Fantastic experience: I asked Jay to arrange a very complex and last minute travel plan into Europe and back across multiple countries with accomodation and land transport. Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 'dream holiday' organised by Jay Dean, Personal Travel Agent and Owner of Go Travel. Jay was attentive, prompt and enthusiastic throughout my communications with him about my travel plans. He made sure that I got the best value for money, and the trip exceeded beyond my expectations. The hotel accommodation and the tours to Turkey, Israel (Holy Land) and Petra in Jordan through "On The Go Tours" were amazing! The Tour Guides were highly knowledgeable, friendly and fun!! Plenty of food options - I thoroughly enjoyed the mediterranean food and shopping of course. Unfortunately, I was caught up in the unexpected political conflict in the Middle East towards the tail end of my Holy Land tour in Israel. Jay went above and beyond to help me out with the sudden change of travel plans at very short notice. It was indeed very comforting to get such immediate support particularly when caught up in a war zone and being far away from home! Fantastic experience: We have had 3 holidays booked with Jay, 2 in the UK and one in New Zealand. Fantastic experience: I got in contact to Jay 2 months before my wedding as I hadn’t booked the honeymoon. Jay was very responsive and we had our honeymoon booked before we knew it!
