Negative experience: "I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I clearly requested to have three seats together, and was reassured that it would be no problem. Revised tickets were sent to me, but I didn’t double-check them because I trusted the agent to handle the details. However, when I checked, our seats were not together. I called the agent, and he kept saying the airline might not have provided the seats together. I asked why I should contact the airline directly if I booked through an agent. If you can’t provide the service I requested, just tell me upfront. I then asked him to fix the seating issue for the return flight, and he told me to call during the holiday from a different country and remind him. I asked, ‘What’s the point of booking tickets six months in advance if we can’t get seats together?’ and he just said, ‘Well, now they’re paid seats.’ Yes, I booked in advance, but that doesn’t seem to matter."
