Fantastic experience: Today was an amazing experience! Everything was super well organized and very professional. We started off with canoeing, then moved on to snorkeling, and finished with some awesome sand light luging. The instructors — Victor, Thaje, Michel, and Byron — were absolutely fantastic: super friendly, helpful, and made the whole day even better. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for an unforgettable adventure. You won't regret it!

Positive experience: This was a great tour start to finish. Me and my best friend had a couple of friends from England and were in Brisbane and looking at Google maps thinking what is there to do in Brisbane and scanned over and saw this island.. I had never heard of it before. We booked through get your guide app who I used for Rottnest island. We started out getting picked up on a bus, we signed our wavers and jumped on the bus, then got a 75 min ferry across to the island. Our first activity was kayaking with a clear boat which fits 2 of you, we were guided around but you can pretty much just ride around and check out the ship wreck. You can see a few fish but it’s not until you do the snorkeling which was our next activity that you realise how many fish are down there! There were so so many!! After a while they gave us this food for the fish and they just went crazy eating out of your hands which was so fun, you’re wearing gloves which is good cos they go nuts! Our friend was a little daunted by the snorkeling but Ryan one of the guides stayed with her the whole time with a safety floaty ring that she could hold onto the whole time. It really added to the experience for her because she was able to have fun even though she was nervous. So shout out to Ryan After this we had lunch, it was a big spread of fillings for a wrap which was great. Then we moved onto the 4wd bus that took us to the dunes! For sand duning. Basically it’s a really high and very steep sand dune, they give you a rectangle piece of ply wood, lay on your tummy face first down a hill the only recommendation I can add that they didn’t was to shut your mouth cos you will eat sand! Then I walked up the dune, oh my god it’s steep, and did it again, this time mouth shut. Was so much fun!! My friend had a little tumble down the hill, came off the board and rolled down.. so lucky she signed the waver cos she got a bit bruised and battered but she had fun too. Definitely not for the faint hearted because you’re not given anything like helmets/goggles so things can go wrong. But the guide said he hasn’t seen a stack like that in a long time. Then we were taken back to Brisbane. The guides were all really helpful, fun and excited which made us all have fun too. Would and have recommended this day to anyone wanting a great day out.

Fantastic experience: This was a fantastic way to spend a day of the vacation. All the guides were funny and helpful and kept us safe and on schedule. The kayaking was neat to explore the ship wreck. The Snorkeling was amazing to see all the cool fish below (and there are a lot). And the sand sledding was fun (I wish there was an easier way to get up the hill so we could've gone more times).

Fantastic experience: Perfect day even though the weather conditions were against us. The guides and tour leaders were kind and welcoming and the wraps that we did ourselves for lunch was delicious! We did snorkeling, and saw a turtle , and went to the desert for sand boarding! Recommend!

Positive experience: Great day, really enjoyed it. Tangalooma reef was a brilliant place to go and felt super safe and organised with the company! Snorkelling was definitely our highlight! Only issue for us throughout the day was that we were put in a group with about 10 non swimmers who really struggled with the current on the day. However, shoutout to the snorkelling guide Ryan who ensured that our experience wouldn’t be impacted by this and showed us all the cool things to see (including a wobbagong shark)! Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: We had a great adventure with Sunset Safaris. The beaches on Moreton island are beautiful, with soft sand and clear aqua-blue water. There was much to see in the ship-wreck reefs just off the coast - turtles and tropical fish. Some people even saw small barracudas, lobster, string rays, and wobbegong sharks. They provide everything you need, like a wet suit, flippers, snorkel and mask, and a life jacket. The snorkelling was a highlight for me. Guides Victor, Ryan, and Sam made it a fun, lighthearted and informative experience! Great job guys!

Fantastic experience: This tour was amazing! We saw so many cool sea creatures while snorkelling around the ship wrecks. Sea turtles, parrot fish, lobster, puffer fish, and more. Victor, Sam, and Ryan provided a lot of useful information throughout the snorkel and really made this experience unforgettable. Great vibes all around!

Fantastic experience: Great experience on Valentine’s Day with my partner. We were terrified at first as the weather was terrible when we arrived on the island but the staff handled it perfectly and allowed us to enjoy the activities, kayaking and snorkeling around the wrecks safely despite the rain. 100% recommend it

Fantastic experience: We just had the most AMAZING adventure on the Sunset Safari tour! All the tour guides were absolutely incredible but shoutout to Victor, Sammy and Shandra( I hope I spelt your names right <3 ) were absolutely fantastic guides, making the whole experience unforgettable. From sand surfing to kayaking with turtles, every moment was filled with excitement. Snorkeling allowed us to see so much incredible sea life, and we even got to make our own diy wraps for lunch! The best part was meeting some amazing people on the tour, which truly made our honeymoon so awesome. I can't recommend this trip enough!!! Thanks for an AWESOME DAY guys

Fantastic experience: Day was great - would highly recommend this excursion. Guides were extremely friendly and informative and ensured everyone had a great experience regardless of skill level. Josh and Sam circulated on boat at beginning and gave helpful information about days activities. Group was divided by activity so groups were a good size. Amazing start with the sandboarding led by Josh. Ryan and Sam were great guides on the kayak and Victor ensured we had an exceptional snorkelling experience. We saw big turtles; giant stingray; some sharks and lots of fish. Great team - thanks for a memorable day.

Our tour guide for the Sand boarding was so funny (I forgot his name) and entertaining and he made me feel safe even though I was freaking out. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without his encouragement! I also had the pleasure of doing snorkeling and kayaking with Brendon and Brian, and I cannot praise them enough! Fantastic experience: Lachy (the legend) is the greatest bus driver I have ever had the privilege of laying my eyes on. When his hands bestowed the wheel of his golden chariot (bus) beams of light shone down from the sky and blessed us all with his aura. Upon reaching a corner thought to be impassable in one turn, the legend himself raised his finger and uttered but 6 words: ‘thou shalt witness thy wheel turn’ to which he accomplished the impossible, turning his glorious vessel in one fell swoop. Positive experience: It didn’t really feel like a tour, you got on a bus no welcome to the tour no details given about what you’re going to do for the day. You get off the boat and told to follow your guides that are about 100m ahead and no interaction with the guests before. Kayaking was fun but again nothing explained about where we’re going what to look out for just hop in a kayak and off you go. Snorkelling was the best thing the snorkel guide gave us a good brief and was very informative throughout. Nowhere to sit to eat lunch and again just shipped on a bus to sand dunes. That was fun but no information given about the island really. You see very little of the island and get very little information.
