Positive experience: You got the International Dateline the wrong way around. I booked to stay the night of September 5th in a hotel in Vancouver, but when I arrived it was still September 4th, and I had to pay $Can 208 to stay that night. Otherwise, fine.

Fantastic experience: Marlee Waking was most helpful in arranging and asssiting in my recent trip to Calgary. She was able to find a very reasonable premium economy airfare and kept me informed of the Air Canada flight status. Certainty of bookings was somewhat difficult due to a flight attendants strike. Passenger contact with airlines these days is usually and ordeal so it was excellent that Marlee kept on top of the situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Marlee to anyone making an overseas trip.

Fantastic experience: I booked 3 week adventure to borneo. It was very tricky as it was last minute booking (a week before start) that required confirmation from the provider. My agenda Melissa was extremely supportive: she diligently kept checking weather the trip will be confirmed or not and kept rebooking my flights every day to ensure that I will have my flights if my trip will go ahead. There was one instance that I had to change my flight ticket in less than 30 minutes, so that I could get my visa application submitted on time for my trip. Claire was very supportive and helped with our request very quickly. If she didn't action it on time, we could have missed that visa submission and our trip wouldn't have been possible.
