smile.
