Negative experience: We booked our tickets and requested for window seat two days prior our flight( as told by one of the attendant over the phone)and we didn't get any adequate response. We chase them and ended up with different story with each person. Again we called and we have been told that the person who was helping had already finished and as we have flight tomorrow morning so now we don’t have any option to upgrade our seats. Pathetic service. Not to be trusted. .

Negative experience: Very poor and unprofessional Service. Tried to contacting them to make a flight booking. They twice changed the price for the flight. Initially, they sent me an email and I confirmed everything - gave them my card details. While processing partial payment, the staff said she is encountering an error but confirmed that the payment has gone through. After half an hour overcharged me without my permission - claiming of admin charges which were already deducted at first place. When I tried talking to them, they sounded very rude and impatient. Worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: We received fantastic service when booked 2 India tickets with Flights Doctor through Sarah (ext 1118 ). She was easily contactable via the Flight Doctors Instagram and phone number and helped us secure a really great deal for our tickets. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, she was easily reachable and very resourceful and helpful! We had a slight delay in the payment after getting the quote because of some technology/network issues (as we were out of Sydney), but she was very understanding and helped us lock in the flights at a reduced price still. Tickets arrived promptly with our meal preferences included too. Sincerest thanks to Sarah and Flights Doctor, would highly recommend booking through them!

Negative experience: Worst experience. Seems like these guys are fraud. They will take your money saying flight is booked. And when you are at the airport, you will realise no such tickets have been issued.

Positive experience: Sandy (ext 1121) was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful in exploring options. The only blemish was the fact that a booking (without payment) was confirmed for 24 hours (to complete payment) but was withdrawn by the airline prior to the expiry of the period, and the original offer could not be accessed by the agent any longer. That was a bit disappointing, else the rest of the process was very smooth.

Negative experience: This is the best I can rate (in absence of Zero or negative option); Run away from this company, (some) rude staff, broken promises and whey you follow up they don't reply. Will never use this company again. Booked ticked through them and paid the full price and later on they came back and said tickets are not available for the journey dates I selected and paid for. They asked for more money or change the date. Additionally, they put their contact details for the flight booking so initially I wasn't able to get travel miles and had to follow up few times to change the contact details. Not transparent and trusted business practice.
